We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, little issues resolved right away. The full kitchen and gas grill were wonderful, did not have to eat out at all. The breakfast was excellent, better than most in my opinion. Disappointed that they no longer have coffee in the lobby, it was stopped because of covid but covid is over so it would be nice to bring back again! We will definitely stay here again!

This Residence Inn is in the lowest quality of what we do remember from hotel of the brand. Towels are better than Hilton's -that's always-; the team is very good; the property needs updates, better cleaning -there were bugs and were promptly controlled.This one is more basic than any other Residence Inn we have visited

I will give Residence Inn at Florence a good property rating. The building shows some wear but the property is well maintained. The 1BR suite was spacious and reasonably clean. The bathtub had a lot of wear on the coating, but the shower functioned well.

We paid nearly $300 for a room here for one night. It was subpar and not that nice. The sofa bed mattress was disgusting, so my son chose to sleep on the couch itself instead. The pillows were so squishy they went flat as soon as you laid your head on them. I felt like I slept on a rock. We could have had the same experience for less than half the price.

This Marriot hotel is not like other Marriots, there is no housekeeping service until you request it, and also the rooms are completely dirty and smell like an abandoned old house, the oven, and the fridge were dirty too. I also found hair from the previous guests in the shower. honestly, it is not what I was expecting.

The stay was good. My daughter and I stayed there because she had some things going on at UNA. Everything was clean. The room was nice. The breakfast was good. Friendly staff. We would defiantly stay again.

The second time, we stayed somewhere downtown that was entirely too loud. So, like Goldilocks, this one was just right. We had a good stay. The young man who checked us in on Friday allowed us to change rooms when we realized our room was next to a busy road. We were always greeted, and we had great service. The people in the room above ours may have been auditioning for WWE (not the hotel's fault), and we had a barking dark in the room across from ours, which were the only drawbacks. Overall, this hotel is great, and we will stay here again.
