The staff is the best part of the property. Yes, breakfast and shuttle were included in my experience. The airport (terminal 4) had direct access to public transit, but there are bus stops near and far from the property. The rooms were nice but aged. The rooms have thin walls so I heard noise occasionally. The cleaning staff were EXCELLENT. Most of the staff spoke ENGLISH and were extremely polite and helpful. Previous reviews were correct that this location is near the airport not the urban tourist spots, but with a lot of walking, Uber/Lyft and public transit this location worked out for us. This location had a great gym (In the basement/ lower level which was quiet but a bit spooky to me). All persons in my party was asked to provide their passports at the hotel and at rental attractions in the city, which is a 1st for Me.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Large rooms with so many great amenities included! Safe environment with 24-hour dining available. Good water pressure/shower and soft plush bed and pillows. They offer in-room snack and wet bar (for a fee) but there is a free coffee tray in the room, or fresh coffee downstairs in the lobby too. Easy to get the shuttle (runs every 30-mins from the airport during the day). I would stay here again. 👍

Stayed here for 1 night before our flight home from Madrid airport. Conveniently located about 15 min ride from the airport. The staff is friendly, well trained. Good breakfast. The shuttle to the airport costs 4 euro per person. Overall, good hotel to rest before a flight home.

My wife and I stayed two nights relaxing before a month long trip. We would have given the hotel 5 stars for the overall trip experience, especially the delicious breakfast buffet. However, our mattress was so soft that after our second night, I could barely walk. It's been two days since we left and I my lower back is still bothering me. BTW, I generally work out daily and don't have a chronic back problem.

When we arrived at the hotel, they notify us it had been cancelled. We did not get a noticed in advanced. They said the hotel was full, we had to go to another hotel paying double of what our reservation was. We did not get shuttle service and had to pay for a Uber. We were travelling with a handicapped person that needs a scooter to move. That makes things more difficult. No can explained why was cancelled.

When staying at a Crowne Plaza, one expects a consistent level of professionalism. Unfortunately, the front desk staff fell short of this standard during our visit. It was around 22:00, near the end of their shift, and they seemed tired and disengaged. The shuttle service is €10 per person, but space for luggage is not guaranteed. Given the limited availability and uncertainty, we opted for an Uber instead, which cost €16 for two people with two suitcases—far more convenient and stress-free. We travel to Madrid frequently, but based on this experience, we do not plan to return to this property.

They hotel contacted us to let us know there was an issue with our room and asked us to move rooms if possible. It was not a problem for us at all, and when we did get there we had a handwritten thank you note. They also gave a menu dinner since the breakfast they had comped us would not be open before we had to leave for the airport. Amazing staff and service, and the food was excellent as well.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and check in/out were quick and easy. The room had 2 twin beds and a very large bathroom. Everything was clean and good quality. The hotel itself is located in a good spot near the airport, however, it is not a convenient spot/near the downtown core. Otherwise it was a very pleasant experience! Special thanks to Marta at the front desk for all her help!

This hotel is a 30 minute drive from anywhere you want to go in Madrid. BUT it’s also right by the airport for flights so that’s why we booked as we had an early am flight home. The staff is kind and attentive, available 24/7. The bar is convenient and the room is clean.

Nice hotel for the price and proximity to the airport. We booked the Standard King and were given a small room with a double bed. Upon asking, they stated that it was a king bed, as the rooms with one bed are all kings. It was absolutely a double bed, but they were accommodating and switched us into a room with two double beds. I’d recommend booking the two double beds instead of a king room as the king rooms are only one double bed if traveling as a couple. We pushed them together and had a comfortable stay. The photos on here are incorrect.
