Bramlies Bed & Breakfast

The owners are a very kind, helpful family. The rooms were very clean. Good location, at walking distance to the town centre. The breakfast was really good, including healthy options. The welcome tea and cake was very nice.

The room was nice, and Alison (the host) was lovely. A little unusual to have the shower directly in the bedroom rather than in the bathroom, but it worked ok for me. This b'n'b setup is behind the host's house, accessed down the side of the house. It is an easy 15 mins walk to the main street and to the train station so in a convenient spot.

The owner was very attentive and careful about us having our own bubble. Great breakfast.

The garden suite was lovely, had use of the garden to sit in. Very clean, comfortable with nice size double bedroom & living room with sofa bed & TV with Netflix etc. WiFi very good. We had our first breakfast served to us in the garden as the weather was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit platter, cereal, cooked breakfast choices & toast. Our hosts were very friendly, helpful& made our stay a very happy one. A true home from home. The one thing to be aware of is that the shower cubicle opens into the bedroom & the toilet & hand basin are separate but wasn't a huge problem for us. One thing to note Hotel.com.site said towels & bedding were not included this is not correct both were included. Maybe Hotels.com could alter this on their site.
