Well placed for our festival at Upton Upon Severn - the use of the well signposted private road made a huge difference! Very friendly staff. Good value for money. The chocolates left with the tea making facility was a nice touch as was the tissues in the bathroom. Free WiFi was appreciated.

We had a great over night stay, the room had everything we needed. We took our dog and there is a proper safe walking area outside beyond the cars to walk him. Plenty of food & Drink next door in the complex. Great place for a convenient place to stop while visiting local attractions

Thankfully the bed sheets were clean but as for the rest of the room the standards were very low. Somebody’s else’s McDonald’s box in the bin, cobwebs and mould. Shouldn’t expect much from a motorway services. Next time I would choose to pay that little bit more and stay somewhere else. You get what you pay for!

We have stayed at Days Inn before, so knew what to expect, you get what you pay for and this hotel was ok. We are a family of 4 and a dog, so we had the double and 2 single beds so was a bit of a tight squeeze. Beds were comfy, pillows were very thin so needed 2 each. Considering we were in one of the rooms closest to the motorway the car noise was minimal and we all slept well. Shower was good with good pressure. Handy having so many options for food and shopping close by and ample parking. Unfortunately, very rough and ready, various hairs in the shower (which werent ours) and towels werent changed when requested via hanger on door. Hairdryer and fan available in room and window has net as well as blackout curtains.

Lovely welcome, everything was clear and easy, our questions answered. Beds were prepared perfectly for our family needs, thank you! Food vouchers explained well. However, room is basic and dated- the bathroom needs redoing- rust, mould, lock doesn't work, wobbly taps and the bath plughole had a visible layer of standing water leaving a constant smell of drain water. Carpet is old, stained and smelly. The room was very hot, small window cracked but no AC. Reception kindly lent us a fan which helped. Dirty toilet roll and rubbish outside of window. Great bed though, really comfy and I slept very well! :) I accept this is a budget hotel, but it is very expensive (our night was £122) for what you get. There's no way we'd stay again unless desperate, but I'm really grateful to have found somewhere dog friendly, and they really do make you feel welcome with a pooch (£15 supplement). Good and bad bits 👍

Roadside hotel so dont expect much but does the job if you need a couple of days to stay on a family trip - only con was that it was incredibly hot, they did provide a fan but still boiling. Though wont knock them as it was during a heat wave. My partner loved the shower- very powerful and good coverage

Convenient location to Tewksbury and motorway links. Ideal having service shops onsite. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Negative was the room doesn't have aircon and we found the room to be extremely hot! Fan was provided in the room but still we found room 16 on the ground floor very hot. It was a hot day that we stayed. No fridge in room for baby's milk. Overall we were happy witht he hotel and stay for what we paid. Thanks.

I had asked for an eary access room which we did get,the room was clean and reaso ably pleasent. The bed were very high and difficult to get on to,im of average height and couldn't touch the floor when sitting.The mattress was very hard which didn't help sleep my daughter felt the same.

Bed on wheels was weird and the bed moved everytime you sat on or got off the bed - very weird - need to lock the wheels ! The arrival involved a lot opf form filling which was frustrating. I had booked online with all the data nedded - shouldn't need to fill all that info in !

This was a service station hotel. Check in was easy enough. Room was ok but a little worn in places. Lot of noise from the neighbours and from traffic. Food is from the services ans was ok. Check out was drppimg a key in a box. Parking was included. Overall it was an ok stay

Arrived late at night,check in was great and easy to park outside.Received a phone call from hotel to say the motorway was being closed the evening we were arriving which we greatly appreciated.Room was clean if a little dated but was perfect for our overnight stop and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Fire alarms went off at 1am. Total evacuation til nearly half 1. Obviously meant a sleepless night. Next morning, hoping to buy a breakfast voucher, but told they only take cash, despite the card only signs everywhere. No apology for the nights disruption, or offer of any sort of compensation. So not only was it a bad nights sleep, we had to pay full price for our breakfasts. Poor management and service.

Our stay was very nice, I think the receptionist should relieve a bonus, she put up with so much on the 9th June from customers that were in line before me, she handled it all so well, very professional and calm. I dont know the receptionists name but you are lucky to have her working for you

Good location with Tewkesbury and the surrounding areas within easy reach.. Getting to the South side of the motorway is a bit hairy as you have to go through the lorry park and not all the lorry drivers are aware that this is the designated route for cars. I had rude gestures from more than one driver.

There was a warm and efficient welcome on arrival. This is a hotel adjacent to motorway services so food etc is available in the service area. It was rather dated but very clean. A lot of the road noise is screened out by the trees so it was much quieter than I expected. Very convenient location.

A very nice stay, with excellent polite staff, and many nice extras like a bookshelf of books in the foyer for guests to borrow. Motorway services about 20 seconds walk away with a wide choice of eating options and a WH Smiths. The view from my room was of open countryside, and it was nice and quiet - whats not to love!?

Given that this is a motorways services, it's functional accommodation, nothing more, and in that it delivered. Check-in was thorough, helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and bathroom clean though a little tired in places. I even had a pleasant meal at the services courtesy of a food voucher. Exiting southbound on a frosty, dark and foggy morning was interesting!
