Amazing staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The “back alley” entrance is quite the introduction to the hotel - but the location is fantastic. I would 100% absolutely stay there again.

Very helpful and kind staff, went above and beyond to assist us and make sure we had a comfortable stay. The location is great and close to the square etc. i would definitely recommend this place and I would also recommend using their private airport transfer as it made life much easier.

This was a perfect place to stay in Marrakech. The Riad was situated in a quiet part of the Medina with easy access to the souks and main square. The week we were there the temperatures reached 105F (~40c) and the riad was really comfortable and cool to go and relax in the middle of the day. The staff were really helpful from before we arrived, to being welcomed by Abdul Azziz and looked after by Hannan. Her breakfasts were the perfect way to start the day. They also helped us plan our activity and helped us resolve our issues when things did not go quite as planned. They were always available by phone. We also did the cooking class at the Riad. It was fun to go to the market with Jamila and then cook a traditional Tagine with her. Overall, if you’re looking to spend some time in the hustle and bustle of the old city of Marrakech you won’t be sorry if you pick this place. We stayed in the emerald riad.
