I stayed in room 111.. was suppose to hand a microwave & didn’t.. WiFi was very slow/low signal.. The carpet felt like it hadn’t been vacuumed & had sand or grit in it that made my bare feet (after my shower) turn black.. an over head duct in the bathroom above the shower was partially plastered over & had rust spots & what looked like mold or mildew all over the edges.. will not go back there again!!

Check in was easy. Condition of room left a bit to be desired! At first I said the 1970’s called wanting their decor back. Very noisy with traffic Bath tub leaked Ceiling was in need of repair Smoke alarm was missing Ice machine was not functioning No blanket, only a sheet and the covering that never gets changed (ick)

Theres one employee with good customer service the owners are rude and treat people poorly. The room i stayed in the door was messed up. Theres no ammedities at this hotel. No coffee and no breakfast of any sort although both were mentioned. The towels usually had what looked like blood stains and the sheets also. Bedspreads had burn holes

Apparently this place is a favorite for the local drug dealers. The man at the front desk was fine. I went to my room, #119, the light switch did not turn anything on. I had to walk to the bathroom to turn a light. Room was very outdated and dirty. I received a prompt refund at the front desk

Vacuuming the room was obviously not done. Freezer in refrigerator was literally never cleaned out or defrosted. No hardware on drawers. Graffiti on bathroom door, ironing board cover, and a bath towel. Will not return. Ina at the front desk was very helpful overall.

It was the most disgusting, unclean place we have ever been to. We got a non-smoking room, there were cigarette burns all over the bathtub, the sheets, as well as the pillowcases had cigarette burn holes. There were something all over the mattress that looked disgusting, the floors were dirty. Something was spilled behind the bed and nobody even cleaned it cobwebs everywhere. It was just downright disgusting.

I am a supervisor over housekeeping at a near by hotel. This place had bed bugs roaches, had to clean own tub shower, towels rags left in it, sheets nasty mattress pads blood on them. Mo smoke alarms, so how is health inspection letting rhem by with this, everything they advertise is false and thats called false advertisement.

The room did not have a heater, the man at the counter was great and gave me a space heater. the room had bugs, the linen was stained,, it was so dirty and buggy, I slept in my clothes and would not bring in any of my belongings...

Overall room was good. But shower felt like a dog peeing on your back, toilet barely flushed, was supposed to be a smoke free room.. but someone had just got done smoking some green in there.. one med sized towel. It would have worked for just me, but my wife and 7yo son came up.. multiple vacant rooms the entire weekend and was told "No room to change too"

Got there after midnite but had given my non smoking room to a walk in when I had already pre registered and said I'd be late! Room had badly frayed carpet and the toilet base was loose - floor bolts broken or rusted tho still worked!

It was terribly noisy. Place smelled like cannibis in the parking lot. People wandering around being loud after midnight. Beds were fairly uncomfortable. Room smelled kind of mildew-y. A/C worked really really well, though! If you're just looking for a quick night's stay and are a really hard sleeper, go for it!

The outside was OK it was a service that was horrible. They did not have extra towels. They didn’t have enough shampoo and conditioner to give you or soap. Their non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Their sheets were dirty. I have pictures the service lady that comes around she bang on your door does not knock on your door And the front desk service was horrible

They charge an extra 49 dollars after u get there! Was not told about this at all & very angry & disappointed with them!!!! The room was great! Towels where dirty! Just over all disappointed & wouldn’t stay there again unless it was free!

I booked a room here months in advance and I go to check in and they said no rooms are available and is had to sleep in my car because everyone was sold out from Bristol to Knoxville and I was too tired to keep driving

People running the places dont have a clue ab I ut anything. It is located right beside interstate witha intersection and truck stop dead man couldn't sleep there room nasty.
