The Inn is an old building with uneven floors and beams, making it full of character. The room was clean and well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but clean. The breakfast was very good. There is ample parking and it is well located in the High Street. The bar can be noisy but everybody is out by 23.30, so it was not a problem.

Staff were very welcoming. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The full English breakfast was very good. The hotel had its own car park which was great.

Main issues were a) the "bistro" and bar area looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Most of the dining tables had been replaced by a pool table and dart boards. Broken or unused furniture was piled up at the side of the room. After taking one look, we decided that eating here was not an option. Similar unwanted furniture etc was piled up on the stairs to the second floor. All in all, there is no way this could be described as a tidy place b) our room was immemdiately above the bar. The "Bistro, Bar" has apparently become the main pub for the town. It was very busy and very noisy, with loud music playing constantly until the bar was closed at 11pm. There was no chance of getting any sleep before 11.30pm. Could we recommend the Inn at Bromyard? In a word - NO.

The photos of this property are completely misleading, as in reality it is very very different! The room was small, nowhere to put anything, the en-suite was tatty with broken shelf over sink, dirty mirror and a shower that was pretty poor! The room was cold & uninviting! Other parts of the property were full of clutter & just looked uncared for and needs a complete overhaul. I can’t believe we paid good money to stay here!!
