Hôtel was lovely. Very clean, staff were very friendly. Lovely bar to sit in to have a cup of tea or glass of wine, whatever you fancied. Breakfast was amazing with plenty if choice.

La Place is such a sweet and lovely hotel. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and staff offered suggestions for where to eat. The room was clean and comfortable, as expected. The lounge downstairs has a beautiful ambiance, and guests sit and enjoy drinks and food at all hours, creating such a lovely and peaceful environment. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The location is on the edge of old town. Equidistant to old town center to the right and the beach to the left. No elevator but we were on the first floor with a window that overlooked a charming pedestrian street with restaurants. Rooms are small but renovated and adequate. The hotel entrance faces a bus plaza that can be loud late into the evening. So, we had to sleep with window closed to reduce noise. The hotel buffet breakfast was enjoyable as well as a cafe across the street. I would stay again.

Ottimo soggiorno, personale gentilissimo, pulizia perfetta, camera accogliente. Non esiste parcheggio in loco (ma nella zona è quasi sempre così), ma ci hanno comunque agevolato grazie a una convenzione. Consigliato.

Sehr gute Lage, Parkmöglichkeit im naheliegenden Parkhaus zu vergünstigtem Preis, tolles Frühstücksbüffet, sehr nettes Personal, einfaches Hotel aber sehr sauber, Klimaanlage, leider kein Lift aber machbar, da nur 3 Stockwerke Insgesamt ein kleines nettes Hotel, für ein 3-Sternhotel ist es über dem üblichen Standard. Sehr zu empfehlen!

This is the second time we have stayed at La Place. The hotel is clean and tidy with a real boutique feel, the staff are super-welcoming and the breakfast is just fantastic. The hotel is convenient for the Old Town and is surrounded by bars and restaurants, and the rooms are spacious and well maintained. We will definitely be back again! Merci mille fois!

Very nice boutique property...felt very French. The decor was lovely and our room was very clean and comfortable. Only a very short walk from the main area of the Old Town and 10 minutes to the beach. The train station was only a short walk away. All members of staff were absolutly lovely. Antibes is a very walkable town and full of life.

Delightful small hotel with very welcoming staff, very centrally located in Antibes. The dinner offerings, while limited, consist of delicate and innovative oprions (the skewers, flambéed at the table, are great). The rooms are small (hint: this is France) but comfortable. Walking distance to the harbor, ramparts, Picasso museum, and more. Definitely recommend. P.S. Try not to have a car, as street parking is scarce and is only free from 6pm to 9am -- and traffic is bad in Antibes.

We took the train from Nice for a long weekend (early Feb 2023) and chose La Place partially because it is a 10 min walk from the Gare - but also because it had good customer ratings. We were really pleased. The staff is lovely (everyone but esp Cecile who made us feel welcome every time we walked in the hotel). We got their smallest room, but it was cleverly set up to make it comfortable for two people (good closet, nice bathroom, window out over a small square overlooking one of Antibes best restaurant). In fact, there are lots of really good eateries all around. We especially liked La Petite Escalier & The Little Wood: both are run by couples, both serve good food with a great welcome. Caveat Emptor: no elevator - but altho\' we were on the 2nd floor up from ground it was fine taking up our two 21" and two 15" suitcases. Nice touch: bowl of apples for guests, bottled water in the rooms. And especially important: VERY comfortable bed BEST pillows we had in France, good towels (and good toiletries). All in all a nice option in Antibes!

We chose La Place due to the great reviews and were not disappointed. It was a charming boutique hotel right on edge of the Antibes old town ( next to tourist office). Close walking distance to all the bustling eating places, charming streets and port. Staff were wonderful especially Anna who kindly printed off train reservations for us. The breakfast itself was superb as was the charming setting. There us no lift so is not for the faint hearted getting cases up the stairs and walking up and down. Our room was very small and we had to walk over and around our cases but we managed to get around that and other things made up for it. No fridge or kettle but happy to supply boiling water and cups from cafe at any time of day and night. The cafes underneath our window were noisy until about 11 pm but good sound proofing once windows closed. It was on the higher side price wise but we’d choose to stay there again for sure.

What an amazing stay. We came to Antibes for a family wedding on a very hot weekend with an elderly parent. The staff were warm and friendly. Even when there were problems with the air conditioning this was sorted. A holiday is made by the people you meet at La Place the warmth and professionalism of the staff certainly made our holiday a very special experience. I would highly recommend staying here . Not only were the breakfasts superb , the location perfect for exploring and most importantly a patient , kind and knowledgeable staff ensured a stress free visit. Thank you Cynthia and colleagues. The location was perfect with short distances to water, museums and restaurants/cafes. Very friendly staff that went above expectations to make our stay welcomed. Their bar and breakfast was very well stocked. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again on my next visit. One concern - no elevator so prepared to do stairs.

Das Personal begrüßte uns auf Deutsch, was uns sehr geholfen hat. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und im Bad fehlte es an gar nichts. Das Frühstück war frisch zubereitet und umfangreich. Abends konnte man gemütlich noch etwas in der Bar trinken.
