Room was small but well laid out, breakfast was just ok. Ok stay but not worth what I paid.

Room had cobwebs, bedside lamp did not work. Bathroom had a dripping shower and mold in tray, otherwise very clean. Bedding was all clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, staff very free and polite.

Room rather tired which I can just about accept. However, what I can’t accept is uncleanliness. The room was dusty and there were large areas of black mould in the bottom of the shower tray- this is totally unacceptable. On a positive note, the bedding was fresh and clean. The room needed more lighting and a decent sized TV. The shower had the equivalent pressure of a watering can and there was something unpleasant in the hand basin sink plug hole. The free standing toilet roll holder and storage holder was rusty and in need of replacement. The breakfast was excellent, really tasty and arrived very promptly. Overall I did not think this hotel was worth the £108 I paid. A disappointing stay in general but the breakfast was great.

Great vibe. Our Small room we think is more suitable to solo traveller, but we made do for 1 night. Mattress not comfortable. Room a bit tired too. Toilet seat loose. Overall very clean. Nice bar and restaurant. Pricey for what we got. Thankfully booked via Hotel.com and got good discount. Have stayed before in bigger room which was overall better value for money. Family in Dronfield so will use again.

Staff friendly, always good atmosphere with live music at the weekends. Good breakfast choice and choice of drinks at the bar.
