Reception staff were amazingly helpful. The three hotels are side by side all with sea views. Beach is seconds away. Pool was clean and a good size. Rooms were modern, bright and comfortable. Balcony was a great size. Breakfast was defo worth having. Bar and pool table useful too.

das einzigste was überzeugt ist die lage die dame an der rezeption unfreundlich und wollte uns ein einzelzimmer als doppel verkaufen obwohl doppelzimmer reserviert nach langem diskutieren haben wir ein anders bekommen im bad das duschgel war zwei tage leer als wir es an der rezepion melde hat die dame uns einfach eins in die hand gedrückt als wäre das unsere arbeit sorry aber um den preis ist das zimmermädchen dafür verantwortlich und nicht der gast und wenn man bedänkt dass das hotel ADULTS ONLY ist waren kinder in jedem alter im hotel vertreten was uns überzeugt hat ist nur die lage ansonsten werden wir das hotel nicht mehr besuchen

+ Bra läge nära strand, buss och restauranger. - Inte gratis vatten på gymet, hudlotion och balsam saknas, sand kvar på golvet efter städning, hårfön fick kortslutning, för mycket personal under frukosten som går fram och tillbaka och vill ta tallrikar men man känner sig mest övervakad.

Excellent location : seconds to beach and minutes walk to numerous eating and drinking places. Nice pool area well kept. Very helpful staff. Reasonably spacious rooms for 2 with balcony overlooking ocean full or partial Included Buffet breakfast decent—fresh OJ would have been nice considering they grow here and are cheap. Great overall value for a family for this expensive(lodging) town (Palma) Negatives: can be loud at night as people staying up late and voices echo. Pool area accessible only through lobby so everyone must track sand from beach if going to pool after beach -side gate from street should be opened Poor parking options for rental cars (we heard). Key cards are poor and require exact positioning Difficult obtaining transport for more than 4 people and or lots of luggage esp returning to airport (problem not limited to this hotel)

Perfect location for beach go-ers. Staff was sparse, but lovely when available. Service at bar is slow, but we were in no rush. All in all, great location. Would stay again.

We had a good time in the hotel. Friendly staff, nice beds, and a clean room with w wonderful sea view. However the hotel is a bit worn down and despite The Adults Only there were several children by the pool and the buffet.

Ett bra hotell som ligger med bra avstånd till Palma. Läget är fantastiskt, bara några meter till stranden. Poolområdet är bra, hade kanske behövt en uppfräschning precis som hela hotellet i sig som inte är så uppdaterat. Överlag har vi haft en bra resa och varit nöjda. Frukosten var okej, höll inte riktigt den kvalité som man önskar av en frukostbuffé.

Ganska medelmåttigt hotell. Läget är helt fantastiskt. Hotellet har sett sina bästa dagar men är trots det rent och fräscht. Frukosten är okej men inte mer än det. Väldigt sköna sängar på rummet. Carla Mayor i sig behöver och det är på gång en ordentlig upprustning. Tillbringat 9 nätter här och innan dess 9 nätter i Cala Dor, det är lite som att komma från ett paradis till en sliten förort. I slutet av september hade 30-40 % av allt utbud gällande restauranger och butiker redan stängt.

El hotel es un edificio que le falta mantenimiento. El aire acondicionado perdia agua dentro del armario por lo que o usabas el armario o prendias el aire. Habia una invasion de hormigas en toda la habitacion. Tuvimos que pedir por favor que nos dejen jabon de mano. Y pedir cambios de sabanas ya que estaban manchadas. Habiamos reservado una habitación triple para 3 adultos y nos dieron una habitacion doble mas un catre para niños. Hicimos los reclamos dos veces y nunca estaba el manager o responsable para poder darnos una respuesta, solución o al menos escuchar al cliente. La respuesta al cliente demasiado pobre para un hotel de esa categoria. Ruido de construcción dentro del hotel a las 8 am en un perdiodo de vacaciones es inaceptable. La heladera no funcionaba. Se destacan las ganas y amabilidad de las recepcionistas y el personal del comedor.

Hotel was in a good area and nice view of the beach. Was quiet at night. Walls are thin so will hear people slamming doors in the hall. Hotel was decent at clean could've been better sweeping the floor had a lot of hair around. Hotel was good to stay at overall. Good check-in and staff was helpful.

Muy buen servicio al cliente y bastante limpio, cerca de la playa y muy bonitas vistas, Buena localización con transporte directo a palma en 25minutos. Lo único que cambiaría sería las camas, pedimos una cama doble pero nos pusieron dos individuales juntas, lo que para dormir en pareja se hacía un poco incómodo.

Zimmer ok für einige wenige Tage. Aber das Hotel ist definitiv keine 4 Sterne. Sehr hellhörig und sehr früh schon durch Lärm geweckt worden, da direkt unter dem Balkon die Außenterrasse vom Restaurant war. Lediglich die Lage war super, da direkt Strand und nah zur Bushaltestelle. Würde ich aber dennoch nicht mehr buchen

Åkte själv och fick ett hörnrum på 3 våningen som var väldigt litet samt gick avloppsrören från de övriga våningarna i väggen där man sov, mullrade så fort någon gick på toaletten, med ett annat rum hade vistelsen varit bra, bra frukost

Le personnel était courtois. J’ai changé de chambre car la chambre réservée était très bruyante( bruit de plomberie) J’ai eu un surclassement de chambre ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Le détails des inclusions et services n’étaient pas comme dans la description d’Expedia: sauna et bain vapeur payant Frais pour serviette de plage Déjeuners variés avec fruits frais, mais mets chauds pas vraiment chauds…

Le personnel était courtois. J’ai changé de chambre car la chambre réservée était très bruyante( bruit de plomberie) J’ai eu un surclassement de chambre ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Another enjoyable stay at this hotel. I like the local area, access to the beach, short walk to the nearest shopping centre, over an hour walk to the centre of Palma, convenient public transport to the city as well as the airport. Friendly and helpful staff, nice pool area with a shower and toilet. Generous continental breakfast choices, freshly cooked. Access to facilities based at the other nearby hotels from the same branch.

J’avais réservé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel 6 mois à l’avance, en précisant très clairement que je souhaitais une chambre au calme, loin de l’ascenseur et des escaliers. Résultat : on m’a attribué une chambre au 1er étage juste en face de l’ascenseur, des escaliers, et au-dessus du parking. Exactement ce que je voulais éviter ! Le personnel à l’accueil a été totalement inutile, incapable de gérer la situation : l’hôte et l’hôtesse d’accueil se renvoyaient la responsabilité sans jamais proposer de solution concrète. Quant à la direction, elle est tout simplement inexistante, impossible de parler à un responsable. Après plusieurs plaintes, on m’a proposé un changement de chambre… pour la dernière nuit. Autant dire trop tard, le séjour était déjà gâché. C’est clairement le pire service hôtelier que j’ai connu jusqu’à présent. Aucune considération pour les demandes client, aucune réactivité, un mépris total du service minimum attendu dans un établissement hôtelier. Compte tenu de l’offre hôtelière à Palma, allez ailleurs !!

Staff gave another guest a key to my room. I’m a solo female so it was unsettling to have a man enter my room in the evening. Staff didn’t seem to care and only moved my room (to the only room they had left) when I refused to go back upstairs. The room left was coincidentally an upgrade which they’re now using as a means to state they took care of the situation.

A really good stay tbh. Only thing that drags it down was the repetition of power outages on our first room. Staff handled it really well, and gave us an upgrade. Would really reccomend you staying here.

Der Sonnenaufgang ist wunderschön vom Balkon und sogar aus dem Bett. Das Hotel liegt nur 100m vom Strand entfernt. Die Speisenauswahl am Büffet zum Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut und vor allem lecker. Einziger Nachteil, es gibt nur begrenzte Parkplätze am Hotel. In der Nähe ist aber ein öffentlicher Parkplatz.

Ett bra hotell som ligger med bra avstånd till Palma. Läget är fantastiskt, bara några meter till stranden. Poolområdet är bra, hade kanske behövt en uppfräschning precis som hela hotellet i sig som inte är så uppdaterat. Överlag har vi haft en bra resa och varit nöjda. Frukosten var okej, höll inte riktigt den kvalité som man önskar av en frukostbuffé.

HORRIBLY uncomfortable beds, paper thin walls, and inedible breakfast. The facilities in general were worn out and in need of attention/updates. The beach access was excellent and proximity to shops and restaurants was very convenient.

Som en del andra skriver så är hotellet lite slitet. Emellertid inte så slitet att det är obehagligt eller obeboeligt, tvärtom så är det mer än ok. Och rummen är bättre än korridorerna, med sköna sängar och utmärkt städning. Så trevlig och gästvänlig personal överlag, alltifrån frukostanställda till städpersonal. Frukosten är stor, riklig och med en kock som tillagar omeletten för den som vill ha. Lugnt och stillsamt poolområde med stranden och havet bara ett stenkast bort. Läget är verkligen toppen! Och ca 50 meter bort stannar lokalbussen som med täta mellanrum tar en in till centrala Palma. Vi kommer med glädje att återvända hit, förhoppningsvis redan i höst eller till nästa vår.

It was a short 2 day stay to just check out the area. We found it to be very pleasant. The hotel was running very smoothly and efficient. Breakfast was very good with a variety of offerings from fruit to eggs, pancakes, breads, meats and cereals. The only detriment was the skimpy toilet paper which was very poor quality.

The Room was Ok, really basic. It was strange that there was no door in the shower, but we managed it and it was still ok. Floors were not watery. Pool was really good. Breakfeast very basic, not amazing. There should be more options. You can hear the sounds from other rooms and hallway very easily. So if you don’t want to wake up people yelling, don’t come there. Also smoking in the balcany wasn’t nice. But the area was nice, beach was perfect and the bus was very easy.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The first day the towels were not changed I tried to communicate with the hotel 7 times when I booked my stay with no answer. When I arrived I mentioned this to the receptionist and she could not care less. I found the reception staff to be unhelpfull and one in particular to be quite rude. However the staff in one of their other resorts La Carla were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them before this place. Very unhappy and would not return

We will never endure another stay at this hotel. It is run down and dirty. The majority of the staff are unfriendly and not helpful at all. The beautiful pictures ain’t telling a truthful story. At breakfast they harass you to tell you that the kitchen closes at 10:30 as if it’s the clients fault. When you sit outside they bang the crockery and cutlery so bad closer to 10:30 making the breakfast experience completely horrible. They have no empathy for late comers. You snooze you lose… that’s the philosophy which we find extremely rude and unprofessional. Never will we stay there again!!!
