Great little hotel, excellent parking, and easy access to a major shopping mall. Hotel staff are very friendly and most helpful, I would especially like to mention a young lady whose name I believe is Elisha, who went above and beyond to help me during my stay. I would also like to mention in dispatches, for their great work ethic, Darren and Paul.

Stayed 2 nights. Room was unusual in that it was an internal room - no windows! Had we known we probably would have chosen something else but they were booked out. Had a skylight so that stayed open. Room was clean and apart from no windows, was just fine. We ate in the restaurant/bar area. Not bad but not a huge choice. Didn’t want to take the car into Belfast, so caught the bus right outside. 30 mins later in the city. Super cheap and super easy. Would stay again but would make sure we had a window.

Staff was standoffish, bit of an attitude. I would not stay here again. I open the door to my room to find stairs to climb to a door that doesn't close because the inners are missing.

I was in room 321 lino into bathroom was lifting room noisy with the fans from kitchen did not go off until 10pm and i was woken by them again at 5 45 so no lie-in breakfast was good staff were very attentive and pleasant i would stay again but would ask for a quieter room

This hotel was very disappointing. Our room looked nothing like any of the photos online, it was run down, the towels had dirty brown marks on them, the tiles round the bath were gritty and moldy, the room smelt musty, the bed sheets were stained, the water pressure for the shower was non existent. The breakfast was very limited in options. And we had to pay a £200 deposit on top of our room rate during check in which was not mentioned anywhere during booking the accommodation. The room was not worth the price paid, in fact I would say it was worth half what we paid! Very disappointed and we will not be returning, we are also still awaiting our £200 deposit refund even though the receptionist said it would be instant!

All staff were excellent, also service 10 out of 10. Room very comfortable. We were well looked after. Have to be honest, breakfast not so good. This was first time staying, but overall will definitely be back. Thanks for everything. Davy n Carol. Lisburn.

When you go to a hotel for the first time, I always take the cheapest price. To be greeted at reception with a £200 hold on your credit card just in case you want to eat or drink or if there is any damage caused. The first room I was given had no window and only a skylight which the blackout blind did not close properly and the fan from the kitchen was right beside. Asked to change room re the fan noise (assured it stopped at 8pm - still running at 9.45pm) and got a basic enough room again. Had dinner and drinks elsewhere. Breakfast was lovely.

This is not a bad hotel. Its been refurbished and you can tell money has been spent here. Room was nice, comfy, good WiFi but lacked some things like ironing and had pretty basic toiletries and small towels. Food in restaurant nice, service warm and welcoming. Downside for me was my room which faced a wall and was dark and dingy.

The cost of the room severely out weighted the actual experience. Clear cost cutting was evident from small towels in the bathroom, room amenities and the 5 items for breakfast was grossly below what you'd expect for a room of that cost for the night. We shall not be back and would advise staying somewhere else.
