The room was a bit cold and when we asked to have the heat on we were told there were heating restrictions until Oct. 20. On the Padua city website, it said the heat restrictions were between April 30th until Oct. 1. The hot water was tepid not suitable for a shower. The location was excellent, we had a full view of the Basilica di Sant Antonio. To go to and from the train station the best way is SRT1 tram that you take right from in front of the train station beside Macdonalds and get out at Santo.

Soit disant pas de place dans le parking. Et quand mon conjoint passe par la réception il entend qu'on propose à un nouvel arrivant de choisir la place qu'il veut dans le parking... donc il repose la question pour nous et on lui répond qu'il n'y a pas de place !!? J'avais pourtant demandé une place en réservant l'hôtel et on m'avait dit ok. Chambre à côté du tuyau d'évacuation de la cuisine donc merci le bruit et les odeurs... Le restaurant à côté est très bien, le serveur très agréable et gentil, les plats très bons. Seul bémol nous avons demandé pour faire remplacer l'accompagnement du plat (pomme de terres au four) de notre fille par des frites on nous dit ok et on nous les facture... Sinon emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville.

I stayed one night at the hotel in Padua, looking back, I think I should have booked two or three, so that I could get a better experience of the Veneto. Parts of the hotel seemed like an escape room, because my bedroom was located towards the rear. I was told that I had to take two elevators to get to my room, as it was in the back of the hotel. Part of it was under refurbishment, so I had to take one elevator up, and go to the other side of the hotel (4 minutes walk through two hallways) to take another elevator. This is part of what made me have to cancel my day trip to Venice, the other part was the rainy weather, which I won't find the hotel responsible for. My room was comfortable, and the wifi worked fine, though I had to ask for help reading the receipt of my personal password. Breakfast was good, had a good selection. There happened to be two tour groups having breakfast at the time, and tables for solo travellers were a bit hard to find, but it worked out fine for me.

My 3rd visit but this time was disappointing. Lots of renovations going on at the moment which are very loud and we weren’t informed prior to the visit. We paid the extra money to upgrade to a new room with a good view to be put right above the building work, so then had to be moved into the annex at the back of the hotel. The girls on the front desk had spoken about compensation through free breakfasts but the manager dismissed this and said we had an upgraded room just not the view!

The hotel is very nice, clean, comfotable and well located. Don't take the following comment as a complaint but as a suggestion, when I made the reservation I asked for parking included, but when we arrived there were not parking available in the hotel, therefore make sure to enphatized in this request if you need one, because the hotel staff didn't help at all.

Clean simple room right opposite the Basilica. Comfy bed just a shame tje water pressure was so poor and that the alley next to the room was so noisy until at least midnight. Oils leave our luggage in a room both sides of our stay - although this was not secured. The cafe next to the hotel is excellent value for money

Though the staff was kind enough to have maintenance put bleach in our toilet, it still smelled like a sewer throughout the room andmade me nauseous. The tile in the shower had mold. The loud construction made it difficult to rest during the day. I asked to change rooms but they said no. The WiFi was not responding well. Had to sign in over and over. On Orbitz it boasts laundry services which is not so. I repeat there is NO LAUNDRY. The staff directed me to a laundromat (thank you) but I missed out on time with family due to having to wash and dry my own laundry. It was the reason I booked the hotel. Overall just disappointed and tried to book a different hotel but all were sold out. Honestly our room was like an overpriced hostel. Avoid room 146 at all costs.

A localização é a melhor da cidade, para quem vai à Basílica de Santo Antonio de Pádua. Se tiver sorte, estaciona na zona azul em frente ao Hotel. Porém, mesmo avisando previamente que chegaria de carro, não havia vaga no estacionamente e o mais próximo seria a 17 minutos de caminhada (tivemos sorte e achamos zona azul). Boa recepção, exceto pelo problema do estacionamente, que simplesmente lavam as mãos. Quarto: amplo porém fedido. Banheiro: amplo porém com um box de 80x80 cm, se não for menos. Um absurdo. Banheiro de 3x3 mt e box de 80x80 cm? Mas, o que pegou foi o cheiro ruim do quarto, de mal limpesa por anos (sorte que a roupa de cama estava limpa). Banheiro também não era lá muito limpo. Fui informado de que estão em reforma, o que pode explicar o pouco caso com os quartos antigos. Testaria novamente e outra viagem, para ver após reforma.

Casa del Pellegrino is clean and smells so pleasantly everywhere - rooms, hallway, stairs ... pure joy!!! Room is spacious, modern in the middle of old town of Padova. Bathroom is ultra modern and fully functional. Bed is very comfortable and bedding sheets so clean, my wife couldn't believe it. Trough our window we see Basilica of Sint Anton di Padova. in short AMAZING. we already recombined it to our friends and relatives

The staff were polite, courteous, and friendly. The location of the property is very convenient for the purpose of our visit, which was right next to the Basilica of St. Anthony. It was in a quiet area and easily accessible by public transit going to Venice. Another consideration was the availability of secured parking lot. The breakfast selection is excellent! Lots of variety, quick replenishment when the level was running low, and lots of room to move around despite the large number of guests. The only disappointment was the smell in the room. Initially, the room that was given to us smelled smoke and when I complained about it, we were transferred to another room which smelled urine. Didn't bother complaining again as we were already tired and late for the church.

This is a clean friendly hotel in a superb location. I was in the newer Galileo annex, but it’s all in the same complex, so doesn’t feel so separate. The room was very clean and modern, if a bit spartan with no decoration at all. The front desk were helpful and polite, and the breakfast buffet was fine. My only complaint would be that the room wifi was virtually non existent. I had to go out into the corridor to get a very weak signal. When all tickets, bookings etc are online it’s a huge setback not to have wifi, so for that reason, I’d probably not stay there again, which is a pity as otherwise it’s a nice place.

O hotel em si é muito bom. É grande! Tem um ótimo café da manhã e o serviço no café é muito cordial. Achei o nosso quarto bem simples, o banheiro possui cortina no box e é um pouco desconfortável. Tem uma pia exagerada de grande e desnecessária. Secador d cabelo antigo. E o quarto tinha um cheiro d vovó. A única coisa q me incomodou foi o serviço de limpeza. Pelo menos nos dias q ficamos lá, acho q começa às 7 hs. Meu Deus, é um barulho de porta batendo, pessoas arrastando coisas no corredor. Acho q o serviço d limpeza devia começar um pouco mais tarde. Só isso mesmo q incomodou. Talvez se eu pegasse um quarto melhor, não teria esses contratempos. Ainda assim recomendo e pretendo voltar

Telefono prima di prenotare per avere info sul parcheggio e poi faccio come indicato (prenoto e richiedo posto auto nella prenotazione) ma all’arrivo in struttura il parcheggio non risulta prenotato ed era al completo perciò ho dovuto cercare in strada (2€ l’ora). La stanza ha arredi vecchi e il wc si trova dentro la doccia!!! Piccolo balcone con un vaso con fiori morti ma si vede bene la basilica. La mattina fanno le pulizie spostando mobili come fosse una ditta di traslochi e quando lo fai notare chiedendo per favore di fare più piano, la risposta è “stiamo lavorando”. Insomma per 95€ senza colazione si salva solo la posizione.

L' hotel è proprio a fianco della Basilica del Santo, vicinissimo al Prato della Valle, a Santa Giustina, all' Orto botanico e a tantissimi bar e ristoranti. Con una breve passeggiata si raggiungono le bellissime piazze principali, il Duomo, la Cappella degli Scrovegni, i Musei Civici, la Chiesa degli Eremitani e le vie dello shopping. Nei pressi dell' hotel ci sono le fermate degli autobus. Auguro a tutte le persone di trovare alla reception ad accoglierle una persona gentile e professionale come l' abbiamo trovata noi in questo hotel al nostro arrivo.. La nostra camera ha superato le nostre aspettative, molto spaziosa e confortevole, pulita, fresca, cortesie in abbondanza. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo e consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a tutti i viaggiatori. Se sarà possibile, prolungheremo il nostro soggiorno o torneremo con grande piacere in futuro.

Very nice place in the center of the city, close to the public transportation and major attractions. Just one hour away from Venice by public transportation. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We booked car parking ahead of time, so we didn't have any issues with it.

i loved this hotel. i was upset that i could not have dinner in the main room which was cherrier than the Desco room. I found some of the reception desk people very helpful. Some were kind of grumpy however. The maids were very friendly. So were the workers in the Desco restaurant as well as in the main room at breakfast.
