My partner is disabled and the hotel provided a shower chair and paid secure car parking. The staff very courteous and pleasant. I booked for two consecutive nights but housekeeping was not fully done as the Nespresso and TimTams were not refilled the second morning, yet I paid the same tariff for both nights. Seems a bit of a promotional scam - same tariff, same housekeeping. But the property is convenient for my purposes. Would still stay again but management should look at these "incentives" better.

The place was great but I forgot to order parking on my booking so we worried if the car was ok out on the street. We had to walk a fair way to find a park. Also maybe have a list of eating places in the room. Thanks.

Friendly helpful fantastic apartment room with washer and dryer. Getting in the shower was a bit slippery. It was only closer to the shower spray that wasnt slippery. A slip mat would of helped me as i felt unsteady getting in and out of the shower.

My wife slipped when getting in bath/shower smashed her face really bad two black eyes on reporting it was informed tme she was not the first person to do this and where trying to resolve the problem this spoiled our holiday no compensation was offered

The rooms are efficiency with a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop and sink as well as utensils and plates. There was a nice walk in shower. Plenty of drawer and closet space for clothes. The desk area was cramped. There were limited dining options available.
