This is an excellent b and B, very close to the centre of Porthmadog. It has lots of off street parking, is spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is excellent. The owners and staff are also very friendly and helpful. There was nothing at all we could criticise.

Our stay was wonderful at Tudor Lodge. Clair welcomed us as we parked in the large car park. She ensured that the whole stay was comfortable. We stayed in the cottage. There was a comfy seating area, dining area and kitchen-all open plan. Upstairs was the bedroom and shower room. The bed was HUGE and very comfortable. Skylights in the bedroom and bathroom kept rooms cool. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order each morning. There was also a vast choice of cereals, fruits, meats, cheeses, crackers, nuts, yogurts and pastries. We would highly recommend Tudor Lodge, and hope to return in the future.

The property was conveniently located for Porthmadog town and harbour. The location and the availability of safe off-road parking was one of the reasons that we chose this place to stay. We were made to feel welcome on arrival and the room had everything that we needed including tea and coffee facilities (fresh milk supplied), a large comfortable bed and a nice ensuite with a modern shower. Breakfast was included and had an excellent choice of cereals, continental style cheese and cold meats plus cooked options. Overall we considered the accommodated to be good value for money and we would stay there again if we were in the area.

We stayed for three nights. We had a warm and friendly reception and found our room to be spotless. The bed was very comfortable and we had quiet nights' sleep. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide range to choose from either at the continental bar or from the main cooked menu. Overall, an excellent stay at an excellent B&B.

Excellent overall but very hot in room as fridge was in the wardrobe which was like an oven. The only thing I would change would be the toilet roll holder. I caught my arm twice on the sharp edges. But I would stay here again & they were so friendly & helpful

I stayed at Tudor Lodge for 3 nights as I was attending a wedding at Portmeirion. Very friendly hosts who made me feel mos welcome and the my room was clean, warm and very comfortable with a very modern and spacious ensuite. I enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning with great choices from porridge, cereals, continental to full English in very pleasant dining room. I have no hesitation in recommending Tudor Lodge as it really is good value for money with great facilities.

Perfectly clean. Not sure if owners actually stayed on site overnight. Breakfast good. Would stay again, but the check in procedure was tedious, and felt quite intrusive. Only explanation we can think of, is that owners required exact arrival time etc, is because they dont have staff, or dont stay on site.

We had a fantastic stay. Clair was great, very welcoming and attentive. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. We loved all the unusual artwork and quirky bits and bobs. Would definitely stay again and hope that I do.

Was a great stay and Claire was was a wonderful host! We rolled in late in the afternoon and had a comfy nap before roaming for dinner. Breakfast was great and the space is so well curated! And Claire love LEGO and there are a few builds on display which scored major points with me! Hehehe Highly recommend!

Not very often I agree with so many other reviews but this is one of those times! The check in process was extremely easy and welcoming. The room was fantastic and spotless as well as the en-suite shower room. The selection available at breakfast was something else and the cooked breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. On top of all this, you are minutes away on foot from everything Porthmadog has to offer. We will definitely be returning next time we’re in the area

Well portioned for easy access to all travel and walking. Stunning views of surrounding mountains. However the village seemed abit run down and dinning opportunities limited. We would suggest the Royal Sportsman hotel for dinning. As we have visited it before and the food and service was excellent.

This is an excellent b and B, very close to the centre of Porthmadog. It has lots of off street parking, is spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is excellent. The owners and staff are also very friendly and helpful. There was nothing at all we could criticise.

Excellent. Friendly welcome. Excellent location for harbour shops and railway. The Cottage stayed in was spotless and comfortable. Plenty of car parking space. Plentiful choices for breakfast. Will definitely book again if visit the area again.

The property was conveniently located for Porthmadog town and harbour. The location and the availability of safe off-road parking was one of the reasons that we chose this place to stay. We were made to feel welcome on arrival and the room had everything that we needed including tea and coffee facilities (fresh milk supplied), a large comfortable bed and a nice ensuite with a modern shower. Breakfast was included and had an excellent choice of cereals, continental style cheese and cold meats plus cooked options. Overall we considered the accommodated to be good value for money and we would stay there again if we were in the area.

Not very often I agree with so many other reviews but this is one of those times! The check in process was extremely easy and welcoming. The room was fantastic and spotless as well as the en-suite shower room. The selection available at breakfast was something else and the cooked breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. On top of all this, you are minutes away on foot from everything Porthmadog has to offer. We will definitely be returning next time we’re in the area

We got there during the heat wave and our room had a very useful electric fan to help keep us cool. We rode the Ffestioniog Railway, and Tudor Lodge was convenient for that, and in walking distance of lots of restaurants and the local Tesco supermarket too. Nice breakfast on site.
