Hotel fantastico, personal adorabile e disponibile sempre. La stanza ampia e comoda come il bagno, lo stesso. La piscina un sogno. Giardino curatissimo e bello. Posti comodissimi per parcheggiare. A fianco all'hotel ( appartenente sempre all'hotel) un bar pasticceria aperto sempre con cose magnifiche. Ogni negozio a due passi e poi il mare splendido a 700 mt. Bellissima esperienza

Alt i alt var vi meget tilfredse med hotellet. Rigtig dejligt værelse, daglig rengøring, dejlig pool og privat parkering. Venligt personale. Hotellet var dog placeret et sted, hvor man var afhængig af bil for at komme rundt og opleve. Der var ikke noget særligt inden for rækkevidde, ej heller spisesteder eller indkøb. Personalet talte rigtig dårligt engelsk, og det var derfor sparsomt med kommunikation. Man skulle bære badehætte i poolen. Morgenmaden havde det mest nødvendige men bestod mest af kage. Vi vil anbefale det til gæster, som har eller lejer en bil og som både vil opleve Italien med bil samt have nogle afslapningsdage ved poolen i ro.

Buona la posizione, bella la struttura e personale molto accogliente. Uno dei giorni la piscina era in manutenzione e ci hanno dato la possibilità di usufruire d'una piscina in zona, dettaglio fantastico!

The most important thing to me is cleanliness, and i could not fault the hotel on this. The room was clean, and cleaned daily with the towels replaced. The fridge in the room a very welcome addition considering the temperatures, and the safe well used. The hotel provides a shuttle transport to Licola Railway Station. Do not rely on the times stated, we did, and very nearly missed our tour meet leading to a frantic attempt to get across Naples and get to the meeting Point with seconds to spare. The staff very friendly, the pool area great.

Eine einzige Katastrophe: Bei der Ankunft, gab es kein Platz für uns im Restaurant, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Wir wollten dann zum Pool gehen und das ging nicht, weil dieser für eine Veranstaltung gebucht wurde. Null Kommunikation. Ums Frühstück musste jeden Tag gestritten werden: keine Tassen, keine Teller, sehr geringe Auswahl von mieser Qualität. Personal sehr freundlich aber ohne Unterstützung vom Management. Sehr Schade, denn die Struktur hat grosses Potenzial.

Het is een hotel, waarbij je echt een auto nodig hebt. In de buurt heb je weinig tot niets te doen. Alleen kleine winkeltjes, maar het oogt er onveilig. Het zwembad was vies, waardoor we maar een paar minuten erin zijn gebleven. Daarnaast moesten we badmutsjes op doen.

very clean and bright room with clean on suite, there is also a cafe in front that is a focal points for locals. the staff were very polite, room was clean, only problem is the heating via aircon as i visited in january, nice balcony. ample breakfast and drinks. very good wifi and lots of parking onsite.

Its a nice little find of a place. Very clean rooms. Easy parking. Plenty of places to ear near by. I'd stay here again with my family again. We had 4 rooms and everyone was pleased.

per essere un 4 stelle lascia un po' a desiderare sinceramente, la doccia ha avuto problemi con lo scarico e l'acqua restava nel piatto doccia e spesso usciva all'esterno. prodotti da bagno lasciavano a desiderare (sempre in misura di un 4 stelle) pantofole monouso mancanti, richiesto un cuscino extra (in camera ne era presente solo uno e la camera era per due ) e hanno controbattuto dicendo che era già in camera (in modo poco carino) coperta vecchia, e malmessa. Polvere evidente a terra,sintomo di mancata pulizia

The hotel was nice except my rooms air conditioning did not work all 9 days I was there and when I complained to the front desk they were no help. They said I could talk to management in the morning. The shuttle that was suppose to take guests places didn’t work. The cafe next door was nice and had friendly service. Would have expected way more for the amount I spent on this hotel room. When I paid out I was charged for the mini bar and a few drinks. Thought maybe the hotel would comp it since we didn’t have air conditioning all week but nope. So wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

La habitación un poco descuidada y el desayuno normal pero poca variedad para ser un cuatro estrellas esperaba un poco más un sillón cama viejo en la habitación que sobraba por la noche hubo gente en el pasillo intentando abrir una puerta de una habitación más de cuarenta minutos haciendo muchísimo ruido, se escucha absolutamente todo El colchón no es demasiado cómodo un hotel de los que te dejan indiferente Fácil aparcamiento

Hotel is very nice, good pool. Breakfast was okay, we stayed 7 days and they served the same thing everyday. Staff was very nice and helpful, specially Mattia and the lady at the reception desk. Room was a good size for two people. Location is far from the center of Napoli, Uber and taxis are expensive, but around the hotel there were a couple of restaurants and coffee/bar shops. The hotel was nice except my rooms air conditioning did not work all 9 days I was there and when I complained to the front desk they were no help. They said I could talk to management in the morning. The shuttle that was suppose to take guests places didn’t work. The cafe next door was nice and had friendly service. Would have expected way more for the amount I spent on this hotel room. When I paid out I was charged for the mini bar and a few drinks. Thought maybe the hotel would comp it since we didn’t have air conditioning all week but nope. So wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

The most important thing to me is cleanliness, and i could not fault the hotel on this. The room was clean, and cleaned daily with the towels replaced. The fridge in the room a very welcome addition considering the temperatures, and the safe well used. The hotel provides a shuttle transport to Licola Railway Station. Do not rely on the times stated, we did, and very nearly missed our tour meet leading to a frantic attempt to get across Naples and get to the meeting Point with seconds to spare. The staff very friendly, the pool area great.

Hemos pasado el fin de semana un grupo de amigos y nos ha resultado una experiencia muy buena nuestra estancia en el hotel. El personal lo mejor. Tanto en Recepción como en el comedor. Amables, educados y muy profesionales. Ayudándote en todo lo que necesitábamos. Se lo agradecemos enormemente. Muchas gracias. El único pero, el mantenimiento de las instalaciones del cuarto de baño, deben de mejorar un poco. Así evitarían situaciones incómodas para el cliente. Por lo demás muy cómodo.

Het is een hotel, waarbij je echt een auto nodig hebt. In de buurt heb je weinig tot niets te doen. Alleen kleine winkeltjes, maar het oogt er onveilig. Het zwembad was vies, waardoor we maar een paar minuten erin zijn gebleven. Daarnaast moesten we badmutsjes op doen.
