Used the 24/7 gym every morning, fantastic for a workout. Buffet breakfast great with attentive staff catering to any requirements. The Royal Club lounge was fantastic, had the high tea daily and enjoyed cocktails of an evening. Real value for money.

The hotel is under renovation and its best to stay away from it for the next 6 months. The top floor rooms reek of paint and chemicals. The rooms on the lower floors have malfunctioning. Our air conditioner was broken. The taps in the bathroom had muddy water coming through when we tried to fill our bath tub. The pool was closed and we were asked to drive out to another hotel to use the pool. Overall a terrible experience.

Un très bel hôtel qui mérite ses 5 étoiles. Accueil efficace et avec collier de fleurs. Le club royal est remarquable et les mets proposés sont de très bonne qualité. La piscine sur le toit est grande. Le jardin Lodhi est à 10 minutes en tuk tuk et l'aéroport à 30 minutes. Tout était parfait!

Beautiful hotel. The pool is amazing. Excellent value for money is you get the packages up front like Club or food packages). Service is good, but they try to up sell their add on (expensive) services, which if fine. Food and drinks are expensive, but to be expected. The Spa expensive although expensive were amazing, and worth the money. A great small touch is the incredible flowers everywhere; incredibly beautiful.

Leela was an amazing time with friends. We loved the rooftop pool and they were very accommodating to us “Americans” and our love of ice! The breakfast was very good and our friends from south India found food to their liking and we loved all of it!

Its disappointing that one of the prettiest properties in the nicest location in Delhi is not good value for money. Another hard to miss feature was plastic water bottles everywhere— in rooms, at the breakfast buffet and even in their cars. Its well known polluter but also not healthy option for drinking water. The sheets in the room prepared for check in had large blobs and stains on the inside. The shower in the second room they assigned did not work properly either- and both these were supposed to be club rooms on the 7th floor.

The Leela Palace hotel was truly amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. ALL the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel was spotless. There was attention to detail given in every part of the hotel from service to decor and building down to staff uniforms! Impeccable!!

The property was beautiful, easy to spend time on site. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hallways outside our rooms occasionally smelled like the Delhi smog, especially in the mornings. First class service! The room was spotless with extra touches given by the cleaning staff. The dining was wonderful! The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. We received a ride to and from the airport and both were with friendly staff who showed us the city highlights on our drive. I highly recommend the Leela Palace!

Vi er på en familiereise med barn. Hotellet ordnet slik at vi fikk ekstra seng på rommet til våre to barn. Rommet var i utgangspunktet beregnet for to voksne. Det gikk veldig fint. Vi fikk et veldig bra rom og koste oss under oppholdet. Vi brukte mye av fasiliteter i hotellet.

So good in fact, that we did not try any of the other restaurants. Had we stayed longer, we certainly would have. As to be expected, the quality of the furnishings in the room were to notch.

This is an outstanding hotel. The rooms were very spacious and tastefully decorated with all the amenities you would expect in a 5-star hotel. The restaurants were top-notch. The staff was the best part of the experience. They were very responsive, prompt, and courteous. The hotel is centrally located in New Delhi (a 15-minute drive to Connaught Place), yet surrounded by greenery. It is very easy to commute to and from, with Uber and cabs available within 5-minute notice.

Great modern 5 star hotel but not exactly a palace. Location is good but the views are not as we overlooked some derelict sites. The glass on the Qube restaurant needs some cleaning. Unfortunately, VIP status was not recognised and the upgrade offered was a Club Room without use of any facilities which seemed pointless. Nevertheless, the upgraded room did not materialise and our room was the one that we had originally booked and by the lift.

Our first time in India and stayed two nights at the Leela Palace after reading all the excellent reviews. Booking into a Premier Royal room gave a one way airport pickup or drop off which we used to get to the hotel. This took the pressure away from finding a taxi that would actually deliver us to the hotel safely. Our driver was amazing and informative. On arrival at the hotel we were treated like royalty and our room was very nice. Only down side was staff in the Cube restaurant need more training around dietary issues that people may have. My wife is vegan and they struggled to understand what was or wasn’t vegan. Sometimes we ordered food and it never arrived. Overall a fantastic stay and we probably would return.

Exceptional hotel. We had some issues with plumbing and had to move rooms which was a shame, but it’s still one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The Royal Club Lounge is well worth the price and is a great addition to a stay.

We did get off to a rocky start at this hotel with the service and communication, however they did turn this around and provided excellent service for the reminder of the stay. During our trip we also stayed at the Oberoi and i have to say the Service there is a lot better and personal than the Leela.

Great hotel. But two main issues. Firstly, we messaged them to provide our flight details but they never replied. Tried calling for hours but there was no answer. Thankfully, someone from the hotel was at the airport to collect us. Second issue was that when we checked in we told them we had more luggage so our car to the airport would need to be bigger. However at checkout they did not provide this and we rode to the airport with luggage in our lap. Other than that, the hotel was amazing and service first class.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, and some of the best service you'll find anywhere. Located in a relatively calm part of New Delhi, in the diplomatic area, which was a nice reprieve. Masala chai in the morning was out of this world good. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay . Only issue is there Breakfast buffet , which is substandard . The coffee taste worse than Stale coffee you get at a Truck stop ! I have stayed at Leela palace many times , but always impressed about everything else BUT there stale and cheap coffee, I wish they can inoprove on the quality of there breakfast . I choose to stay 2 out of my 10 day vacation at Oberoi hotel and there coffee was excellent and there egss nd breakfast was amazing ...something leela palace can learn from ! Oberoi was though had the old feeling even though customer service at oberoid was comparable to Leela palace . So if Oberoi is to improve their looks to leela , Ill stay at Oberoi for their excellent offerings

Great property in a central location. Even the basic rooms are very good. The staff and service is excellent. The breakfast is great with a lot of options and a la carte service at the table which we really enjoyed. The Indian restaurant Jamavaar was good with dal makhani and lamb biryani, the highlights but Delhi has such good options for dinner that you can get much better elsewhere. Overall I would recommend a stay at this wonderful property.
