Room was clean, staff were helpful... breakfast was in the services next door & a discount was offered for the food. £10 for £7.50. Parking was free once you had checked in & added your reg. For a budget hotel, it was decent.

I stayed during the recent heatwave, there is no air conditioning only a small desk fan and no plugs next to the bed so very uncomfortable for sleeping. You can’t open the window anymore than 2-3 inches. No light bulb in the lamp above the mirror and the light by the door wasn’t working. There’s no one in the reception until after 9am and you can’t get hold of anyone before that. I telephoned them about 8am to ask for assistance with something and left a message for them to call me back and off course no one called me back. Extremely poor service. I will not ever stay in this establishment ever again and very doubtful about any Days Inn if this is the standard. Strensham North Services where the hotel is located is very good.
