Séjour de quatre jours. Très propre, très bien insonorisé , excellent service au comptoir. Belle piscine, chaude et propre. Petite par contre, 10 personnes max autorisés. Mes seuls bémols est que lorsqu’on choisi un des deux hôtels les plus luxueux et les plus chers de la ville, c’est irritant d’avoir une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre avec un prix dessus, de payer le stationnement (on savait à l’avance) alors que tout les autres sont gratuits à Sherbrooke et qu’il n’y a pas d’options gratuites à proximité… Je préfére quand c’est déjà dans le prix et avoir ces services automatiquement en ayant l’impression que c’est « gratuit ». Derniers points, je comprends aussi que par soucis écologiques on ne fasse pas le ménage de la chambre chaque jour, c’est comme ça partout maintenant. Sauf qu’une petite tournée pour changer les verres et tasses, remettre des sachets de café et vider les poubelles c’est quand même appréciable. Et fait dans les autres hotels, moins dispendieux. Suggestions: préciser ces points aux clients à l’arrivée. Que tout ce qu’on a besoin, serviettes, tasses, café sont disponibles au comptoir en tout temps. Il était écrit sur un pamphlet dans la chambre, mais je ne l’ai pas vu les deux premières journées. Super emplacement pour se dégourdir les jambes, en faisant le tour du lac des Nations.

This is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic spot in the center of Sherbrooke, a lovely city. But it seems that the hotel was built for show, not comfort. Ordinary things that other hotels provide (lotion, cream for coffee) were not provided. The breakfast didn't include any meats (maybe that was health thing) and all the breads were just sitting on the shelf there in their grocery store wrappers. No nice croissants or other pastries. I expected more from this place. The pool is laughable - it looks very nice until you look closely, and you see that the pool liner was mis-installed and has large wrinkles across the bottom and sides. If the management allows this obvious of an error to go uncorrected, what other corners were cut in construction?

Property is great. Queen beds are on the small side and low to the ground - no king size available when we asked to change. Parking is at a cost. The parking outside does not allow for much room and people were taking up two spots because of that. Parking inside the underground garage is ample and safe.

The pillows had stains. The phone in the bedroom didn’t work. There is no way to use Netflix or Amazon. Just basic cable. The gym is a complete joke with no mats one bike and free weights to 20. Like a 12x12 room with no windows. The breakfast is 30 different types of bread in bags you get yourself and toast and room temp juice in open containers. The downtown nearby is full of drug addicts.

I paid extra to have a single bed in my room and a better room. The bed was smaller than a queen bed and so short that my boyfriend's feet were hanging over (he is 6'2'' approximately) . It was also very surprising to have to pay for outside self-parking. We're not downtown Montreal with a nice indoor parking... Would not go back.

I left some objects in the room. When I called I was told they had them. I went to pick them up and they no longer had them. The manager called me a liar and said they never claimed to have them. This manger should not work in customer service. For this reason I would never stay there or recommend this hotel.

Feels brand new with quiet rooms and lots of amenities. Lots of hot water and the bathrooms were spotless. We could hardly hear the air handling units and the beds were very comfortable. It has both above ground and secure underground parking. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We had a great stay at the Grand Times in Sherbrooke. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The hotel and room were very clean. I recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Sherbrooke and will definitely stay here again when I return to Sherbrooke.

Picked Hotel because it had onsite parking, only to be charged extra upon arrival. Have another extra charge on credit card that I have no idea what for and will need to disrepute. We arrived around 8;45 pm and asked the front desk for suggestions were only met with attitude that it was a city and will have not problems finding something. When we did go looking, we found that it was unsafe, and a lot of drug issues in the area.

Extrêmement déçue de mon séjour. L’hôtel est bien situé, propre et confortable. J’étais à Sherbrooke pour participer au Demi-marathon. J’ai téléphoné à l’hôtel quelques jours avant mon arrivée pour demander si je pouvais partir à 15h plutôt qu’à 11h afin de participer aux festivités entourant le Demi-marathon. La réponse avait été que je ne pouvais pas mais que je pourrais quitter à 12h. Avant de partir pour la course, j’ai rappelé à la réceptionniste que je partirais à 12h et celle-ci m’a dit que je ne pouvais pas et que je devais partir à 11h. J’ai dû revenir à l’hôtel immédiatement après la course pour pouvoir prendre ma douche et je n’ai pas pu participer aux festivités d’après-course. Ce n’était pas ma première course et, à ce jour, TOUS les hôtels où j’ai séjourné incluant le Times Drummondville accommodent les participants à ce genre d’événement.

Comfortable beds, very clean rooms, roomy bathroom so that two people can get ready at the same time, excellent location with a view of Lac des Nations and walking distance to a good restaurant, excellent coffee shop.
