Okay we've stayed here several times over the past few years. Always enjoy it. The staff is excellent you got a good deal for the money I feel. Definitely very popular with the wedding segments. They do have a nice pool very convenient. It's a liner type pool and to put it honestly it's a nice pool but it does need a few touches on it. The other thing that I've mentioned this in the past is that there's a few little areas that are care worn around the the hotel. The support columns that you see around the big wrap around ports definitely need some attention to detail. Inside everything is very nice definitely things are kept up very well there I think just the outside needs a couple touches to detail but other than that I mean it's a very nice place to stay. We plan and probably being back sometime in the fall.

Amazing stay at the Wentworth. Impeccably clean - I’ve never stayed in a hotel/inn so clean. Staff were all incredibly friendly and very accommodating. Our room was wonderful - so spacious and extremely comfortable bed. All linens were beautiful. Complimentary snacks/pantry was above and beyond - a real treat. Grounds are beautiful with plenty of activities outside - volleyball, cornhole, swimming, etc. Nice and close to white mountain for our hikes. Great stay and will be back.

Room in the inn was lovely. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the cozy lobby and helping ourselves to muffins, coffee, chips, hot cocoa etc in the floor pantry.

Deb and Susan really knew the room options and so were helpful with the reservation, Viviana warm and highly professional with receiving us, and Jean and Patty served us wonderful breakfasts each morning. The pool wasn't heated and housekeeping perhaps has vacuum heads too big to get into the corners and under the bed and nightstands as these were dirty including a soda bottle from previous guest. Checkout was seamless and all in all it is a most charming historic property which the owner/manager has respectfully modernized. Would definitely return.

From the moment we arrived to the last minute of our stay we had a lovely and relaxing experience. The rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and welcoming. We loved the snack bar (great idea), enjoyed rocking in the chairs on the porches, and sipping a glass of wine by the firepit. Dinner was delicious and breakfast hit the spot. Definitely worth a return tripe to experience the Wentworth hospitality in another season.

The Wentworth had a lovely cozy character to it. We come every year for our wedding anniversary. We always feel very spoiled there! Everyone is kind and helpful. We were disappointed the pool was not open as it was hot out and was open the previous year. Our bathroom floor was dingy and the shower clogged, but otherwise a lovely stay. The food was incredible.

The property is very old and not updated. The rooms were small and carpets and tile had some stains/dirt. The overall experience wasn’t bad but not a 5 star stay. The area was nice though and central to many attractions and restaurants.

Our window ac unit had major gap between the sill and unit a towel was used by “maintenance” to address the issue. Room we stayed in was previously used for a pet as there was pet hair on carpet still as well as crumbs. Room safe didn’t work properly. Also this inn takes a $50 a NIGHT for room incidental. Having stayed at very high end hotels I have NEVER had a $50 per night incidental hold on my cc for an inn in Nh. Not being able to use our room safe, cleanliness of our room, window ac units not properly installed and they hold $50 a night for incidentals? Ludicrous!!! Look elsewhere if efficiency, cleanliness, and honesty are important to you and your family while traveling.

The Wentworth is a beautiful property. The staff were fantastic! The food was incredible! Loved the location, within walking distance of so many amenities. The room was smallish, the climate control was too hot with no way to lower it. The air was so dry we both had trouble sleeping. The bathroom was small with very little counter space. Very small complaints, because we really did have a wonderful stay.

First time guest at Wentworth and we were very impressed. Loved the location and the room was fantastic. Very spacious, bed was super comfortable, and good quiet ac working. Also appreciated the free snacks to be had that were located in the pantry.

We've been here several times it's very elegant bordering on what I would consider to be true luxury. Prices are anywhere from say $275 to $400 depending on time of year. Bedrooms are very cozy and comfortable beds are very nice showers are very nice most rooms have a large jacuzzi as well although we really don't use those too much. Food in the dining room is very good. You can either do a la carte or you could just add it to the room as well which is what we did this time around. The only thing I would watch out for we were in room 402 which in itself is an outstanding room really large large King nice gas stove huge jacuzzi. The only thing is the room directly above us which is 408 can be exceptionally noisy. The reason why is there's no carpeting on the wood floors upstairs. The couple that stayed were exceptionally noisy to the point that we were not the only guests who talked about that.

Lovely hotel . We had a great stay, albeit it was only the one night . Our room was large with an extremely comfortable bed , I do feel that the bathroom needs some attention it is very dated and our sink was cracked. Appreciated the little touches like the pantry , where there were snacks and hot and cold drinks . Would recommend

Fabulous place for a get away. We were looking for some place close to the Mt Washington Cog Railway trip. This was perfect! Loved the atmosphere of The Wentworth. The staff goes above & beyond to make your stay a terrific one. We also enjoyed going to the Alpine & having a beverage & a light dinner. The food was delicious!

Well kept up. Smaller rooms but beautiful decor and lots of hang out space in lobby. Small tiny town and everything closes at 5pm but that seems to be the normal around there. Have food prepared for dinner time since everything closes. The guy bartender was rude and obviously didnt want to work either day we were there, but all other staff at check in and restaurant were absolutely great and attentive. I would recommend this place, just dont bother the bartender for anything.

Everything was perfect! Celebrating our 25th wedding Anniversary. The entire staff went out of their way to accommodate us and to check with us to see if there was anything we needed. We got the package that included breakfast. It was outstanding! The wait staff was attentive and friendly. It was like “flying in first class!”

The hotel lobby is beautiful. Upon arrival no one greeted us and I had to ask if there was a check in area. We decided to eat and have a drink at the Alpine bar which was very disappointing. The food was horrible and when we were asked how our meal was we shared the soup was cold and the lettuce was warm and wilted. No one made an attempt to correct or adjust our bill and food is expensive there. The rooms are quaint but the bathroom was old. Toilet didn’t flush and bathtub was rusted so we didn’t use for our shower. The breakfast was delightful and Carol our server shared all about the area.

Well maintained historical property with wonderful amenities and dining options. Very clean, professional and friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. The included buffet breakfast was extensive and pantries with food/beverage options very accessible. Our 1st stay and we will return.

The property is beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous. The bartenders, Leon and Ben, were terrific and very pleasant to talk with. The dining room was horrible. Waited for over 20 minutes to be seated for breakfast, so we finally just sat at a table. No one came over to us, so I got up, got some water and coffee for my husband and me. Finally, a waitress saw me doing this on my own and came over and was disturbed that I was doing this. She was very nice after that interaction. The night crew in the dining room was awful. The hostess was horrible. Again, we waited over 20 minutes to get seated. He seemed out of it and did not know what he was doing. Sat us down and told us Scott was our waiter. Well!!!! We waited over 30 minutes until I asked another waiter if someone would ever come to our table. Needless to say, this was nothing that my husband and I have ever experienced. The food was not good at all. I think you need to clean house and get better staff and a cook!

We loved our stay at The Wentworth. Jackson is a beautiful village and the hotel is in a perfect location, right across from the Jackson Ski Touring Center which has glorious trails. Our room was lovely and the beds were extremely comfortable. The Wentworth has a lovely large lounge area with roaring fires and lots of comfortable couches and seating. Food was good and the staff was so kind. Everyone couldn't so enough for you.

The property is very old and not updated. The rooms were small and carpets and tile had some stains/dirt. The overall experience wasn’t bad but not a 5 star stay. The area was nice though and central to many attractions and restaurants.

Jackson is our favorite town in New Hampshire. It is such a cute little village and we have never stayed at The Wentworth Inn before. We are so glad that we did! The inn has such beautiful historical charm. It is right in the middle of the village, allowing you to walk around and enjoy everything without having to find a place to park. The grounds are beautiful, the hotel is tastefully decorated and very clean & tidy. Also, there a snacks for you in the afternoon, each floor has a pantry, which we found very helpful. Definitely worth a visit if you are planning a trip to Jackson. We cannot wait to return!

Very beautiful and charming hotel. The rooms and bathroom are very roomy. Everything was spoteless. The hotel is right next to the Jackson falls and it’s very beautiful there. I would stay again.

Great stay at The Wentworth. Courteous staff. Large, clean room with a comfy bed. Plenty of windows to enjoy the view. Daily treats throughout the day - awesome homemade ice cream!! Large porch to just sit and relax. Walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend.

Fabulous place for a get away. We were looking for some place close to the Mt Washington Cog Railway trip. This was perfect! Loved the atmosphere of The Wentworth. The staff goes above & beyond to make your stay a terrific one. We also enjoyed going to the Alpine & having a beverage & a light dinner. The food was delicious!

Wonderful zip code and property. Stayed one night while skiing in the area. I know some locals said they are "nervous" with the recent change of ownership... natural but I was unaware of this. Top notch hospitality. Very gracious check in, check out, bar and restaurant service. Friendly, courteous. My bathroom had not been renovated but the room was cozy (smaller side). Common areas are mountain hunting lodge - warm and well appointed. Water and snack pantry a really nice touch. Will certainly return.

It's a beautiful historic building with very tastefully designed and sophisticated public interior spaces. In addition, the scene at the bar and lounge, including the spaces and the happy crowd were pitch-perfect. Our only issues were with the restaurant (the 1869 Room) and the tiny sink in our single room. The 1869 Room isn't well designed, especially when compared to the lobby, bar, and lounge spaces. The overhead lighting is too high (the chandeliers look like they were selected by a different designer than the rest of the spaces) and the white walls don't help. In addition, the food is so-so. The menu might be too ambitious for the size of the staff. As a result the salmon was overcooked and dishes with multiple ingredients did not present well nor taste fresh out of the kitchen. We'll definitely return to the hotel, but will eat in the bar next time.

We loved our stay at the Wentworth. We’re used to eating well but I don’t think I’ve ever had better meals and felt so stuffed—the breakfasts ensured we didn’t need to eat lunch and the gourmet 4-course dinners received rave reviews from everyone in our party. The only thing I wish I’d have gotten clarity on was the Sunnyside suite pull-out bed. The suite was supposedly for 4 but the bed was so tiny and hard it’s not really good for full-size adults. Luckily my older teens took it in stride! There was a wedding going on during our stay but it didn’t interfere. We enjoyed the pantry snacks, the pool, and the nearby waterfall too!

The elevator was broken for two days which was an issue for us on third floor.. my spouse has cardiac issues and I have recently had a hip replacement. Also I requested a chair for the room which never came. The vault in the room was unusable..On the positive, the food including breakfast was delicious, pantry stacked, pool great, hotel beautiful.
