Wnen I booked this place, i did so because there was a gym, pool, and massage available. I pictured my self getting massages and lounging by the pool. Unfortunately we took granddaughters age 18-22 and were running constantly. There are so mant places close by to see, restaurants that are fantastic, and all walking distance or short taxi ride. Bad side, you have to call first to go to the pool, we were told so thry can bring you a robe. Granddaughters never got a robe. Also $40 extra for the jacuzzi. No thanks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Uber is a great way to get around in the area and taxi's are abundant!

Heavily scented rooms - if you have any type of lung issue, Asthma, COPD, or sensitivities to chemical fragrance: stay away. The room itself was great: spacious, clean and really nice but there are automatic sprayers of some type in the rooms to keep it smelling "good." I was able to switch rooms and got into one that had less of a scent but it was still too much for my lungs to handle. If you don't have any type of lung issue - This is a great place. It's located across from a beautiful park in a very safe neighborhood. The pool is gorgeous and the sauna very nice. I rented the hot tub, which didn't get very hot but was still nice. The champagne they serve is excellent

Old …beat up…sauna and pool don’t work…nice hot tub but you can’t just use it, you have to reserve 45 minutes before…they do a nice job but the whole of Argentina is having issues

I really like this hotel and can highly recommend with some comments: THE GOOD 1. Location is perfect, plenty of restaurants, parks, etc. 2. Apartments are very spacious and comfortable. Very classy. 3. Service is great from everyone. THE NOT SO GOOD 1. It is called Spa, but it is barely one. They do have a nice pool, jacuzzy, sauna and offer massage. But the biggest downside is the gym. In an extremely small space they have an old machine, two treadmills and a bike that barely work. Weights are a couple of old dumbells. They should get rid of the machine, buy new treadmills and eliptical and a new rack of dumbells, and it will be an improvement. So if the gym is not important for you, this is a great choice.

The rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean. The staff assisted me many times & were very helpful. They held some of my luggage for several days which helped a lot. The location near AEP airport is perfect. And the cost of rooms is great. I didn’t have time to use the spa area but the services looked very nice If you’re vegan, do not order the standard breakfast, not worth the $, there wasn’t anything I could eat. There aren’t any dining areas - only room service.

Fui para correr a Maratona de Buenos Aires acompanhando da minha esposa e filho de 03 anos. Quarto muito amplo, limpo e confortável. Ajuda muito o fato de ter uma mini cozinha no quarto. Fiquei cético ao ler que o café seria no quarto. Eles não dispõe de restaurante para tal. O café, magnífico, foi servido no quarto. Adorei poder tomar café em família num local só nosso. Frutas, iogurte, suco, café, opções de pães e biscoitos. A localização do hotel é outro ponto muito positivo. 10min do aeroparque, ao lado do zoológico, em frente ao jardim japonês. Eu voltaria com certeza!!!!

Great place with good size rooms. We had a room on the top floor this time. There was a markable difference in the noice from the street. The terras was also bigger. The bathroom is a good size. The kitchencorner is handy, but we didn't use it really. Overal highly recommended

A wonderful oasis in Buenos Aires - close to so much in the (Botanic) Palermo. The rooms are LARGE, clean, wood floors, with a balcony, "kitchen" (microwave, stove, sink fridge, electric kettle). Hot water and lots of it. Welcoming! Breakfast is delivered when you phone for it, the room cleaners come at reasonable times. Amenities too - pool, gym. A very comfortable welcoming hotel wthg MANY restaurants close by, in an interesting, walkable area in friendly Buenos Aires.

I definitely loved the location and friendly staff, the suite was big and comfortable as well as clean. However, my only feedback is that the minibar looked a bit dated and it should have more snacks and drinks options. The bathtub definitely needs to have a sliding door or curtains, it is not comfortable to shower, the shampoo/soap options could be upgraded to a better quality. Overall my experience was great.

The staff has such a good attitude. And near by are many fantastic places to see and eat. The city is the most positive city that I have ever been to, by far. It's the only city that I have ever seen so much positivity. No trouble makers, anywhere and everyone has a smile. You cannot beat the hotel for location, and the staff is really good and positive. According to the Expedia booking site, payment at the property with the local currency came to less than 27000 pesos plus tax. However, on arrival we were told 34414 pesos. When we asked why so much the receptionist said they charge us for the Expedia commission. We said no, you are over charging. We immediately contacted Expedia and they have a file open investigating the matter. Upon arrival we met two very rude men who were speaking to each other under their breath. One did the calculation and told the other guy what to charge. They did not smile or greet us. When we asked for a proper receipt with the breakdown of the cost, they refused and told us we are not Argentinian and he gave us a receipt of 393 and a receipt for 34414. We want to pay as Expedia showed on its site, no less, no more. Please refund us the balance.

Although this was a very short stay for us being just a layover, the staff were friendly and helpful assisting us for transportation to the airport in the morning. An easy walk to many restaurants, bars and shops. I would have liked to spend more time here to experience the spa!!

Experiência incrivel! Hotel super bem localizado, perto de tudo, muito limpo e organizado. Ao lado tem varias opcoes de restaurantes, lanchonetes para um cafe, etc. Muito silencioso e perto de tudo. Ao lado dos principais parques da cidade, para se dar uma gostosa caminhada ou se exercitar. Fica quase em frente ao Jardim Japones e muito proximo da Floralis. Excelente estadia!!

What a wonderful little hotel! I picked it because it was closest to the airport, but I would stay again for the spacious room, lovely amenities, delicious room delivered made to order breakfast and the courteous kind staff. Very walkable to lovely restaurants including a Michelin Grade restaurant right next door. Amazing.

We wanted to be close to the parks, so this was perfect. Was quieter than if we were in the heart of Palermo but trade off was fewer restaurants & activity. Close to Planetarium, Japanese Gardens, ecoparque, Avenida del Liberator (good pickup spots for both city busses & tourist bus), 3 ice cream shops within a block, Serena’s Cafe for good breakfast & lunches. Loved the large balcony, indoor pool. Thought reasonably priced, good value. Staff were all patient with our spotty Spanish. Most front desk folks spoke some level of English (some quite fluent). Very accommodating. I’d stay again.
