The hotel layout was unique very old style. The room me and my friend stayed in very old , run down , dull , and even had ants in the bathroom floor too. TV was like a tv that was around before i was even born! Very Old and very fuzzy.. Lifts in hotel didnt all work. Breakfast was basic no fruit or veg options The staircase lights in the hotel didnt work half way down the staircase and some floors didnt even have lights so was pitch black at night. Only gave 1 glass in our room and didnt change the towels everyday either. Room door was very old and handle was hanging off. The toilet in reception was barely safe! The button to flush it was hanging off the wall! No safe in room The few good things about this hotel are.. We had a fridge Shower was good Breakfast service was decent Location was great by the metro Bed was ok But if im honest me or my friends wont be staying here again.

Pésimo servicio, los dueños de la propiedad o los administradores se agarraron a gritos en frente de nosotros en un momento, no dejan que te lleves las llaves, pero tampoco se hacen responsables por daños, la propiedad es sucia, desordenada, huele a húmedo, tiene hongos y los muebles están rotos. No tiene amenidades, ni jabón, ni papel higiénico, tuve que solicitar los paños al llegar de nuestro tour porque no se preocupan si quiera por hacer bien la habitación.

Værelset lugtede fælt af kloak fra toilettet. Der var meget lidt hjælp at hente til at få løst problemet ved enten rengøring eller nyt værelse. Det var først sidste dag vi fik tilbudt nyt værelse, men da vi skulle afsted om natten, tog vi ikke imod det. Meget kedelig morgenmad og ikke rigtigt nogle sunde valg. Personalet var ikke særligt imødekommende og venlige, dog bortset fra den yngre natportier. Aircondition/varmepumpe meget larmende, men det var nødvendigt at den var tændt, da værelset var meget varmt og vinduerne var lige ud til en svalegang, så ikke rart at det stod åbent om natten. Vores værelse virkede faktisk som om det var ved at blive istandsat, da væggene ikke var beklædt og der manglede fuger på badeværelset.

Das Zimmer war schmutzig und die Einrichtung alt und ungepflegt. Auf die Bitte nach einem anderen Zimmer wurde uns ein Zimmer mit einem riesigen, flauschigen Schimmelfleck an der Wand zum Bett angeboten. Die Zimmer waren beide schlecht gereinigt und unhygienisch. Im Bad lag eine schmutzige und alte Duschmatte. Nach der täglichen Zimmerreinigung (die nicht durch ein Schild verhindert werden konnte) wurden die Fenster zum Flur in den Innenhof offen gelassen, sodass es für alle weiteren Hotelgäste ungehinderten Zugang zum Zimmer und den persönlichen Sachen gab. Der Zimmerpreis stand in keiner Relation zum Zustand dieses Hotels.

Excellent hotel. About a 90 second walk to a Metro M1 station. Clean, warm and decent sized rooms, along with pleasant staff who can speak very good English. WiFi speed around 30mbps (download and upload), so good for streaming or general browsing. Will stay here again when I’m next in Budapest.

The room was very dirty. The sheets and towels weren't clean and there was hair of other people in the bed. The shower door was broken and it didn't close well. We asked the workers to change the sheets but they changed them for other dirty ones. I wouln't repeat again in that hotel.

Honestly I should have known from how rude the bald receptionist was when I entered of how the stay was going to pan out. The whole reception looked so run down I thought I was at an abandoned location….. The room was extremely basic and unkept. The walls were stained and tiles were falling off. If you are slightly larger / taller than average good luck fitting on the bed. There was no kettle and the curtains were as thin as tissue. I thought all inclusive breakfast would be a redeeming factor ….. I was wrong. Three options - sausages, cold scrambled egg and toast. I never want to see an egg again in my life. The cleaners were polite and the location was ideal being 30 seconds from the tram. So if you won’t eat, sleep or rest in your hotel room this will be perfect.

It was a nice hotel. Bed was comfortable. It was good that they had AC in room which is very good in hot days. Unfortunately, breakfast was not good. There are just few options to eat. Honey, chocolate, cheese, butter, fruit, vegetables were missing. I would not pay any money for that breakfast. Thanks!

So when you arrive, a grumpy man greets you at the reception, then make sure you pay attention to how you lock the doors!! I get to my room and see my room number is cut out from cheap paper and taped to my door. It looks like people live in this building. Probably floors 2-5 are residential. I didn’t pay attention to the door locking symposium and I didn’t lock mine right and some random guy just opened my room door while I was in a state of undress! Who just goes around opening doors??? The AC spits out cold air, but the exhaust hose is broken so all of the hot air it produces comes out the back and heats the room up. The shower doesn’t drain well and floods the bathroom, hence the warped flooring outside the bathroom right by the door. The breakfast looks like it was made by a stoned 10 year old (hot dogs for breakfast??). The good thing about it is that it’s close to a metro station.

Hi I have stayed 3 nights in this hotel and I can’t explain what a bad experience I had No respect for customer No looking after customers No good breakfast No room service I was sitting in the lounge waiting area and talking on the phone the receptionist came to me front of other people and stat abuse language and says go out said and use phone otherwise I will cancel your booking and shouting on me I told him you’re doing wrong there is camera but he says I don’t care. The day and time is below 28/05/2024 at 21:30 to 21:50 I mentioned him I will complain about you but he didn’t care. And today I was just about to check out at 11 am and bit late 10 minutes the hotel staff open the out without care my privacy and says hurry up check out I am travelling around the world but never seen this kind of bad behaviour

Cuando llegamos al hotel la recepción nos trató como si molestaríamos, debo aclarar que no todos en recepción nos trataron así. Subimos a la habitación y la olor ya nos decía que no brillaba por su limpieza, teníamos una toalla encima de cada cama y estaban sucias. De tres noches que estuvimos allí la segunda no nos "limpiaron" la habitación. El desayuno deja mucho que desear, si tienes algún tipo de intolerancia como yo, te tienes que comprar tú lo que vayas a desayunar y tomártelo allí. No hicieron ningún amago de solucionarme el problema a mi intolerancia... Es más no te miran ni a la cara con tal de que no preguntes y si preguntas te dicen que es lo que hay... Si tuviera que volver, tengo clarísimo que allí no volvería y tampoco lo recomendaría.

Vorwiegend unfteundlicher Rezeptionist, bis auf den Abreisetag. Unterkunft sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Dusche undicht. Sehr begrenzte Auswahl beim Frühstück. Gut ist die Anbindung an die Metro.

Sødt personale der er villige til at hjælpe. Værelset var slidt men rent og pænt. Dog var der lidt problemer med afløb i bad og håndvask så der lugtede en del af kloak. Det var dejligt med en stor aircondition, men der blev hurtigt ulidelig varmt når den ikke stod tændt. Daglig "rengøring" bestod i at redde sengene. Ok morgenmad, ikke så inspirerende men frisk røræg, brød, kaffe og yoghurt.
