Una tappa di pochi giorni a fine agosto, per in viaggetto in famiglia con figlio adolescente, l' hotel e' stato comodo sia per raggiungere le spiagge ( del Prado , Cassis) sia per il visitare Marsiglia e poi riprendere il viaggio. La stanza era grande ed il personale alla reception gentilissimo . Apprezzato li "recuperare" alcune maleducazione di altri clienti...

L'hôtel est très bien. Anthony, à l'accueil ce soir là, a répondu à nos interrogations par email et a accepté de nous fournir notre code de réservation. Nous avions réservé avec Hotels.com mais cette plateforme ne communique pas les références du dossier de réservation pour Ibis Budget. Ainsi, alors que nous craignions d'arriver après 23H, nous n'avions que le numéro de dossier Hotels.com, pas celui, essentiel, du code réservation d'IBIS Budget ! Je m'en suis aperçue quand j'ai alerté par mail IBIS Budget d'une arrivée tardive, suite à des voies bloquées avec les feux de végétation aux abords d'autoroute. Une borne à l'hôtel IBIS Budget permet de gérer les arrivées passé 23H. Il faut entrer le code réservation de la chambre à l'hôtel IBIS. Or Hotels.com ne vous communique pas cette information quand il vous envoie la confirmation de votre réservation. C'est nul ! Heureusement que j'ai pu joindre par mail l'accueil de notre hôtel IBIS Budget, à savoir Anthony. Très attentionné ! Un grand merci à lui ! La chambre était impeccable, propre, d'une dimension confortable. Literie parfaite. Climatisation bien réglée. WC séparé. Salle de douche parfaite. Petit-déjeuner en libre service, en buffet, qui a permis de bien déjeuner. Pouce levé pour IBIS et Anthony !!! Mais très mauvais service de la plateforme Hotels.com. Je réserverai désormais directement sur All Accor.
