NH Collection Palermo Palazzo Sitano

Overall a nice stay but I had higher expectations of this pricy hotel. Rooms were moist/humid so our clothes got a rotten smell also the towels after one time use. Room cleaning was not on top. We didn’t even get slippers so we walked on dirty floors bare foot (we had the superior room). Staff at reception were not so nice or friendly but the breakfast staff were great and attentive. The breakfast was the worst, all bunch of nothings. The warm section is critically bad. Half of the things are directly from the freezer. I don’t want to eat frozen potatoes! Rooms are not that quiet. The “balcony” is towards an alley. Location is great. Gym is alright, everything new but you can do simple exercises and cardio mainly.

Staff is so helpful, beds were comfortable and room was calm and lovely. Best hotel I've stayed aT! Centrally located, beautiful, easy to walk everywhere and the breakfast is so good we never ate anywhere else. Seriously fabulous breakfast buffet!

Good location, check in was easy. Rooms is clean and it has everything i needed.

The staff were extremely helpful and the location was very convenient to the major sites in the area. We enjoyed the bountiful breakfast and the clean room.

Hotel is in a great location, central to everything and walking distance. Newly refurbished so nice and modern. We had two single rooms which were a great size ! Balcony to the street as well. Only negatives were the showers in both our room were Luke warm and not even hot. Breakfast, the coffee , hot water machine is very noisey and doesn’t heat the water up, stays luke warm. I would highly recommend this hotel, was central to everything. Both our single rooms also had wheelchair accessible showers and toilet.
