Hotel Keihan Universal Tower

Great hotel near Universal for our family of 5. What was not helpful was that we were ushered to do a self check-in and not advised of any of the amenities, such as the pool or restaurant. English was limited for staff members.

Our family enjoyed a four night stay at Hotel Keihan Universal. The primary draw was obviously the location next to USJ, but it served us well during the other parts of our Osaka travels as well. The room was very clean, staff were welcoming, the breakfast buffet was phenomenal, and the onsen was a really nice addition. Specifically we enjoyed the spaciousness of the room for our family of four, along with the in-room refrigerator and tea kettle. Dining options next to the hotel were plentiful, which made it easy to grab dinner or a snack after a long day. Its proximity next to the train station made it easy to access. We also appreciated the onsite washers and dryers, which allowed us to pack lighter on our trip.

awesome view friendly and welcoming staff, convinient

Very convenient for those visiting Universal Studios. Nice breakfast (can get crowded in peak hours). Room is small (so is the WC), but comfortable and convenient. There are microwaves and cutlery and vending machines in each floor. Very good amenities.

Everything is super good. If we have chance to visit USJ again, definitely will stay this hotel again.
