Un très bon séjour au Riad merci à toute l’équipe . Un Riad très calme très propre avec tout le confort . A deux pas de tout . Le centre ville est juste à côté . Merci encore pour ce séjour où l’on a été très bien reçu je recommande

The hotel has very welcoming and attentive staff and service, especially Saeeda and Latif. It is also a very convenient location as it is inside the Medina and easy to get a taxi. However, I will say that the rooms need modernising as they are dark and lack amenities such as a fridge. Apart from that, the courtyard is beautiful and a lovely breakfast is served everyday on the terrace.

Good location and friendly staff. The Riad is dated and needs a facelift. The furniture has seen better days. The breakfast room door has a large pain of glass missing which has been for months. Rooms are small. An economicaly Riad but overpriced. Did not use the hot tub or the sun loungers as they did not look inviting. Good basic breakfast service.

The wifi was terrible. We spent four days without proper internet connection. The room was cold. The shower had intermittent warm water. Often we had to skip bathing because the water was cold. The terrace at the roof top was poorly maintained. The breakfast hall was super cold. The pictures need to be updated. The uniform of the ladies are tattered clearly reflecting poor labor. The spa is located outside the Riad. Most of the time its close.

Le riad propose un très bon service de transfert depuis et jusqu'à l'aéroport. Il est très bien situé à la limite du souk et permet de rejoindre très facilement la place Jemaa el-Fna. Le personnel est très sympathique, accueillant et propose un service impeccable. Le lieu en lui-même est très agréable et typique même si le mobilier paraît un peu viellot.

Riad con magnifico cortile interno - una piccola oasi di pace immersa nei souk caotici. Stanze tipiche. Colazione servita sulla magnifica terrazza. Ottima posizione per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni a piedi. Assolutamente consigliato!

We wanted to stay in an authentic riad in the medina, and this property didn’t disappoint. It was conveniently positioned to enable us to walk to many of the places we wanted to visit, yet near enough to a main road to easily get a taxi when required. The breakfast - which was included - was tasty and filling. All the staff were helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable. I had a relaxing massage in their spa after a tiring day, which was the icing on the cake. 💕

Very lovely Riad. It's a small palace in the beautiful old part of Marrakech, Medina. Very close to where the taxi can drop you off. Hospitality is key and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. You are in the city center and yet when you relax in the jacuzzi there is peace and quiet, perfect. I would love to come back again.

Never ever again. This Hotel should be removed from Hotels.com It was supposed to be Hotel and Spa, there is no Spa. There was absolutely nothing. Only cold water. Wi-Fi connection really bad… I have travelled a lot in Marrakesh and never experienced this before. Tourists will never return to Morocco if this is what they will experience 😔

Very nice, clean and well located. Easy access to Rue Riad Laarous for taxis, tour pick ups and transfers. Good size rooms and cleaned daily. Very relaxed atmosphere and after a day, we realised it was more like a homestay rather than a traditional hotel. Excellent breakfast up on the rooftop with traditional Morrocan delights. Staff were really friendly including Rashid who was most helpful. Even loaned us travel guides for us to explore Marrakech. Rooms are air-conditioned which is much needed during the afternoons. Nice cosy sofas to lie around the pool and pull up a book. Wi-fi is weak and not secure if your phone or tablet has strong security features. Doesn’t connect to iPhones with strong security firewalls. Get a local SIM card if you need to do a lot of intérnet surfing. Otherwise most cafes have wifi so we didn’t have any FOMO. Overall a great location and we certainly will book again.

Très décevant ! Hormis le personnel serviable et la localité, ce Riad n’est pas à la hauteur de ce qui est vendu !! Les photos sont trompeuses car elles doivent datées de plusieurs années et dans la réalité l’état est désastreux ! Ne parlons pas du calme du Riad ! Tous les matins réveillées par le fils du manager qui parlait fort ou qui pleurait ! Les petits-déjeuners sont corrects mais peu diversifiés et très locaux ! Ne parlons pas du linge de toilette qui a bien vécu !!! Pour en avoir fait plusieurs, ce Riad est à éviter ! Riad vendu pour 4 étoiles mais cela n’en vaut pas plus de 2 !!!

Riad acogedor con personal muy amable. El desayuno es cerrado con desayuno típico marroquí. Las habitaciones e instalaciones están algo deterioradas pero bien. Muy bien en lo que se refiere a limpieza y servicio de habitaciones. El pago de tasas al final del hospedaje solo es con efectivo.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS The riad is filthy, dusty and has been neglected! The wifi connection is terrible and worse of all it doesnt have any warm water. I would suggest looking elsewhere or face ruining your holiday. The owners are also liars so becareful! Dont book and stay far far away from them.

The hotel has a great staff and service. They are very welcoming and attentive for everything you would need. Also great property to stay inside the medina as everything is within walking distance and easy to catch a taxi is needed. The rooms are very dark (as a matter of fact with no windows) with a musty smell not quite comfortable. In my view the expedia rating is higher compared to what I saw

the welcome was done by someone who was soooo high we thought we were going to have to call an ambulance. The air-conditioning was making us sick, no refrigerator which means no cool liquids, good plumbing is out of the question, smelly rugs that consume the entire establishment. To top things off; Marrakech is the most filthy city we've ever been too, I've been to Asia, Europe, etc. and never have I come across such a disgusting place like Marrakech, the smell of cat litter is everywhere, flies due to the filth, there are no cool drinks to be found anywhere and everywhere you go people are ripping you off in plain sight.

Bit of an odd experience… so overall I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There wasn’t a manager / receptionist available on site and so check-in was a bit confusing. Later on the cleaner and the chef half-heartedly checked me in but no one really sounded like they knew what they were doing. The chef took some money off me as well for tourist tax and then seemed annoyed when I came back 10 minutes later to ask for the change. I also had to leave for the airport at 8am, and was told that breakfast started at 8… and when I asked if it could possibly be earlier, the chef just outright said no. Then later on I asked about dinner options, to be told that I had to pre-order dinner in the morning - but I only arrived for check-in that day and wasn’t advised of this as part of my booking. The Riad is comfortable and conveniently located right in the heart of the medina, but overall it’s really tired looking and could use some serious TLC to patch the place up. I didn’t have the best experience unfortunately :(

Jätte mysigt upplevelse! Det enda negativa var sängen som var i stort sett färdig för soptippen. Sov 3 nätter på den och nu mår min rygg inte så bra. Allt annat var kanon och läget var super!

Central location, looks good but can be very noisy because the doors don't fully close and all rooms open towards the open inner yard. Also dinner needs to be reserved in advance.

Doesn’t connect to iPhones with strong security firewalls. Get a local SIM card if you need to do a lot of intérnet surfing. Otherwise most cafes have wifi so we didn’t have any FOMO. Overall a great location and we certainly will book again.

The hotel has a great staff and service. They are very welcoming and attentive for everything you would need. Also great property to stay inside the medina as everything is within walking distance and easy to catch a taxi is needed. The rooms are very dark (as a matter of fact with no windows) with a musty smell not quite comfortable. In my view the expedia rating is higher compared to what I saw

The staff were amazing! Very cozy place and very comfortable rooms. Before our stay we were in other hotels in Morocco and this was the only place with AC which was amazing!

The hotel has very welcoming and attentive staff and service, especially Saeeda and Latif. It is also a very convenient location as it is inside the Medina and easy to get a taxi. However, I will say that the rooms need modernising as they are dark and lack amenities such as a fridge. Apart from that, the courtyard is beautiful and a lovely breakfast is served everyday on the terrace.

Whilst this riad needs some investment in its facilities with the rooms requiring some maintenance and upgrades, it is far outweighed by the wonderful team headed by the owner Latif. There is a real family atmosphere with nothing too much trouble and we were looked after like queens with 6 of us in the booking. We had some lovely continental breakfasts and an evening meal that was great value and delicious and Latif also made some wonderful suggestions for restaurants that were all amazing. He also organised taxis at a reasonable price and a private tour to the Atlas Mountains that was really good value and superb. The riad is right in the middle of the Medina and perfect for being able to explore the old town. For the price, you really can’t fault staying here if you overlook the requirement to fix the shower heads and old towels and replace some of the mattresses. We found that over 5 nights our concern about these things diminished and showed that what really makes the difference is the warm and friendly, can do attitude of the host and team. I can highly recommend staying here if you want a real sense of living in Marrakech and experiencing the warmth and friendliness of Moroccan people.

Bit of an odd experience… so overall I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There wasn’t a manager / receptionist available on site and so check-in was a bit confusing. Later on the cleaner and the chef half-heartedly checked me in but no one really sounded like they knew what they were doing. The chef took some money off me as well for tourist tax and then seemed annoyed when I came back 10 minutes later to ask for the change. I also had to leave for the airport at 8am, and was told that breakfast started at 8… and when I asked if it could possibly be earlier, the chef just outright said no. Then later on I asked about dinner options, to be told that I had to pre-order dinner in the morning - but I only arrived for check-in that day and wasn’t advised of this as part of my booking. Very nice, clean and well located. Easy access to Rue Riad Laarous for taxis, tour pick ups and transfers. Good size rooms and cleaned daily. Very relaxed atmosphere and after a day, we realised it was more like a homestay rather than a traditional hotel. Excellent breakfast up on the rooftop with traditional Morrocan delights. Staff were really friendly including Rashid who was most helpful. Even loaned us travel guides for us to explore Marrakech. Rooms are air-conditioned which is much needed during the afternoons. Pros- the staff is absolutely lovely and helpful. The location is also not so deep in the Medina that it makes it hard to navigate. This is important for those who like to wander or a solo travelers. The accommodations are quaint. The breakfast is also tasty. Cons- the sheets weren’t clean. My sheets had orange stains on them, my pillowcases black specks and my towels were unbecoming. Having experienced several riads now, please consider some form of better heating systems for the off season.

Then later on I asked about dinner options, to be told that I had to pre-order dinner in the morning - but I only arrived for check-in that day and wasn’t advised of this as part of my booking. The Riad is comfortable and conveniently located right in the heart of the medina, but overall it’s really tired looking and could use some serious TLC to patch the place up. I didn’t have the best experience unfortunately :(
