ibis budget Bordeaux Centre - Gare Saint Jean

Clean and convenience. Everything is fine except that a male staff told us that they couldn't store our luggage as their luggage room was full when we checked out even though we paid for it. It's strange.

Je n'avais pas fait d'Ibis budget depuis une dizaine d'année mais franchement le service a baissé. Le plus désagréable moment a été quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chmbre. J'avais réservé pour 3 personnes mais grosse surprise de voir le lit superposé non fait avec un gros paquet dessus contenant tout le nécessaire pour faire ce lit avec un gentil mot pour te dire "oui cest bien à toi cher client qui a payé pour utiliser ce lit de le preparer et que tu vas voir ça va être rapide". Assez gonflé ! Bagagerie payante 2€ par bagage. C'est toujours moins cher qu'à la gare. On était au 1er etage donnant côté gare. Prévoyez les boules quies car on entend très bien le bruit dans la rue. Entre les chambres rien n'a dire, aucun bruit. Petit dej : beaucoup de choix, on s'est regalé L'hôtel est situé juste en face de la gare, très pratique !

The hotel is very convenient, close to the station. For the price it is cheap and cheerful. The staff are very friendly and the hotel at night feels very safe but the area at night is not always great. The facilities are basic. There are plenty of food stores and restaurants and the tram makes it easy to travel into town and to the airport.

Great location. Parking is off-site though which is behind the main train station

Chambre un peu petite.(cabine de douche dans la chambre ),mais pour le prix ,c'est déjà tres bien. Un verre pour boire serait un plus. Petit déjeuner tres copieux. Personnel tres agreable Penser a demander le tarif preferentiel du parking avant de vous y rendre,sinon c'est trop tard.

séjour correct : - informations utiles, accueil efficace, sympathique petit déjeuner excellent et détendu (bonne ambiance) - les murs de la salle de bains et le dessous de la porte / douche auraient besoin d'un petit coup de nettoyage supplémentaire Super idée de conseiller aux clients de faire attention au bruit intempestif (jolies idées-déco sur les murs et les portes du couloir) Nous sommes satisfaits de notre weekend nous regrettons cependant le manque de parking gratuit

サンジャン駅前で電車、トラム、バスの利用にはとても便利な立地です。ドライヤー、電気ポットはフロントで10ユーロのデポジットをして借りられます。(返却と同時に返金されます)。朝食も充実していて、ハム、チーズ、卵、フルーツ、パン、飲み物が提供されます。チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらうのにスーツケース1個なつき2ユーロかかります。他のホテルでは無料で預かってくれることが多いので、少し驚きました。

Alt du trenger. Rett over gata for jernbanestasjonen. God frokost. Utsjekking kl 12 betyr - ikke noe stress. Bagasjeoppbevaring 2 euro pr.kolli.

Stayed for two nights. The main room, linen, and towels appeared clean. However, the bathroom was unacceptable and frankly disgusting. Upon arrival, found it clearly hadn't been properly cleaned for quite some time. The toilet had thick, dark limescale at the bottom and on the inner rim. The shower cubicle was full of mould patches in the corners and on the grouting. Such neglect of basic hygiene in the bathroom completely overshadowed the stay. Not what you expect from any hotel.

This hotel was conveniently located and had a decent breakfast. It was clean and had everything you need from a cheap hotel.

J'ai passé une bonne nuit, l'hôtel est facile d'accès et accueillant. On entend un peu les voisins. La cuvette-siphon des toilettes mérite d'être nettoyée, on y voit un dépôt qui ne devrait pas être.

Chambre agréable pour une nuit avec un confort a la hauteur de mes attentes. Par contre, question propreté c'est autre chose les murs au niveau de la tête de lits sont très poussiéreux. Je pense que cela fait des mois que ceux ci n'ont pas été fait. Sachant que ce sont des murs avec un effet structuré, la poussière accroche beaucoup plus.

Hôtel propre, fonctionnel, a 2 pas de la gare. Chambre propre et silencieuse. Douche impeccable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, la literie est très bien, mais juste un point négatif avec la propreté des toilettes.

The bathroom setup is quite basic: the shower feels like a portable cabin, the toilet closet is tiny, and the sink is oddly placed in the middle of the room. That said, the bed was comfortable, though the sheets looked overused more towards yellow than white The area around the hotel feels a bit rough. It’s very noisy, with taxis, bikes, and travelers coming and going constantly. The surrounding streets are quite dark at night — I can’t say for sure if it’s unsafe, but it definitely didn’t feel comfortable to walk around after dark. The hotel is far from Bordeaux’s nicer central areas, about 25–30 minutes on foot, so if you want a proper dinner or to explore the city, you’ll need to take a scooter, tram, or taxi. Overall, it’s fine for one night or a 12-hour stop if you need to be close to the train station and don’t mind the very basic setup. You get exactly what you pay for — no surprises, good or bad.

Hotel is located next to the railway station which is super handy. 20 minutes walk to old town. Good restaurants close by Staff are very friendly Whilst the room was small it suited our needs as clean and comfortable at a good price Take a day trip to St Emilion as it’s beautiful

A good spot if you are out and about all day. Small room big enough for beds. Not much room to hang out in. No separate shower room so no privacy.

Personnel à l arrivée pas franchement accueillant ni poli... Chambre exiguë. Prix élevé De plus, quand on fait payer le prix "adulte" pour un enfant de 12 ans, on est en droit d attendre autre chose qu'un lit superposé à 50 cm du plafond... Douche non séparée donnant directement sur les lits ( quand vous êtes 3 dans la même chambre, bonjour l'intimité) Le tout pour la modique somme de 90 euros la nuit. Bon point : pas loin de la gare...

Great location opposite the train station. Very compact and functional room with shower, sink, mirror, toilet, desk, tv, comfy bed, clothes hanger, window. Nothing more, nothing less. Good for a one night stay before a rail journey.

L’hôtel est très bien. J’ai vraiment été très bien accueilli par le jeune homme qui s’occupait de la réception. Mais j’ai vraiment eu froid dans ma chambre: 17,9! J’avais un thermomètre! Et impossible d’augmenter la température. Une honte. Du coup j’ai attrapé froid et le reste de mon séjour est handicapé par une toux sévère et une angine. L’idée que vendredi prochain j’ai de nouveau une nuit à passer dans cette glacière m’inquiète. Si je pouvais j’annulerais. Mais sinon l’hôtel et ses employés sont de qualité.

Habitación muy pequeña. Incómoda para tres personas. La ducha estaba separada de la habitación por una mampara y el lavado dentro de la habitación.

Le personnel est très sympathique, la chambre petite mais fonctionnelle et le petit déjeuner au top, bref un excellent rapport qualité-prix avec une situation idéale face au tram et à la gare.

Location 1 nuits, 1 chambre pour 3 personnes. le 3eme lit n'était pas fait. il n'y avait que 2 serviettes dans la chambre. nous en avons demandé une à la reception, elle n'a jamais été apporté. au moment de partir, le réceptionniste s'est contenté de nous dire qu'il n'a pas eu le temps de l'amener.....

The hotel was in a great location by the station and about a 20 min walk from the centre. The room was very clean and everything was in good order so very good for a budget hotel. However, despite paying on hotels.com we were asked to pay again at check in. We should have noticed the error but after a 5am start and having booked many months ago we mistakenly complied. Had we not noticed the error they would have not raised the double payment. So i would advise being cautious of this error if booking.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I arrived very early approx 730am and they let me store my bag and arranged breakfast for me. Also they allocated me the first room of a type I had booked when it became available. In addition they stepped in and assisted when I had problems with my next leg of my tour. Very clean and quiet hotel. Lovely buffet brekkie. Excellent. Ibis is always wonderful. Every hotel is slightly different but very good service.

The staff are lovely!

The man at the front desk made our arrival very nice. He is certainly a man that belongs in hositality.

PÉSIMO servicio de una de las recepcionistas. Además le solicitamos algo del desayuno y dijo que ya no habia. Si no quiere trabajar, que renuncié. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, en frente de la terminal de trenes.

Just another rundown and old Ibis…nothing more than a wonderful location if you have an early train in Bordeaux.

Very basic but comfortable hotel. Surrounding areas felt a bit ‘hazardous’; not looking the best or feeling the safest in Bordeaux. A bit noisy with the station. Fine with the tram to get into the city centre.

Room completely adequate and well priced. On weekdays. Facilities would not be up to a four star business traveller’s expectations, however. Cafe for breakfast was a bit basic, but the area abounds with alternatives.

Hotel bien sitiado para llegar del aeropuerto y ir directo al hotel. Desayuno normal pero hubo un día que no había nadie para reponer los alimentos . Me cobraron una noche que había canjeado y me digería que se la reclamara a hoteles.com. No lo recomendaría mucho.
