Je recommande sans réserve. La qualité de l’hébergement est top, l’emplacement super et le personnel est au petit soin. Cerise sur le gateau, des boissons chaudes et froides, viennoiserie et fruits sont disponibles gratuitement dans le patio toute la journée. We had to change our parking and it wasn’t explained that to do so it would take us over an hour because of all the one way narrow streets that you had to navigate around in Granada. We were only there for 2 days and if we had known we would have just stayed were we were. Not very helpful at front desk nor where we greeted or acknowledged when we first arrived. Personally, even if you are helping other guests, you can still take a second to welcome your new guests. My husband and I were so stressed after having to move our rental car to the other parking and I mentioned it to another person who was at the front desk after we returned from the parking garage with very little empathy. The bright part was a kind gentleman upon checkout took car of our parking after we told him of our frustration. Other than the complaint of the service at check-in, the hotel was beautiful and the breakfast great!

Small, but we'll situated hotel. Parking is a facility 5 min walk from the hotel. Traffic is nightmare, so don't drive if you can void it. Our room was small and the bathroom was quite malodorous from a faulty sewer. Breakfast is well worth the price of 14 EUR

Es un magnífico hotel en pleno centro de Granada. Ésta es la 2ª ocasión en la que me hospedo en este establecimiento (sabía adónde venía) y me he vuelto a ir muy satisfecho. Las habitaciones son extraordinarias, el colchón es comodísimo, la limpieza es impecable, la wifi funciona estupendamente y el desayuno es espectacular, una delicia todo. Además, el hotel ofrece bebidas y muy buenos aperitivos de forma gratuita a sus huéspedes. Tuvieron la cortesía de permitirme abandonar la habitación a la 1 de la tarde. Recomiendo el hotel al 200%.

Hotel undergoing redecorating in reception, so a little scruffy. Room was on front so was noisy in evening at times. We were slightly disapointed withe the bathroom decor. One wall appeared to be stained with something that was either toothpaste or cleaner that had not been wiped off. The toilet was not fitted with a 'soft close' lid - updating required? We were suprised with the glass door to the bathroom, which did not shut closely to the frame.

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is city center ans easy to get to everything. The room was beautiful and spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful. The only downside is that right across from the hotel are 2 empty commercial locations that unfortunately have been graffitied and takes away from the beauty of the area.

Great location for walking around central area. Ice cream shop within 20 second walk was fab . Staff were super friendly and helpful, and helped book a vegetarian restaurant Hicuri for us. Hicuri was excellent and bars in that area were also fun to try out.

Great location to everything! Showed up early thinking I would just drop off my bags and go walk around until check in time, but they had my room ready and gladly checked me in early. It's right next to the famous cathedral, indoor market, lots of cages, and the best Italian I've cream place called Grillo. Bus stops 5 minutes from the hotel. Would stay at this hotel in a heartbeat!

The rooms smelled like sewage, the AC would go off at night, the walls are paper thin and the area is very noisy due to trash surrounding the hotel- mornings at 2am and 5am you hear a lot of recycled bottles being tossed in trash bin. The safe box was broken and they did not have maintenance available during our stay. The bed was dirty upon our arrival and the staff was not pleasant. Would never come again but it could be worse

Good two night stay. Hotel very central and convenient for attractions. Room very comfortable and bed great, would definitely use again. The only negative would be reception had to wait ten minutes for him to turn up. The lady on at checkout was the only pleasant interaction.

Excelente estadía, llegamos muy temprano antes del horario habitual de check in y nos dieron habitación enseguida sin esperar más tiempo, el equipo de recepción de primera, nos facilitó un mapa de la ciudad y nos dio recomendaciones para visitar, en la noche no se escuchaba ruido aunque estábamos en pleno centro de la ciudad y además está muy cerca de la estación del tren caminando, regresaría sin dudas a este hotel

The property located in old Granada area. 2-3 minutes walk to rage Cathedral, 20 mins walk to Alhambra. Restaurants and shopping all around. The only reason am giving 4 stars not 5, are pillows. Pillows hard as a rock, it’s impossible to sleep on them.

Lovely hotel. Centrally located on a little square (Plaza had 2 ice-cream parlours!). Hotel staff were lovely and Concierge knew the city offering helpful recommendations. Breakfast was definitely worth it too and the perfect way to start the day. V happy.
