The elevator smells like dill. During the day the halls and rooms smell fresh but at night they fill with secondhand tobacco and cannabis smoke smells. We were on the second floor and didn’t have our windows open, so these smells came from the hallway through the poorly sealed door. May weatherstripping would help.

My stay was short as the challenges of hotel location where the reason for my poor experience. The location has many homeless staying in vehicles in the parking lot that the hotel can't control, or Police can remove. One night there were so many that I did not sleep as I was worried for my vehicle security. Fight in the parking lot at 12 am requiring police intervention. Would not recommend staying anywhere near this location.

The bath tub needed cleaning! No ice bucket. Ice machine on our floor not working so had to go one floor down for cups of ice. Only one set of towels in room when we arrived but provided when we requested but then cleaners took two sets part way through stay and we had to get a second set again. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable.

Very disappointing. Elevator dirty and smelled of weed. Hair dryer didn't work. No bed spread on beds and the blanket that was there had minimum of 6 cigarette burns. This was suppose to be a non smoking room. Quite warm in room and had to use the air conditioner, which only worked on high fan.

The hotel itself would have been fine except for the group of homeless people loittering in the lobby. It was the first night of a cold snap and they were trying to get warm, but they were holding the outside door open and smoking in the lobby. They were obviously under the influence as well. The smell funneled upstairs to my room and was rather gross. The staff were good about sending them on their way, but a couple got past and were walking the hallways on the second floor. The police eventually showed up and the next night there were less of them. There were people in the back parking lot talking and walking around at all hours of the night as well.

If you decided to stay even one night here I highly recommend stepping back from your plan,This property was awful, the smell of cigarette smoke in hallway, lobby even inside the room, bath room sink was stuck no drainage of water, no shampoo, no tissue, the fridge was off and totally hot with a bad smell, all bed covers and carpets dirty …completely bad experience !!!!

This hotel room was an immediate disappointment. The room stank of cigarette smoke, body odour, and general dirtiness. The blankets had burn marks, dirt, and red lipstick stains on them which made us wonder if the smoke alarm was working- it was not. The bathroom had bits of toilet paper on the floor, grime on the faucet, and the shower curtain was moldy along the bottom. We actually went out to buy some bleach and disinfectant spray to feel comfortable using the space. We noticed that people were sitting around the property in the parking lot at all hours, which made us feel unsafe in conjunction with the loose door locks and evident tearing out of chain bolts that had been painted over. Only two bath towels were offered- no bath mat, hand towel, or face cloths. We were very surprised that a property like this was even available through the Avion Rewards program. I would not have used my points on this hotel had I known the condition it was in- the pictures on the Avion website were not accurate at all. I would not recommend this hotel and I will be looking to have my points redeemed.

Lobby was clean, got greates right away from staff. Got to second floor and the hallway reaked like cigarette smoke. Had no hand soap, shamppo conditioner or lotion in the room at check in. Only had 1 towl as well. Went and asked from desk for a second one and got told to "wait for morning housekeeping" The room had no hot water even after running for 10 minutes. The bath tub was grimy and had dirt in the tub. Over all the room was still very dusty. The tv also didnt work well. Only good this about thw stay was the bed. Was vey comfy.

Checked in, saw big red stain on the carpet and cigarette burns on the bedding. Checked the mattress and found bed bugs. Immediately went to check out, and they wouldn’t cancel the room. I called Expedia and they took care of it after I shared pictures and spent some time online and on the phone with customer service. Expecting a refund in a few days.

Staff were wonderful. Sheets and bathroom were clean. When we first walked in there was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. The front desk put us on the second floor as it would be “quieter” however it was noisy all night. Right outside the lobby doors people were smoking pot. I’m ok with the weed just not having to walk through it on my way to the car. The neighborhood is sketchy and I would not feel safe if I was alone.

Arrived at hotel, people passed out outside who looked to be under the influence of something. Very dirty outside. Quickly processed at the desk. Hotel smelled of cigarettes. Ground level floor had interior and exterior door. adjacent room was constantly banging on their door for people to get in. People were up all night screaming across the hallway and in room till 2 am. First night I stepped out for dinner and came back to a parking lot full of cops cruisers. Spent the day away from the hotel on day2 but when I got back in there was a lady fumblings a bag of chips infront of the door with security yelling at her to leave. Had to get my card reactivated and had to wait as they were calling the cops. Next mornging I needed to wait for the front desk guy to inspect my room in order to get my deposit back ($200). Seems like they are used to a less responsible clientelle.

I had serious reservations about my stay at this hotel. The clientele made me uneasy - there were many suspicious-looking individuals loitering in the hallways at all hours, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The worst part came at checkout when staff actually prevented me from leaving until they had physically inspected my room. In decades of traveling, I've never encountered such distrustful treatment of a guest. This invasive policy, combined with the questionable environment, made for a very unpleasant experience. While the room itself was clean and the location convenient, these factors can't compensate for the overall discomfort.

0/10! Very unsafe. The guy at the desk locks the doors at night and you have to call while you’re standing at the entrance for him to come left you in. Smells strongly of smoke even though it states nonsmoking. First room had dirty sheets. Asked to move to a different room. Sheets looked better but table was filthy, not cleaned. Bathroom not cleaned. Toilet clogged and flooded with feces. Went back to the front as we were no longer willing to stay there. Adult Son forgot food in fridge. Clerk took him back up to get it and asked him if we’d stay if he took the sheets from the room with the clogged toilet and put them on the bed in the other room. If I could give the rating as a minus I’d give it lower than zero. Not sure how they are allowed to operate!

Very violent and dangerous area. Inn is between two dive bars both of which close at 2am...but low life's still leaving the bars at 3am. Caught two people looking inside my car with flashlights. Manager had to investigate and reprieve homeless walking around the premises. Police showed up at 2am to deal with a domestic dispute inside the Inn. Was told by the manager to ensure the door bolt and windows remained locked at all times because drug addicts will crawl through the window if left open. Rooms are grungy. I laid on top of the sheets. I didnt sleep at all...great risk of theft and violence. I was harrassed at the nect door gas station. Manager was sympathetic and apologizing explained that police ate unable to effectively deal with the situation...gave me $25 for my inconvenience.
