Recommend Air on Broadbeach. Parking is a bit of an issue. Our car park tag didn't work on way out had to call of assistance. Oasis carparking staff sort quite quickly

Unfortunately we were on the south side of the building so no daytime sun. 2105. The pool in the shade all day. Didn’t even bother with it. Supplies not replenished. The car park difficult and took a lot of time, 2 lifts, heading up several floors. Had to park out the front then move the car. No concierge. One bedroom didn’t even have a blind ! Considering we booked a beach front suite it was very disappointing. You also could not open the windows. The balcony was at the side in the shade overlooking a construction site. Very noisy. The building is in a great location but we arrived and were very disappointed.

Carpark was a challenge and the dual lift system just poor design. Lots of dust buil up inside the apartment and dirty floor tiles in the bathroom. Apartment was well appointed and views spectacular. Staff were fantastic and friendly, in particular the young male cleaner who opened doors for people etc..

Great location right on the beach with all amenities within walking distance. Very close to convention centre also. Lack of blockout curtains meant we slept quite poorly and some of the dishes were not well cleaned when we arrived but these were our only issues.

Property is convenient to transport, restaurants and prime location for the beach. The room was not clean, towels were stained & there was work being carried out on the building so we could not use our balcony, were unable to open our bedroom blinds or our external door to the bedroom otherwise we would be staring at tradesman. Overall frustrating as we had enjoyed pleasant stays here in the past.

I recently checked into your hotel (11th to 15th May) while attending a conference at the Gold Coast. While I appreciate the general cleanliness and amenities provided, I am writing to express my concern regarding a persistent and unpleasant odor in the room, which resembles the smell of urine. Unfortunately, due to my very very tight schedule and the limited availability during this busy period, I have not had the time to properly address this matter in person. I also understand that your reception operates from 9 AM to 5 PM, not 24/7 service; which overlaps with my conference commitments, making it difficult to reach out directly during those hours. Location of property was great. Lot’s of dining options & all were awesome. Unfortunately our apartment was in need of some maintenance & good scrub in areas. Kitchen & shaving cabinet doors require some attention. Tiles on bathroom floors require a good scrub, not just a general vac & mop. Glass top on bedside cabinet is chipped on corners so I cut my hand on it. Bathroom door is water damaged & swollen on bottom edge which just looks like a budget motel. Toilet seat hinges a bit dodgy & I know the age of the building but would expect a new soft close seat after all these years. Frying pan needs replacement. Have to say I was impressed with all staff. Friendly & helpful including cleaning staff, concierge & even guy testing pool chemicals was friendly. It would book again but would consider other options at this price point.

Room clean and tidy. View from room amazing. 3 day weekend from Brisbane. Parked car in secure carpark and did not need until we left. everything we needed in walking distance. Plus the weather was perfect!

Amazing views!!! Lovely clean modern two bed apartment with awesome views out to sea. Super quiet even though in a busy location. Great location close to everything. Loved our stay here will definitely be back!

Pretty expensive for what you get, there were some issues with the apartment (bathrooms had no fans, fridge leaked, TV remote didn't work). But the location is perfect (across road from beach) and facilities around are significant (supermarket right next door, plenty of restaurants within short walk).

While the accommodation boasted a stunning view, the room itself was deeply disappointing. The bed was terrible, with an old, uncomfortable mattress that made sleeping difficult. The bathroom had an unpleasant odour, and the decor was tacky, featuring cheap furniture, five plastic plants, and an excessive number of seashell bowls. The crockery was mismatched, adding to the overall disarray. The lighting was harsh and inadequate, with only one bedside table available. Location and view is superb and staff was helpful. Room is large and well maintained. However, the air-conditioning was weak, so the room got really hot from the morning. Advice was to keep all windows shut, but we found the best way was to shut all the windows during day time, then open them all when the outside cooled down. Stayed in the same property but a different room last year. Encountered the same issue.

Unfortunately the first 3 bedroom apartment we were put into was very tired and rundown. There was black mould on 2 of the airconditioning vents in the lounge. There was a lack of lighting throughout and the light switches were put in a tricky place which made it them to hard to access for kitchen and bathrooms. Paint chipping off and marks on the majority of the walls. The 2 single beds were also very hard. After complaining about our room we had to wait until the next day for something to be done about it which ended up being swapping rooms to a higher floor with an extra room (giving us 4 bedrooms) this apartment was a lot nicer (only downfall was the air conditioning didn’t work which we were told about prior to moving). Also parking is very annoying due to how far you have to drive up in the carpark. Would we stay again? No. Would we recommend it to others? No The only saving grace about our stay was the lovely girl on the front desk who made the changes etc for us easy and her communication was top notch.

The view from our 19th floor was impressive, apart from this nothing else was. Craig the manager on the front desk was very attentive and did everything to make it accomodating. Alyssa also on the front desk was not very helpful and quiet rude

Good Morning Very disappointed in our stay. I paid for the accommodation via the Expedia app. But on check in your reception took payment again from my debit card. I was told "human error" and I would received refund in 2 - 5 business days. This left me with no money to enjoy my stay. I could not see the show I wanted or shop at Pacific Fair for upcoming birthday presents. My whole reason for the getaway. I feel more could have been done to rectify the "human error"

Our 3 night stay was lovely. The 2 bedroom ocean front apartment we had was gorgeous, the views were amazing. The location is so convenient, so many restaurants close by and also Pacific Fair. The pool area was really nice, but maybe could do with more sun lounges. The staff were all very nice and helpful, we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, view and amenities. Great size for a family with large lounge/dining, full kitchen and roomy bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. Amazing view of the ocean with balcony. Loved having the convenience of Oasis downstairs with supermarket and family friendly dining options so close by. So great to have parking included. Would definatley return.
