Security/privacy seemed good with locks at the inside corridor and room. The desk clerk seemed a bit surly when we asked for a preview of the room. It was quiet and comfortable, but the outer parts of the building appeared poorly maintained.

Staff were rude to me and my wife. Unprofessional. No parking at this place and we were forced to park in the handicapped spot even though we didn’t need it. Wasn’t towed but the staff refused to write down that they told us to park there if we were at risk for towing. Housekeeping was pushy for us to get out 2 hours before our checkout time. Worst hotel experience ever

All rooms are on ground level which is both convenient and easily accessible. We also like that you need a key to access the lobby/hallway on the way to the rooms. At checkin, Staff Sergio is quick and efficient in quickly getting us our room. Excellent value for money with clean bedding and restroom.

Very nice property away from the hustle and bustle (and noise) of downtown, but still convenient to everything. Comfortable bed, good shower, lots of electrical outlets for appliances, etc., good motel-type breakfast, convenient parking outside our room.

The bed was very comfortable and room was clean & nice shower. The sheer window drapes in my room had cuts in them and windows outside probably hadn't been washed in a year or years. My building entrance to my room had me worried (needed paint, worn carpet, worn couches, musty smell). Building that has ice machine and laundry looks prefab and worn out. Glad the room was clean and bed comfy but definitely low budget. $77 night, makes sense. I didn't check out breakfast but saw a waffle maker when I checked in

The room was not very clean. The carpets were very stained and sticky. Even the tiles in the bathroom were sticky. Other than that it was an OK Stay. Breakfast was the normal waffles and packaged oatmeal. The air conditioner was dirty and the buttons were pushed in. There was a remote to control it so it did work.

The room was filthy. Curtains ripped, bathroom medicine cabinet broken. I complained when I checked out, I didnt want to be charged. The room hadn't been vacuumed. Rug disgusting. She said they were upgrading their rooms, but that shouldn't have made any difference.

Our AC was not working (109 degrees outside!) too good but the kind man moved our room immediately!! Things happen so that was okay!! The hotel is a bit rundown but you can’t go wrong for one night along your travels! It was safe and the room had a fridge!!

Nothing great to say about this property. It wasn't awful, but it wasn't good by any stretch. The double room felt pretty tight. Also, the switch on light between the beds didn't work, so we had to unplug the lamp to turn it off.

The woman checking me in was not overly friendly. Not a single smile, welcome, have a nice stay...nothing. I felt like I was putting her out. There is supposed to be wi-fi. I was in the very last room where it doesn't reach. The window was open when I came in, which is fine. I went to close it and saw the land it's on is absolutely overgrown and looks abandoned, though it's the property of the motel. A single light my end of the hotel hallway. I felt unsafe as a woman traveling alone. The bed was fine. The room was dark and dismal with scratched up furniture. I don't care if things are old or outdated, but I do care if it's maintained. I got up early and left before any staff was around. I will never stay here again.

The AC unit in our room didn't work well and made a loud banging sound a few times in the middle of the night waking up my husband and I. Also, the property is old and outdated.I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Reserved at the last minute as a stopover. Everything worked as expected from a property of its class. Good value. Kanab is a pleasant town, it is only about 30 min drive to the Zion national park. Not a bad idea to base in Kanab for visiting Zion if options in Springdale is limited. I would stay again.

The rooms weren’t well kept and not clean. Didn’t feel safe using sheets lol. The breakfast was nothing but carbs and sugar. (Cereal and bread bagels waffle no eggs bacon sausage or fruit no real sustenance within the breakfast choices and front desk staff was rude upon check in.

This hotel is desperately in need of paint, new flooring and curtains. They may as well not served breakfast. Cereal and waffles are your choice. This hot is right out of the Wild West without the charm. The manager was helpful and competent and the bed comfortable…

It was a quick one night stay. The main reason we booked this accommodation was because of complimentary breakfast. It was disappointing to know that they did not serve breakfast at all during the time we stayed. There are not many dining options nearby either. ( this was during December, so don’t know how things are during peak travel season) The property seemed old and room quite stuffy.

It's an old property, with old, outdated amenities, some in disrepair. The shower seems like it was remodeled, but the shower head was faulty, nearly functional, but a replacement shower head is needed. The continental breakfast featured two waffle makers for large waffles (nice), two choices of cereal, whole milk only, white toast only, and tiny muffins. But it was also the least expensive in the area. I got what I paid for.

It was surprisingly to know that there is no breakfast during winter season. I ordered the motel expecting to have a breakfast in the mornings. The first room we were given was not cleaned. I had to run back and forth to the office, repark my car, etc.
