Property was very clean and nice especially for the price. Other resorts were twice the amount and they weren't even walkable to downtown attractions. They had parking on site for a few but it was locked and secure.

Place is really nice. Pool needs cooler, literally a hotub. Rooms amazing with good a,/C

The pool was way too hot to get in, a must for a traveler.

We loved it here and will return. It was close enough to the center of Duval Street without hearing Duval Street. The pool and gardens were lush and welcoming. I understand charging for parking your car, but feel that parking a scooter was excessive. They did let us park our scooters directly behind our car and that was appreciated. We'll be back!

Beautiful well maintained quiet boutique hotel just a block from the action on Duvall street. Happy hour with wine in the evening. Nice breakfast. Beautiful secluded pool and spa. Private parking for $32 per night.

Cutest little inn!!! We absolutely loved the stay here!!. If I had to tell one thing that the inn needed would be that the pool was way too hot and needed a chiller or a fountain to cool the water off to make a perfect stay and refreshing after a day out and about in Key West that....perfect! a o

The hotel feels like its tucked away in a private oasis. The pool was fantastic and surrounded by palm trees. I also really enjoyed the happy hour in the lobby every evening! I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast extremely limited and unappealing but the coffee was fine. Room was nice and clean but air conditioner was noisy. Pool area was nice but the pool itself was in need of a little repair. Pool water temperature was very hot, like hot tub hot so not so refreshing. It was a crap shoot if anyone would be behind the front desk if you needed anything. Front desk attendant was dismissive when she was informed the hot tub was not working. Daily resort/amenity fee was high for what was offered.

The service was great and the property was very cozy! They even had a place where you can plug in an electric car (normal level 1 outlet and you need your charger). The only complaint is that they don’t enforce the pool hours and it’s noisy for the suites that are nearby. The person sleeping on the sofa bed was up all night due to noise around the pool area until 5am. But other than that, I’d recommend!

Our stay was wonderful. The only complaint would be that the pool was too warm and the hot tub/spa was so hot you couldn’t stay in.

Cute place in a convenient location. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Foster at the front desk. Free wine and snacks happy hour was nice. Bathroom tile and sinks need updating. No water pressure in shower, it trickled out. Could use a coat of fresh paint everywhere. Floors not very clean, made our feet black. Thought it would be a lot nicer for $400/night, but everything is very expensive in Key West.

Bathroom was dirty, had a dirty qtip stuck to the floor crown molding in the bathroom, the furniture was not clean, extra towels delivered were left in the toilet. Room wasn’t cleaned when we were told there was daily housekeeping and we were not told about the complimentary breakfast that came with the room price until we checked out. The guy that was at front desk wanted to argue and didn’t care about our experience. I would not recommend this place.

*bed bugs* I will say the property is in a great area, walking distance to most things. The breakfast is a nice touch and had a good selection and pool/hottub area is nice. UNFORTUNATELY, we discovered bed bugs in our room. We were moved to another room begrudgingly after having been questioned multiple times about the “bugs” .. ( we had clear pictures and videos of them crawling on the mattress). The new room was in not good shape aesthetically and had stained bed sheets, dirty bathroom, and a broken mini fridge that stunk. After asking nicely the front desk attendant moved a new one in but left the broken one to stink up our room overnight. After inquiring about a manager contact due to our 2 hour delay of packing up our whole room to move and sanitizing everything, I was then given the wrong email address. I eventually got the correct one from another employee which received no response, still to this day a month later. Obviously very poorly managed by some large company who doesn’t give a crap about the guest stay or experience. LOTS of other places in the area so I’d book elsewhere going forward.

Beautiful property but we were put in an apartment upstairs that was not clean. The bedrooms were clean & comfortable but the kitchen was not super clean & the couch had old food in it. We went to open up the pull out couch & found food.

My room was cleaned well from a housekeeping perspective, however, there was shabby maintenance/repairs--sloppy paint jobs all over, broken shudder on the door, lamp shades were mildewed and moldy--badly so and one was being held together by scotch tape. the bathroom had missing grout, cracking caulking, where there at one time were wall fixtures, now you can see the wall anchors exposed in several spaces. Also, the room we were in faced large industrial storage containers and garbage cans--the operations center for house keeping. This was right next to our external patio. For a "$450 a night room", I would expect to not walk out my room and right into a shipping container and trash cans. "Happy Hour" and breakfast were also quite cheap. Happy hour had wrapped cheese sticks, Doritos and bagged nuts. Breakfast was on par with what you would have at a La Quinta---not bad per say, just---cheap--in a hotel price point that isn't cheap. Staff were lovely and accommodating and the pool/jacuzzi were nice enough. Overall, underwhelming with several points specific to our room that were down right disapointing. Overall the inn was serviceable--

Location was great. Beautiful resort. AC was on point. Only complaint is that the walls are thin. Heard our neighbors fighting the whole weekend.

Beautiful room/suite, exceeded expectations. Convenient for major attractions, 2 min walk to Duval St. Very pretty and peaceful location. Nice, small, pool. Breakfast was adequate. Some of the outside areas (stairways and verandas) were a little worn and in need of repair. Overall a stunning property, would highly recommend for couples.

Hot water faucet didn’t twist, walls are paper thin and could hear everything from the neighboring room, only very thick pillows available, power went out a couple times

Only issue is water pressure in our room was very weak and the complimentary shampoo has a terrible smell.

Paradise Inn was a great stay. A great location within 20 minutes or less walking distance from most attractions and diversions. Plenty of non-residential street parking nearby, but they also offer a lot. The pool is lush and beautifully surrounded by tropical foliage. Room was comfortable with local art and mid-century decor.

We loved the location which was close to everything, and the quietness of the property. The pool seemed like our own private pool. The one thing we HATED was the 50000 watt light bulb that was right outside our door, which made it impossible to sleep. I took it out 2 of the 3 nights I was there, but maintenance put it right back in.

The location is great and we were able to walk everywhere in the downtown area. We only took a vehicle to and from the airport to the property. Our cottage was pretty average, nothing fancy. We were excited to use the jetted tub but the jets didn't work. We used the hot tub on the property and it was an average hot tub. I don't know why they charge resort fees as I feel they don't provide anything more than a normal hotel. Housekeeping only came 1 out of the 4 days we were there. Overall it served its purpose but nothing that made it stand out from other hotels.

Loved the location!!! Very pretty spot, nice workers. We were there 6 days & housekeeping only came by twice. Beds were hard. Floors were sweaty from humidity. No dressers.

The grounds were lovely and the location was great. Parking on site was convenient, but you do have to pay additional fee. The bed was very comfortable, and the continental breakfast was standard—nothing special, but convenient for a quick bite. However, the AC didn’t effectively remove humidity, and cooling varied between rooms. The lights and ceiling fan would randomly turn on and off, which was odd. The bathroom definitely needs an update—tiles were cracked, and the caulking around the tub looked dirty and worn.

Perfect location, the staff especially Irene at the front desk, reminded me what customer service is like. Had an amazing time & will be back. Thank You

It’s a great hidden gem in Key West. Their staff was great. The gentleman who checked us in (Foster) was very professional and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures look better than the experience. Great location but average stay. Friendly staff. Overall, the property creates a nice atmosphere and it was quiet at night. However the "premium" is not so premium in quality. Be aware of the resort fees you pay at check in.

It was not written but the reception close at 10 pm and only reopen at 7 am of the next day, if something happens they give you a phone number to call. The shower was kind of bad. Even if it was a quite good hotel to stay in key west.

The room had a lot of insects after the first day so we requested the room change. They did move us to a different room but a smaller one (from a 3 person suite to a room for 2 when we had 3 people) We asked them multiple times to at least refund us the price difference between the room types while at the property but were told that management did not respond. We called a few times after we left but no one answered the phone.

Recommend to us by friends who stayed several years ago. Has changed hands. Place is dirty, staff are useless. Receptionist in the day spent most of her time asleep with her head on the desk or looking at her phone. Room dirty and not cleaned for the first two days, AC failed on the last night, but they didn’t care. AVOID.

I have stayed at this property multi times and always love it. This time was different. Not as clean, with trash and dust under the bed. You had to ask for everything, even towels. They have always had very friendly staff,but not this time. I hope the managment hasnt changed and it's going to stay this way, becuse I loved it before. The girl at the desk need to work on her attitude toward the guess.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. This place was a Class Act right from the start. The room and accommodations were superb. We had everything we needed and more. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We slept like a king and queen in our comfortable king size suite! The pool area and grounds are very well kept. Lush tropical foliage surrounds the pool and hot tub. The lounge chairs are comfy and nice and fresh folded towels are provided and always readily available. They have bikes available for rent with locks and keys. The property is literally walking distance to everything. The famous Duval street and the Hemingway house only took us 4-5 minutes on our bikes. We were able to get around town with ease. Shopping, restaurants, museums and activities were all just a few minutes away. We loved having everything so accessible! The Inn does a complimentary continental breakfast every morning. And the cherry on top of our perfect stay was a complimentary happy hour every evening with wine and cheese. What a class act! I was very impressed with not only our accommodations but with the staff as well. They were wonderful and very friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough. Stay here and you will not regret it. We will definitely be back!

This is a fantastic little property, just off of Duvall Street. You are easily within walking distance of a wonderful nightlife, but on property it is quiet, secluded, and peaceful.

Perfect place to stay!

We stayed in the cottage nearest the road. Awesome location of the property and the grounds were fantastic. The only negative is the road noise. It felt like we were sleeping in the middle of the road. I’d stay here again, but that was the only negative and not necessarily the property’s fault.

The Paradise Inn is like a private oasis in the middle of the island. An easy walk to everywhere!!

Great location and excellent accommodations. We had one of the cottages for our stay and it was very clean and comfortable beds, nice private patio, etc. Front desk staff were adequate but could be a bit friendlier. Overall a wonderful experience

We had a wonderful time at the Paradise Inn. The staff was exceptional. The breakfast and happy hour were pleasant surprises with many options.

Each of the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Lovely spot (especially around the pool), but disappointed that the breakfast was so minimal. I was hoping to do yoga in my room and would have loved for there to be yoga mats available. All in all, an excellent place to stay in KW!

Lovely quaint inn. Small & quiet. Adequate breakfast every morning, very nice happy hour every evening 5-7pm. Pool heated, clean & a very nice oasis setting. Private hottub . Nespresso machine in the room. I enjoyed the stay & location is a block from Duval street.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and it seemed like they were always maintaining the property. They have a free breakfast, which was small, but decent. They have a nightly happy hour with free wine, cheese, and crackers. Cons: There was a big cockroach in our room. They charge a fee for parking each day. They absolutely have the worst pillows in the world.

Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was served more than 30 minutes late our first morning. Didn’t really expect a good breakfast, but not having coffee ready at 8am was not good.

Absolutely beautiful! Everything and everyone was wonderful! Super accommodating. Bike rental was $20 for 2 days! So worth it! Free breakfast & happy hour! We will definitely stay here again!

Would suggest that their Happy Hour include a beer offering in addition to wine.

Nice and comfortable. The breakfast was poor. Just bread or waffles. They charged a resort fee of 39 dollars a day, I thought that was too much. But they did have a free wine happy hour and that was very nice. Staff was great.
