Ich bin spät angereist, da es Verkehrsprobleme gab. Das Hotel wurde informiert, trotzdem sollte ich kurz nach Mitternacht eine Zusatzgebühr zahlen, weil der Tagesabschluss schon gemacht war. Unverständlich! Ein Check-in sollte rund um die Uhr möglich sein, besonders bei einer späten Buchung. Der Check-in dauerte fast eine Stunde, weil der Mitarbeiter ständig mit uns diskutierte und den Betrag einfach ohne mein Einverständnis von meiner Kreditkarte abbuchen wollte. Nach einer langen Anreise und schwieriger Parkplatzsuche (keine Hotelparkplätze, geschlossene Parkhäuser) war das extrem nervig. Im Zimmer: falsches Bett (Doppelbett statt zwei Einzelbetten), also wieder zurück zur Rezeption. Das neue Zimmer hat gestunken, keine Pflegeprodukte, sehr einfache Ausstattung. Nach Wasser gefragt; Antwort: „Aus dem Hahn trinken oder 6 € für eine Flasche.“ Nach dem ganzen Chaos wäre eine Flasche Wasser wirklich angebracht gewesen. Die Umgebung war unangenehm: Vor dem Hotel schlafen Obdachlose, wir wurden mehrmals von Junkies angesprochen. Als Frau allein würde ich mich dort nicht sicher fühlen. Insgesamt: schlechter Service, unangenehme Umgebung, kein Komfort. Ich kann die vielen positiven Bewertungen leider nicht nachvollziehen. Keine Empfehlung!

Good location, easy parking, clean room

Hotellet var 10/10 lätt med parkering och fräscht bra säkerhet. Trevlig personal, sköna sängar och rent. Frankfurt i övrigt nej tack aldrig mer. Inget för barn, mycket skumt folk överallt och misär.

The hotel's location is great, walking distance to Frankfurt's Main River and famous attractions. I had a really comfortable bed. The bathroom was kind of small and the toilet's flush was behind its lid which was hard to use. (A minor detail) Hotel's parking was full when I arrived, but staff directed me another parking lot immediately. I recommend this value of the price hotel.

Very poor experience staying at Premier Inn Frankfurt City Centre. Hotel is dated and carpets in room were stained. When we had to unexpectedly shorten our stay, the front desk Manager showed complete indifference and lack of empathy, and made no efforts to try to make things right. I do not recommend this hotel and will not return.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, especially the bed. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night, which made it easy to relax.

The hotel, was spotlessly clean, friendly reception staff who were very helpful, all English speaking and the Milka Father Christmas was nice touch. Our room didn't not have a safe, but did have tea and.coffee making facilities. This hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the main train and coach stations. It was about 15-20 minutes walk to the Christmas market and shopping area. I would definitely recommend if you want to be near the public transport and visiting Frankfurt. We didn't have breakfast or drive there so can't comment on those issue.

You need to ask otherwise they will not clean up your room during your stay. The water pressure is so low and difficult to take shower. Staffs not very helpful.

El hotel y la habitación estaban muy bien. Bajo un poco la puntuación porque no nos limpiaron la habitación. Según parece la limpieza hay que pedirla con antelación. Nunca lo había visto en ningún hotel hasta ahora.

This property is situated in a very seedy and run down part of Frankfurt. It’s not entirely safe. The rooms are very small with next to no soundproofing.

It's close to the station and has good access to the Römerberg area. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. There is no refrigerator. The staff are friendly. There are multiple automatic locks, which is very reassuring.

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado. Limpo e silencioso. Tivemos apenas problemas com o sofá cama que fazia muito barulho toda vez que a pessoa se mexia. Café da manhã delicioso! Ótimo atendimento

방음이 잘 안됐고, 침대가 좀 작고 많이 푹신해요. 그래도 깨끗하고 직원들은 친절했어요.

Handy location near the station. Yes, the area is a bit dodgy but it’s fine. 10 min walk to the start of the centre of town. Nice clean rooms and comfy bed. Only negatives are no safe in the room so you have to take your valuables out with you, and very few channels on the TV (mostly international news channels).

⸻ Ich habe eine sehr angenehme Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Alles war äußerst sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets zuvorkommend. Die angebotenen Services waren von hoher Qualität, und das Zimmer war komfortabel und bestens gepflegt. Außerdem ist die Lage ideal: Das Hotel befindet sich direkt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, was sehr praktisch ist. Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich weiterempfehlen!

Room was comfortable, clean. Staff very helpful

Had to check out early due to fall and need to get to doctors. Would not refund me my money there were no lights in hall. Could not see where you were going. Reported said they could call them in.no air conditioning! I really need my money. I am senior citizen living off social security. I think that horrible. Also charged us to get in early!

The staff here were so nice and helpful. They were able to accommodate us and provide information about the local area. The location is excellent, near the city centre and train station, making all of our stops very walkable. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

We had an issue with Expedia on checking in, and the staff were so kind and accommodating and did everything they could to help us resolve it. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was calm and pleasant. I would recommend this premier inn to anyone looking for a place to stay with family in Frankfurt.

This was a nice hotel but the surrounding area was not so nice with a lot of trash and undesirable people begging.

La habitación estaba limpia y el personal del hotel fue muy amable. El hotel en sí esta bien, pero me gustaría señalar que la zona no es la más recomendable: aunque esta cerca del centro de la ciudad y es fácil moverse, por la zona hay un centro del estado habilitado para personas con problemas de drogodependencia, haciendo la zona no del todo segura, especialmente por la noche. Recomiendo evitar esta zona.

Great location, clean and secure hotel very close to city centre and local bars and restaurants etc. very good value, comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Pleasant helpful staff. Close to train station, perfect for short stay.
