The personnel was awesome, kind, helpful. What we did not enjoy was the lack of internet and for this reason tv was down too. It was raining and when we arrived to the hotel in two different occasions the front door was locked and had to wait several minutes to let them in.

Bear in mind there is no parking, however, there is a public parking business not that far away. Unfortunately, the Internet and the TV were not working. Probably the cable company had some issues. We requested a late check-out, and the lady at the front desk was not flexible. In short the hotel is ok , well located. I still recommend it. Definitly they need to improve and get the personnel better trained.
