Silver Palms is in a great location, walkable to all the sights and beach. The pool and rooms were extremely clean and staff was nice and helpful. Bikes for rent were on site which was really convenient.

The staff and facility were clean and nice. The rooms are a little cramped for the price and the pool is much smaller than it looks in photos. The WIFi was iffy and there’s no business center or fitness facility. Breakfast was good!

The Room was very clean and roomy and comfortable, wished the TV in the room with bed was bigger and not so far away. Did not like that there was no AC in the elevator. Also the breakfast buffet was very very mediocre and we not not have an omelet because there was no power outside to the entire pool areaa.

The only reason I rated cleanliness low was because the floors in the room were not very clean. It was obvious from when we would shower and our feet were dirty very fast. Other than that the staff was fantastic and everything else seemed clean.

Very clean. Staff very friendly. Made to order omelet’s every morning pool side plus continental breakfast. Clean and nice pool. 4 blocks to catch Duval loop free bus. ( will be $1 each way starting in July) Easy check in and check out.

Outstanding hotel. Loved the location (off, but not far from, Duval), room was great, and staff was very friendly and accommodating to all requests. Peter and staff were absolutely the greatest hosts. Very helpful and informative for a visitor. Rooms were immaculate as well, and beds so comfy! I highly recommend Silver Palms as it’s great for hospitality, and proximity to Duval.

Absolutely lovely hotel. They really pay attention to detail and keep rooms and facilities in very good condition. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Wonderful boutique hotel. This will be our place to go when in Key West.

The floor in our room was dirty, so dirty that my husbands socks were black after 5 minutes walking around the room and my feet were dirty walking from the shower to the bed! Very disappointing for the price

Very clean hotel. We had a deluxe king room. Room had only a desk chair, so one person had to sit on the bed all the time. Balcony is so small, it is hard to fit 2 people on it. Also not enough drawers for 2 peoples clothes.

This hotel is clean and well presented. The rooms are modern, nicely decorated and spacious. Parking is free with plenty available. The pool area is clean and well presented with lots of available sunbeds. Breakfast was good, plenty of options with freshly made omelettes although get there early as seating is limited and the queue is long. Central location. Great hotel.

2nd time staying at the Silver Palms. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very polite and accommodating. My first stay,i had a pool view room was was great. This time,i booked a city view suite and it was impossible to sleep at night. It sounded like the vehicles were in our room,and the windows/patio door were shaking. Not the hotels fault,just wanted to give future guests a heads up. Go with a pool view or a room at the back of the hotel

The customer service was off the charts great at this hotel. From the ease of parking our car, to offering us water on our way out, to calling us cabs, they were so helpful and friendly and it really stood out as a highlight of our stay. The omelette bar by the pool at breakfast was a great touch. We had a city street balcony and the street was noisy overnight so we would probably look into a differently located room on the property next time. Other than that the property was clean, the pool was great and it's located well to walk around Key West which is what we were looking for. All in all, highly recommend!

We stay here every year we come down to Key West. This place is affordable, clean with a great pool, late check out, decent breakfast and everyone is professional. We walk to Duval St or get a golf cart and have no issues with parking it at the hotel. They upgraded us here unexpectedly at check in and we will definitely be back. 5 stars!

We accidentally arrived a day early and the Manager Peter found us a room and gave us a great rate seeing our distress. He also gave the option of moving our date up one day and leaving a day early, which was incredibly kind. Ultimately, his positive attitude and care turned a crappy situation light and dare I say we even laughed! We ended up staying an extra day and I'm so glad we did. The staff here are the highlight of your stay. Everyone does their very best to ensure your stay is the best it can be. The location is central and less than a 10 minute walk to the center of Duval Street. The pool is perfect for the size of the hotel and it was nice to have that option if you didn't want to go to the beach. The breakfast had several bread, cereal, yogurt options and the fresh made omelets were tasty. We would absolutely stay here if we visited Key West again.

Our room was ready and we checked in early. Front desk and staff friendly. Breakfast very good, with custom omelets. Large clean room with good a/c. Most attractions are walkable. Duval st a few blocks away. We had a covered parking spot. We would return for a Key West stay!

Trueman Street is a busy street frequented by rescue vehicles so some noise associated with that but otherwise very good. Checkin/out desk people were very kind, extremely helpful and courteous. Facility appears a little outdated. Breakfast area is a little small. Location is convenient to ferry terminal (20 min walk) and convenient to Duvall St (10 min walk). Would stay there again if we returned to Key West.

Pro: -very clean and spacious room -area to storage luggages -location is good, walkable 15-20 minutes to all the hot spot. Note that even though Duval street was less than 10 mins away, that part of Duval is more quiet compare. Con: -very slow wifi -apart from the made to order omelet, breakfast could be better. Need more hot option. No butter for bread.

I would strongly recommend this hotel: the rooms were spacious with great air conditioning for the summer heat, and the omelette station in the am was a great feature. We enjoyed the pool and parking as well. The only downside was the lack of flexibility in check out time; in fact, the attendant was knocking at our door an hour early seeking a checkout (in the off season).
