Amazing hotel all around! The staff was super friendly, check in was fast, housekeeping never knocked on our door to wake us up in the am, the pool was beautiful, and the dry bar products in the room were a nice touch. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a really long time.

The best thing about this hotel in my opinion is the staff. They were all friendly and helpful, and gave us the feeling they really wanted us to enjoy our stay. As a result we did really enjoy our days there. We’d stay here again. We had our pug with us - first time for us to travel with a dog. The hotel, unlike most, does not charge additional fees for the pet to stay. They gave her cute little food and water bowls, I assumed for us to borrow, but they gave them to us at the end of our stay. We walked her around the outside every morning, and there was dog bags and a trashcan. There were a couple other dogs staying but we rarely heard anything, so the floor and the room were quiet. The hotel room was different than I’m used to. There was no dresser, instead there is open shelving. The lights were controlled by switches by the door, and there were no individual switches except for the reading lights over the bed and there maybe a desk lamp. The room had a closet area and a room safe - we didn’t use the safe. The room was big enough for the three of us and the dog. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there were nice thick towels. There is a Starbucks within a couple of minutes walk from the front door, and we got coffee there nearly every day, as well as complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. I heard the to go breakfast is chef-made fresh in the lobby but we didn’t get to try it. My husband and daughter did appreciate the gym.

The hotel is very different and it was a nice change of pace. I see a lot of people do complain about it, but if you're looking for something different, but nice, I will say I certainly enjoyed it. It's meant to be different. The pool was amazing ( I believe it's a salt water pool). The person that checked me in was nice and welcoming, the person that checked me out, although wasn't rude, you could tell there didn't necessarily want to be there and/or very edgy. This is my own fault, but I didn't realize when booking, breakfast is an addition cost, so keep that in mind. The guy that runs the breakfast place was a little bit rude, I will say. As I was looking at the menu trying to decide what I wanted, he just continuously clicked his pen and sighed. I started noticing the behavior and decided to take even longer, since it seemed to be so irritating to him. Chill out pal. Anyways, super convenient from my experience gettong on and off the highway, Starbucks is right there as well, so that was nice. The bed was nice and the pillows were ok, but a little flat. Definitely has worse though. I'd for sure stay here again. The room and everything else was very clean, and I have very high standards.

This property is up and down my first experience was mediocre. This is my second stay and they put me on the first floor in lobby, room smelt like smoke before I got into room, (they gave me air freshener) for a “solve”. Staff disappeared in the middle of night. Charged my card for close to $1000 worth of damages on a room I had video evidence of that was in perfect shape ready for the next person 5 hours after my checkout time ! Very small staff with sticky fingers be careful looks good on camera but nothing special not even a view ! Unless you wanna see streets and the small back pool which closes at 10 pm .. whomp whomp whomp

Very good stay, Michael was very helpful and explained everything in detail, excellent room, very spacious and clean. The only thing is that the elevators had urine, but overall the experience was great definitely will be booking again😃

Overall we were very pleased with our stay! The staff was always kind and its rare to find a hotel that is larger dog friendly. Our boy is 70lbs and most places max is 40lbs. Everything was clean and stocked as well as very comfy beds. Will return here for our next trip to Jacksonville!

Loved the room. It was big, roomy, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel has a great funky vibe, perfect for the ideal IG real or Tik Tok dance. They have a giant connect 4!!! Would highly recommend.

Noisy and dark rooms. Heard doors slamming all night and people talking in the hallways. Need sound cushions to absorb the sounds in the room, since it is bare bones. Not enough lighting in the shower.

I had the room on the 1st floor right next to the outside side door. It was a noisy room. Something by the fire alarm on the wall made a clicking sound and the hallway was super noisy. Not sure if there was a big group of people together or what but it was super noise and the walls nor the door blocked any of the noise. I could hear the live music coming from the lobby at times too.

We had an enjoyable time, very calm hotel, someone (in the hall?) was laughing loudly right when we went to bed, but after just a couple minutes everything was quiet. Comfortable beds, slept well. We prepaid for breakfast. It was very good.

The hotel had already charged me the morning of my stay before check in. When I arrived to check in they wanted payment again, as they couldnt see charging me. One of the employees said she did remember charging me and I showed them the email indicating the charge from my credit card company. No matter, they charged again, $40 more than the price I paid originally,although they did agree to talk with my card people to cancel the first charge.

I typically stay at hotel Indigo tapestry park but wanted to give aloft a try. Based on my experience I won’t stay at Aloft again. The front desk staff is very stiff and unengaging. The hotel is very loud and just not very inviting. I travel all over the US and abroad this just wasn’t a very good experience.

The hotel and amenities are great. I wish breakfast wasn\'t an "a la carte" type situation, but there\'s a Starbucks a few steps away - so breakfast isn\'t too far out of the way. What really stood out was the afternoon receptionist, Jamie. She was super friendly and very helpful. Having lived in the area before, I was already familiar with what\'s around, but she\'s an absolute gem and provided me with other ideas on how to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Hotels can all offer similar amenities and prices, but people make the difference. I will be back because of people like Jamie who work here and make the stress of traveling a little bit easier!

The hotel was great—super convenient and very close to Highway I-95. The room was spacious with a nice modern style, providing plenty of space for my suitcases and clothes. I even received dog bowls as a gift for my pets, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it! The only disappointment I had was with the breakfast; my ham omelette was not good.
