This hotel was located at the Kyobashi station so it was extremely convenient to get around anywhere in Osaka. The staff was amazing, my Japanese was very limited but they were able to understand me, the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean and the view from the 15th floor was amazing! There is nothing bad to say about the hotel itself. The only minor issue was that the elevators were very busy and it was difficult to get on and off one depending on the time of the day, but that is not the hotel's fault. Overall, amazing place to stay, walkable distance to Osaka Castle.

The room we chose for this part of our stay was huge in relation to normal Japanese hotel rooms. We were able to comfortably lay out our 4 suitcases to help pack our purchases for our journey home. This room even had a sitting area where you could relax. (Actually, this review is for the latter part of our stay, not for this part when we had a smaller room). The staff is friendly, professional and polite. They have amenities (toothbrush, washcloth, face lotions, etc. in the lobby to help yourself.) Convenient train access too!

The hotel is extremely convenient in terms of transport and dining options. Rooms are clean and nice and clean daily. The only thing is for the twin bedroom that I am staying, the space is bit cramp. However, for the cost, location and proximity to other places in Osaka, it is definitely a super choice for travelers.

Das beim Einchecken angebotenen Zimmer erwies sich als minderwertign und verschmutzt. Die Einrichtung wirkt stark abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen und auch die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig! An den kritischen Bereichen wie der Klimaanlagenlüftung und auch in Bade- und Nasszellenbereich war überall eindeutiger Schwarzschimmel erkennbar! Diese Mängel wurden von uns auch beanstandet und mit Fotos dokumentiert, aber auch zwei weitere zur Verfügung gestellte Ersatzzimmer waren mit den gleichen hygienischen Mängeln versehen. Das Hotelpersonal versteht und spricht nur sehr eingeschränkt Englisch und auch eine zweimalige Aufforderung zur intensiven Reinigung und Beseitigung der Mängel wurde nicht nachgekommen. Selbst das einschalten des Expedia Supports brachte keine Besserung und es wurde auch kein Ersatzhotel zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen und auch gesundheitlich fragwürdig gerade für Menschen mit schwachen Immunsystem!

說實話，沒想過還有比東橫inn還小的住宿空間。房內擺了兩張單人床後，幾乎沒有行走的空間。小到只能「立」一個二十八吋的皮箱，但卻完全沒有打開的空間。只能說這家旅宿不適合「全家」來住，僅適合單身。但不得不說交通非常方便，有JR、地鐵、京阪，且週遭店家眾多，不用擔心沒有吃的。早餐方面以自助餐的方式，選擇性尚可，但每天都是一樣的菜色就可惜了。單身旅遊推薦滿點，但家庭旅遊除非一人一間，或是沒有大行李，不然不推薦。

The rooms were a bit small and hard to maneuver. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. A slight bit more softness would have been nicer for the bed. However the bathroom and shower were nice. Hairdryer was also nice. Refrigerator was small but nice to have. internet speed was perfect for online meetings. This is my second time staying at the Keihan Kyobashi Grand Hotel, and for this trip we booked 2 nights before heading to Tokyo, and then 3 nights after returning from Tokyo. The first 2 nights we were in a very small room (this review) because the larger ones were not available. The small room is okay (if you're used to Japanese small hotel rooms,) if you haven't done much shopping yet. The last 3 nights were much more comfortable due to the spacious room we chose. Regardless of the room size, the staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. The location can't be beat due to the proximity (within the major train station for JR and the Keihan lines) for easy access to anywhere. There is a mall connected to the hotel and lots of convenience stores and restaurants close by as well. Will definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Keihan Kyobashi Grande. First off, the location is amazing! Very close to the JR station, the metro station, and the Keihan station. It is also connected to a mall as well as surrounded by other malls and streets with loads of food options. It is also very safe since you cannot go to floors above floor 7 without your hotel room's keycard. The staff are also very friendly and nice and very helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable to stay in and there really isn't anything I can think of to complain about. Had a great time staying here and would stay again in the future!

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Keihan Kyobashi Grande. First off, the location is amazing! Very close to the JR station, the metro station, and the Keihan station. It is also connected to a mall as well as surrounded by other malls and streets with loads of food options. It is also very safe since you cannot go to floors above floor 7 without your hotel room's keycard. The staff are also very friendly and nice and very helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable to stay in and there really isn't anything I can think of to complain about. Had a great time staying here and would stay again in the future!

Convenient to 2 train stations -literally can exit the hotel and walk under covered roof to train. Elevator is connected to a nice mall. The rooms seem on par for Japanese hotels, a bit small for 6’3” Folks but comfortable beds. The price was awesome in June! The staff really were attentive. The breakfast was great with lots of Asian items for breakfast.
