We had an interesting stay at Casa Paradiso. We stayed 11 nights and the first 7 were good. However it became clear this hotel is really geared for the package 7 night stay. Food became the same, entertainment was the same. Then there was the laundry situation - we needed to do some as was a long stay. At the Menorcan resort we normally stayed at it charges a flat rate for a bag. This place charged per item and ended up costing us hundreds. Then there was the ant situation. As the property overlooks large fields there were loads. At first was fine but then some burrowed into our room to a point it was really disconcerting. In fairness the staff tried to resolve it but they kept coming back. The room really needed to be fumigated but that would mean us having to be moved. If you are only staying 7 nights would recommend, anything longer the property just isn’t geared for particularly families.

Perfect for families with kids. I would avoid staying without kids. Good: - perfect for families with kids - excellent service - spacious and nice rooms (we stayed in the 2025 renovated bungalows) - the food is good considering 4 star all inclusive - the surroundings and that they grow their own vegetables Needs improvement: - it gets easily crowded in the restaurant and the pool areas during peak hours - people reserves beds by the pool despite signs telling them not to. The hotell should make sure to remove the towels. Roughly 50% of the beds are taken in the morning without anyone using them. - long queues to the crepes/waffles - ants in the room and sometimes in the bed In summary: reasonably priced, excellent service and great for for families with kids. However, some improvements needs to be considered. Especially with the reserved beds at the pool area.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Since it was early in the season (May 15 - 22nd), not everything was open yet, which is understandable but something to keep in mind. I wasn’t too keen on the buffet setup, as you have to get your own food and drinks, which meant our family didn’t always get to eat together and the food was often cold, no matter how early you get there. That said, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Street food at pool was nice. Pool area lovely. Pools freezing at first, but once you’re in, it’s fine! Hotel close to beach and good that a small town is just a short 15-minute walk away - we went to use the ATM and one night for a meal for a change of scenery. Mini disco was the highlight for our four year old.
