Trendy little hotel near main train station. Fantastic staff, great total bar, crisp bed linen, great rain shower and nice and quiet. Air conditioning in room was superb and we enjoyed an easy 100m walk to a selection of restaurants and bars. Loved this place!

Beautiful hotel but nothing is available very close to hotel must walk a few blocks to get coffee or meal. Don’t like that you have to exit building to go to another building to get to my room. This corridor is too dark.

This hotel is very well located, it is next to the train station that services the local subway and high speed trains to other cities like Barcelona. The 203 bus which stops at the curb at all the terminals at the airport for 5 euro will drop you at this train station. The hotel is modern and new and at the start of the most beautiful streets in Madrid. I would highly recommend the Madrid City Tour hop on, hop off double decker bus for 25 euro to see all the sights in the city.

Great lobby to hang out with drinks or food. Room was comfortable. Strange bathroom with shower all glass all around. Metal grates to stand on is not comfortable at all and slippery. Pictures on website are true. Overall was a good stay.

hemos repetido en este hotel y sin duda alguna os lo recomiendo si tenéis previsto ir a Madrid. El alojamiento dispone de una habitaciones amplias, limpias y muy modernas. Mu tranquilo y sin ruidos. un Bufet para los almuerzos con mucha variedad, dispone de parquin en el mismo Hotel. El personal es muy familiar, excelente trato con el cliente. Sin duda alguna mas que recomendable, volveremos a repetir!!!

Located on a side street on the quiet side of the train station (although some kind of garbage collectors or construction workers yelled at each other at 2am and woke me up). Entrance has one of those old fashioned revolving doors which was a bit small and I tripped and fell inside of it. Not sure why they don’t just have sliding glass doors like most hotels and public buildings. Otherwise hotel is nice: comfortable room and good breakfast buffet. My king bed room had a glass wall on shower so there was zero privacy from the main room. I was alone so it was fine, but if you are sharing a room you would need to not mind being seen while showering.

This was a very nice hotel close to the train station in Madrid. The staff was very nice, and the hotel is modern and beautiful. The only thing that I was not impressed with was the see through shower. Why would you have a shower that you can see through anywhere in the room??

I was visiting my sister and brotther in law, who live locally. A really great service experience here. Especially because I had a medical issue during my stay, which resulted in a hospital emergency visit. The staff dealt with this superbly and efficiently - all the staff in the public areas of recpetion, bars and restaurant were very kind and thoughful and went above and beyond their normal work responsibility to help me. I will remember this for many years to come. A Big thank you.

The hotel was well presented, friendly and welcoming. The check in process was well organised, quick and efficient. The room was super clean, had lots of great amenities and was big and comfortable. (Now to the most important bit) The bed was really comfortable and the shower was amazing! It was a great place to stay for a business trip but I would have been more than happy to have stayed here on holiday too!

Only spent the night before flying back to the states, so didn’t pay much attention to what the surrounding area had to offer. My biggest disappointment was that the restaurant didn’t open until 8:00PM and I needed to get to bed by then. Our room was difficult to find and even harder to find our way back to the correct level to exit. Breakfast was good.
