The hotel itself is well maintained and very clean, and the location is excellent. The staff was also consistently friendly and helpful. However, there were a few things that fell short of what I would expect from a five-star hotel. On our first day, we asked for an extra luggage rack, but it was never delivered, so we had to ask again the following day. We also told the receptionist that the refrigerator in our room was not working. No one ever came to check it, so we were unable to use it during our stay. On another day, while we were sleeping late, the housekeeper attempted to enter the room. The door was latched, so he could not come in, but rather than leaving us alone after realizing that we were inside, he continued trying to open the door. We eventually got up and told him that we were still sleeping and asked him to come back later, at which point he pressed us to give him a specific time to return. These are relatively small things, but they are not what one would expect from a five-star hotel. That said, the staff was always friendly, and overall the hotel is attractive, clean, and very well located.

We stayed for three nights. On our first night there was a problem with the AC so we were moved to an upgraded room for the following two nights. They were very helpful and understanding. Both rooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. Lovely quiet location and vibes inside the hotel. We made use of the spa too which was lovely.
