No safety bar whatsoever in shower-bath, difficult to enter side door. Pool opened one hour after stated time, preventing us from using it in morning, rooms very dated, no renovations since mid fifties.

There is a stuffy smell throughout all the dark corridors. The hotel is due for some renovations . There was no exercise room at all. Basically I would not recommend it

Everything fine with the staff at the reception but we needed to ask for towels at the reception. The only one day the housekeeping was done (The housekeeping it wasn’t done during the stay) they left the balcony door OPEN (we where at the first floor). The pool wasn’t clean. You can hear people walking at the other rooms.

Very clean ,with ironed sheets! No special price because it was School Break. They ran out of towels at the pool. Even got to stay on the same storey as the pool. Because of lack of personal, the breakfast is no longer offered. Too bad! The hotel site should change their advertisement!

Chambre très humide, gros insectes morts et insectes vivants qui se promènent sur le tapis, baignoire rouillée, bref, fuyez cet endroit insalubre. J’ai porté plainte au gérant, il rit au nez des clients, aucun sens du service à la clientèle. Je porte plainte à l’Association de l’hôtellerie du Québec, à la Ville de Sherbrooke et au Ministère du Tourisme. C’est une honte que cet hôtel soit classé 4 étoiles et qu’il ait encore un permis d’exploitation.

Staff was amazing! Rooms and amenities were great. Only complaint was that we were there for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned so the coffee and bath items were not ever replaced.

Unfortunate that our room was infested with bugs. We stayed 2 nights. (Friday-Sat). Saturday morning several bugs were found crawling on bathroom floor. Thought it was a one off. Throughout the morning found several more and not only in bathroom. Brought to the attention of staff. While we were out they cleaned the room. When returning later in the evening found several more. Killed them and brought to front desk. Moved our room at midnight. Upon check out asked for some type of compensation as we did not sleep and finally on Monday via telephone were told their policy does not allow for compensation that it was unfortunate but the bugs were part of a humidity problem

The hotel was was clean and comfortable. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The checkin was a bit slow and we were surprised that our room was not cleaned even though we put the card out. They did give us new towels but did not make the beds or take out the trash. Overall it was a good value and was close to many great amenities

Shower had mold on the grout, vent in shower was half way out. Water pressure low in shower. Plenty of hot water. On the positive side, room was spacious, clean and overall comfortable.

Rooms were clean but are dated. Staff was great. Breakfast at hotel restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Only issue was that we happened to be there at same time as a number of hockey teams. So lots of noise, running up and down the halls and banging of doors. Management was good at shutting it down at a reasonable time.

Isolation médiocre, on entent les voisins parler. Les portes font bcp de bruit donc pour dormir paisiblement on repassera…les oreillers ne sont pas confortables. Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est pas à recommander pour l’attente treeeeeeees longue de prise de commande et de service. Y a des hôtel bcp mieux à Sherbrooke pour le prix ou moins cher

I received a cold welcome from a young woman who didn't respect my request; on the contrary, she went against it. However, this was quickly rectified by another receptionist, a young man, who provided excellent customer service. The pool was heated, clean, and quiet. The room was comfortable. The Wi-Fi needs improvement.

L’accueil. Nous sommes arrivés après un long voyage à 02pm et la réception nous a refuser une chambre avant 4pm nous mentionnant que les arrivées s’effectuaient à 4 pm. L y avait des chambres de disponible. On nous a mentionné qu’il y avait possibilité d’avoir n chambre moyennant des frais de 50.00. Nous sommes resté dans le lobby à attendre. La chambre était de base ne valant pas le prix. Le réfrigérateur bruyant que lon a débranché et le chauffage bruyant qui nous a empêché de dormir. Très mauvaise expérience avec cette hôtel.

Nous sommes arrivé et la chambre n'était pas fait , mais livré comme si elle l'était . Après discussion avec le ''directeur ou responsable du soir '' il nous a transférer dans une autre chambre. Le ton était quelque peu ''arrogant'' Par contre, quand la chambre a été changé c'était propre . L'expérience global a fait que je n'y retournerais pas si j'ai à revoyager à Sherbrooke.

Appalling customer service between both Hotels.com and Le Presidente, whereby both parties were unresponsive, unwilling and avoided all responsibility to deal with my cancellation of a secondary night 48hrs in advance. And I was assured when checking in that both parties would address this concern -only to be later informed of a strict policy to withhold funds for the secondary night. Management was unresponsive, avoided Hotels.com and our calls And, Eric did not make himself available. No follow-up, multiple calls to both parties who differed responsibility to the other. While travelling with my daughter to attend university at Bishops I frequent the area often and have had no issues with either The Delta, Holdsy Inn etc. Extremely frustrated, disappointed and will no longer use this service - and I’m sure this will also fall on deaf ears as you stick to the principle of retaining my funds.

Séjour d'affaire. Personnel très courtois. L'endroit est bien entretenu, ainsi que la piscine et le spa intérieur. Il y a une option de restauration sur place. Il y a beaucouo de stationnements et l'hôtel est bien situé, plusieurs restaurants et magasins autour.

Depuis fin août, je réserve à chaque semaine de 2 à 4 jours semaine. Mardi soir lors de mon arrivée, j’ai avisé que je devais annuler la nuit de jeudi car je devais être à Mtl vendredi matin à 7h et non pas voulu et mon facturé la nuit que j’y était pas. Très déçu. Le directeur devait m’appeler pour régler le tout et j’ai jamais eu de retour d’appel. Je n’y retournerai pas par principe. Dommage j’aimais bien cette place.

Not easily walkable, but central for driving in all directions — note, it’s adjacent to a major highway interchange under reconstruction, so there are traffic delays. Lots of free parking. Nice indoor pool & hot tub, with adjacent outdoor patio. Dining room is not operating. The $10 optional self-serve continental breakfast is just a croissant, with a banana & orange, plus hot drink. Well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds.

We were surprise that you still have that dirty rug for flooring. Parking was great, air conditioning also. We did not have breakfast there since we were wait a the restaurant door for about 10 minutes no one came to sit us down so we left and went to a other restaurant.
