comfortable and easy stay. very helpful that we could leave luggage at the property before check in. i found it would have been better if we were provided a small mini-fridge and a hand soap in the bathroom. everything worked perfectly otherwise and the staff were friendly!

As a considered hostel it was quite well looked after. It was pretty quiet and respectful. The aircon worked great. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was all you need and modern. Yes you can hear people using the toilet (extra noises to make you laugh) or the bed making some noise next door or taking a shower. But I guess it’s so many rooms in a space and walls are very thin. But for one night it was great

Overall, the stay was decent, but there were a few significant issues. The air conditioning in the first room was not working properly from the beginning. One evening it started leaking a large amount of water, soaking part of the bed, and it even seemed to produce smoke, so I turned it off. The following day it stopped working completely. In addition, the room had extremely high humidity: even with the windows open, a towel would not dry, and the bed sheets felt damp. When I reported the problem to the reception, the staff were very kind and moved me to another room that same evening, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the new room had not been cleaned thoroughly, as I found what appeared to be beard hair or shaving residue on one corner of the sink. I appreciate how quickly the staff resolved the issue, but I believe that the maintenance of the facilities and the quality of the housekeeping could be improved.
