What a rare gem....service, ambience, food, views, rooms, BREAKFAST, the full pacakge, everythin top!!! Highly recommended and we will go back!!!

The Rockford is a real gem. So welcoming, quaint and in beautiful surroundings. The staff were very friendly nothing was too much trouble, the room we had was really comfortable and clean. Breakfast, which was included in the price of our room was just delicious. We want to visit again! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Loved this inn - in an idyllic location, ideal for hiking and very peaceful. Comfortable accommodation with a lovely large shower. Great cooked breakfast and good pub grub, which was very welcome after a day of walking.
