Excellent front desk..helpful and kind. Hotel and room was clean. Parking is very difficult to find. Bathroom/shower very small. Buffet breakfast—assortment of cheeses/meats, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal, breads. No warm offerings.

L’enregistrement était rapide. L’endroit où se trouve l’hôtel est très bien positionné en plein centre-ville. Il y a un parking public à proximité. Il faut compter 12 € la nuit très bien insonorisé. La clim fonctionnait bien. En revanche le lit est beaucoup trop petit pour deux personnes et pas vraiment confortable Après pour le prix, on peut pas s’attendre. À plus la salle de bain est extrêmement petite, on se sent à l’étroit.

The best location in the square centre, surrounded by great eateries, bars, cafes and shops, yet so quiet. Lovely, friendly staff too. Loved the view from the balcony. The lobby area though, needs brightening up, especially the bar and breakfast area. Great value though.

Hotel de très bon rapport qualité-prix. Sa principale force est sa localisation dans le vieux heraklion. L'accueil est variable en fonction des personnes. L'hotel est un peu vieillot mais reste en très bon état. Les chambres sont tout à fait correctes avec une climatisation efficace, un frigo et une literie confortable. Les nuisances sonores sont tout à fait raisonnables pour la localisation. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais en même temps pour le prix payé on peut difficilement demander mieux. L'hotel dispose d'un dépose bagages ce qui est très pratique. Bref il s'agit d'un excellent hotel pas cher et bien situé,je recommande.

The property isn’t a modern as the photos suggest. The whole place could do with a paint job and a freshen up as it is a tad dated. Overall, the place was ok. There were just a few things it was missing: no bar or safe, as advertised which was partly the reason I booked it as a solo traveller. The bathroom had a weird quirk, where the shower door didn’t close all the way (design flaw), which meant water went all over the floor and toilet bin right next to the shower. Also, because of the weird shape of the shower and close proximity to the vanity, a floor mat can’t be used directly in front of the shower as it will block the door opening. Lastly, chairs being moved back and forth on the mezzanine floors made for a rather annoying sound late at night and early in the morning, but I assume this would only affect the first floor which I was on. Having said all that, I appreciated the reasonable prices, that breakfast was included and the receptionist was very friendly.

God lokation og venligt personale. Værelserne er det man har brug for, men heller ikke mere. Der var en masse småting i vejen, såsom krakeleret tapet, skævt wc-bræt, lys der ikke virkede i gangen, mm. Der lugtede lidt af røg da jeg kom, temmelig træls, men intet en god udluftning ikke kunne klare. Hotellet fejlede intet stort, og var mere end hvad man kunne forvente til prisen.

Amazing value for money. Have stayed before and will stay again. Great central location. Basic room style but has great modern bathroom. Don't be put off by the dated lobby area as rooms are not so old. Our room smelt of stale cigarettes this time but not had that before.

Οι πετσέτες στο μπάνιο είχαν τρίχες και δεν έχει καλή ηχομόνωση. Το το design των επιπλων είναι παλαιού τύπου ,το μπάνιο όμως ήταν Εξαιρετικό! Παρόλο που ήταν μικρό.

Great, clean property, I like the old school European charm (small bathrooms) ha! The bed was a little firm, but doable. The best parts about this place are the friendly employees and the location can't be beat. It's right in the middle of Heraklion's pedestrian district: shopping, cafes, restaurants, etc. I would stay here again.

Our room was at the back of the hotel right opposite a bar/club. The noise was terrible. VERY loud music until 4:20am. This was a Friday night. We have stayed at this property before, also on the back, but never had music this bad before. If we go again we will request a room on the opposite side. It is a great location and value for money right in centre of town. Also, we did request a smoke free room as this has been an issue on a previous visit but sadly the room this time also smelt badly of cigarettes.

Could not lock door from inside hotel room, no lock on bathroom door, paper thin doors and walls so very noisy, had to leave key with front desk each time we left, shower was smaller than a phonebooth and got entire bathroom floor wet, bed was barely a step above sleeping on the floor

The hotel ideally situated in the middle. All the staff were pleasant. Only issue is the pictures provided in Hotel.com are misleading. If you are big built, try to avoid the hotel. The room, bed and specially the shower room is too small. I struggled a lot.

Ein privilegiertes Hotel was die super Lage im Stadtzentrum angeht. Sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß, gut zu erreichen. Busbahnhof nur 10 min entfernt. Das Hotel wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Möbel und Ausstattung wirken, wie aus den 80-Jahren. Es gab leider nur alte Federkernmatratzen, was jedoch nicht schlimm ist, wenn man nicht gerade die weicheste Unterlage der Welt braucht. Das Internet war zwar vorhanden, aber sehr instabil und mit nur schlechter Verbindung (kein Wunder bei so vielen Kunden). Wir wollten spontan ein Zimmer mieten und wurden etwas forsch daraufhin gewiesen, dass alles belegt sei und wir es wo anders versuchen sollen. Also im Internet vor dem Hotel ein Zimmer reserviert und nach 5min dann Ceck-Inn. Bad sehr schön und neu saniert, jedoch etwas klein. Reinigungskräfte sehr höflich und bemüht. Das Fenster zum Innenhof war kaputt und schloss nicht richtig. Dadurch waren Laute aus dem Innenhof, gut zu hören und auch die Flugzeuge über der Stadt. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr gut isoliert. Was auf dem Gang besprochen wurde, konnte man durch die geschlossene Tür mithören. Die Bewertung 2-Sterne-Hotel ist schon recht passend. Das Hotel ist gut für Personen mit wenig Geld oder für Leute auf der Durchreise. Preis-Leistung trotz alledem unschlagbar, auf Grund der Lage.

Middle of the town, so very convenient to all the shopping and restaurants. Bathroom and shower is tiny. No block out for the window so was very bright and very noisy because of the area.

Great, clean property, I like the old school European charm (small bathrooms) ha! The bed was a little firm, but doable. The best parts about this place are the friendly employees and the location can't be beat. It's right in the middle of Heraklion's pedestrian district: shopping, cafes, restaurants, etc. I would stay here again.

Ein privilegiertes Hotel was die super Lage im Stadtzentrum angeht. Sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß, gut zu erreichen. Busbahnhof nur 10 min entfernt. Das Hotel wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Möbel und Ausstattung wirken, wie aus den 80-Jahren. Es gab leider nur alte Federkernmatratzen, was jedoch nicht schlimm ist, wenn man nicht gerade die weicheste Unterlage der Welt braucht. Das Internet war zwar vorhanden, aber sehr instabil und mit nur schlechter Verbindung (kein Wunder bei so vielen Kunden). Wir wollten spontan ein Zimmer mieten und wurden etwas forsch daraufhin gewiesen, dass alles belegt sei und wir es wo anders versuchen sollen. Also im Internet vor dem Hotel ein Zimmer reserviert und nach 5min dann Ceck-Inn. Bad sehr schön und neu saniert, jedoch etwas klein. Reinigungskräfte sehr höflich und bemüht. Das Fenster zum Innenhof war kaputt und schloss nicht richtig. Dadurch waren Laute aus dem Innenhof, gut zu hören und auch die Flugzeuge über der Stadt. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr gut isoliert. Was auf dem Gang besprochen wurde, konnte man durch die geschlossene Tür mithören. Die Bewertung 2-Sterne-Hotel ist schon recht passend. Das Hotel ist gut für Personen mit wenig Geld oder für Leute auf der Durchreise. Preis-Leistung trotz alledem unschlagbar, auf Grund der Lage.

Hotel de très bon rapport qualité-prix. Sa principale force est sa localisation dans le vieux heraklion. L'accueil est variable en fonction des personnes. L'hotel est un peu vieillot mais reste en très bon état. Les chambres sont tout à fait correctes avec une climatisation efficace, un frigo et une literie confortable. Les nuisances sonores sont tout à fait raisonnables pour la localisation. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais en même temps pour le prix payé on peut difficilement demander mieux. L'hotel dispose d'un dépose bagages ce qui est très pratique. Bref il s'agit d'un excellent hotel pas cher et bien situé,je recommande.

Chambre propre mais pas grande et la salle de bain n en parlons pas!! La douche minuscule, avec le wc à l intérieur, impossible de bouger. Pas de sèche cheveux . Chambre donnant sur la rue où il y avait les restos, odeur de friture dans la chambre. Le personnel , mitigé, a la réception nous avons été accueilli très froidement dès notre arrivée. Je n ai apprécié du tout . Les autres réceptionnistes étaient sympas. Le petit déjeuner correct mais pas de chocolat , lait froid. Heureusement que l hôtel était en plein centre . Les photos du port et des bateaux de pêches ! Qui sont présentées sur la description ne reflètent pas la réalité . Photos à actualiser je pense . Hôtel 2 étoiles mais pas plus . Je n y retournerai pas.

Location of course is the main attraction and convenience. Clean and comfortable property. While the shower is so tiny you can barely fit in it, it is private shower while many places offer shared bathrooms. For location, amenities and price this is a gem. Special thanks to the breakfast room staff who kept the breakfast room stocked and clean during the breakfast hours and were always friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again.

The best location in the square centre, surrounded by great eateries, bars, cafes and shops, yet so quiet. Lovely, friendly staff too. Loved the view from the balcony. The lobby area though, needs brightening up, especially the bar and breakfast area. Great value though.

Our room was at the back of the hotel right opposite a bar/club. The noise was terrible. VERY loud music until 4:20am. This was a Friday night. We have stayed at this property before, also on the back, but never had music this bad before. If we go again we will request a room on the opposite side. It is a great location and value for money right in centre of town. Also, we did request a smoke free room as this has been an issue on a previous visit but sadly the room this time also smelt badly of cigarettes.

Middle of the town, so very convenient to all the shopping and restaurants. Bathroom and shower is tiny. No block out for the window so was very bright and very noisy because of the area.

Hotel ideale come base di appoggio per un paio di giorni poiché situato in posizione molto centrale. Buona la pulizia, camera di medie dimensioni, bagno essenziale e di piccole dimensioni. Colazione minimal. Sicuramente per un paio di giorni può andare benissimo, di più diverrebbe scomodo.

Ottima scelta, hotel centralissimo che ha reso la nostra vacanza un sogno! Ristrutturato e in ottime condizioni! Bagno piccolo ma nuovo. Manca terrazzino in camera e la colazione è scadente. Però ci tornerei e lo consiglio fortemente.
