Stayed 1 night

We were the only ones staying. Bedrooms were basic. Shower so small & shampoo/conditioner were outside shower and could not access. Kettle could not be filled at sink due to size. Menu advertised for breakfast was not what was given. I ordered a continental breakfast to be served cereal & toast. Menu said croissant, fresh fruit, yogurt & granola. Very disappointing. Wait staff had no clue on how to do their job nor any knowledge of the menu. The building itself was lovely and location wonderful.

Stayed 1 night

We stayed 1 night in The Old Hall as it had a decent rating & was in the middle of Haworth. Our room was spacious with a large very comfortable bed & very clean & well equipped. Our food experience wasn't so good. When we checked in I didn't book a table for the evening as it was a Monday(15th June), & reckoned it would be a quieter night. We weren't asked about booking a table at the time, so when I went to book a table at 6pm, I was told the pub was full, but as a resident for the night, the waitress could squeeze us in @ 6.45pm We were there prompt at 6.45 & waited 20 minutes to take our order, as there was only 1 waitress & 1 barman on for supposedly a full pub. We waited over an hour for food, & witnessed people walking out, after waiting LONGER than us for food, having heated words with the LONE waitress, the problem being people being served out of order of arrival, including my wife & I The pub was LESS than half full by 8pm, which I was not expecting after being told they were full. I ordered a VEGAN version of a Mushroom Risotto, because of the cheese, but when it finally arrived at 8.15pm, it had cheese on it, so I sent it back & luckily only waited another 5 minutes. I did give the waitress a tip as she rushed about all evening on her own & had to take the flak from the rightly disgruntled customers. Thanks to her & thanks to Fran, the cleaner who did a great job on our room. I hope this was a one-off.

Haworth Old Hall is in a good location with plenty of parking. It serves good food & drink and the staff very friendly. A little attention to DIY (main door handle loose & water stain on the ceiling) would make it even better.

Lovely warm welcome from the staff who showed us to the spacious and clean room. The room itself needs a bit of TLC - wall paper lifting by the door (looks like the plaster underneath has caused this), ceiling needs a paint after water damage and one window doesn’t fit the window itself leaving a massive gap for air to come in. Housekeeping staff - amazing and so helpful and friendly The only negative I would say is that in the mornings the staff are extremely loud downstairs shouting to each other and having loud, thumping music on from early leaving you unable to relax and have a lie in. Other than that, a lovely stay
