Checking in with Nick was quick and easy and he was a great host. The room was clean and equipped with everything. The jacuzzi was nice and hot for the cold weather we were having. Would have been nice if it were indoors though. I used the washer and dryer the price was very high and not an even price for all 4 machines. 2washers and 2 dryers. I also checked out the fitness room and that was also a disappointment because the bike and elliptical not in working condition. I gave up and just did free weights. Last thing the breakfast was great. I liked that I could make my own waffles and delicious variety. We had breakfast on both days and they had different varieties. All in all it wasn’t bad at all. I would stay again.

Beds were pretty hard for us, didn’t get much sleep the first night as a result. Also, the beds were made wrong with the flat sheets on sideways so they didn’t extend past your feet but hung in the floor on the sides. When mentioned to the front desk, nothing was done. We ended up remaking the bed ourselves. Hot tub jets didn’t work. On the plus side the continental breakfast was better than expected with a self-made waffle option and some hot foods like bacon and eggs one day and sausage and biscuits another day, along with some fruit, bread, cereal and yogurt options.

Breakfast was very good! Staff was very accommodating! Pool and Hot Tub were good except hot tub jets pump was broke! Hotel was very conveniently located for many adventures! Bryce, Zion, horse back riding, ATV's, etc.

We went with friends for a UTV trip. It had good parking for trucks and UTV trailers. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The hot tub was a good size and the pool had a waterfall feature. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

It’s a relatively new property so it’s still in excellent condition. Breakfast has more options than the typical economy hotels and the food was good. There are lots of amenities : snack shop, fresh citrus water, laundry, pool, hot tub, and dog park! The grounds are lovely and invite sitting outside. Would definitely stay again !

Room was updated and clean. Staff friendly. Pool was nice. Whirlpool was nice and warm but bubbles not working. Warm breakfast daily. Lemon Infused water in lobby daily was a nice treat. Location was central to visiting Zion, Bryce and North Rim.

I liked that this hotel was one of the closest to the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. Which was a wonderful, meaningful place to visit. The hall carpets could use a good cleaning. I would recommend putting in a grabber bar and a non slip pad in the showers. The tissues were scratchy. Andres who worked evenings was very nice.

Located in a part of town that allows for you to wander around, we were very pleased with this. Reception was friendly and helpful, gave us some good recs for the area. I’ve stayed at Comfort Suites before in other cities so I’m typically pretty pleased with their service. My only gripe this time around was that I was somewhat wary about the cleanliness of our room. Our curtains were very obviously splattered with some sort of liquid (looked like bodily fluids…) and the walls in the bathroom were also dirty and splattered with some sort of liquid. Obviously I’m not sleeping on the curtains or walls but it did make me wary about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Would probably stay again but maybe ask for a room change (didn’t do this as we only noticed once we got back to the room late).

The good: Decent price with a decent breakfast. The bad: Biggest complaint was cleanliness. Room felt like bare minimum was done as far as cleaning and furniture was beat up. The carpet had a huge patch spot, stains on furniture. I had to go through and clean what I could just to get rid of some of the icky feeling I was getting.

Was a great stay. Everything was clean, check in was a breeze, standard breakfast, nicely updated room, perfect for our needs. The only downside was the bed was hard for my taste. Most hotels have hard beds, but this one seemed extra firm to me. I would still recommend this hotel though. I felt very comfortable in all other aspects.

Paid extra for sofa bed. Mattress was well past its sell by date. Springs dug into back and could not sleep on it. I reported in my check in survey but no one reached out to me. Would like refund on the difference of a two queen and two queen with sofa bed. Everything else was great but not getting a good nights rest defeats the purpose of being a hotel.

Comfort Suites could get 5 stars from me. It had a lot of good features. I reserved a room with a king-sized bed and a sofa bed for my family of three. The room was spacious and clean; however, the sofa bed was in horrible condition and impossible to sleep on. I complained to the office and requested a room with two queen-sized beds. They said there was no available room and that all pull-out sofa beds were in the same condition. The room had another small and narrow sofa, and one of us ended up sleeping on it for 4 nights. DISAPPOINTING!! I hope the hotel manager sees this comment and is encouraged to update the sofa beds.

We loved how convenient the location was to everything we wanted to adventure out and do in Kanab, however being on the 1st floor you can hear EVERYTHING! It sounded like a heard of elephants was always walking above us.

Very loud. I know staff can't control it, but heard neighbors tv clearly very late. Hallway was noisy, we were right by parking. I'll know to ask these things next time. Breakfast was good

Nice place, modern, clean, solid floors on the upper levels, not like a cheap apartment building where the floor creeks when you walk. Sofa area was nice to get us a little more breathing room. Pillows were a little flat for me, but they give you like 10 per room so it was fine.

We were repeatedly harassed by the manager at the pool and when we refused to give him our room numbers and names he called the police on us. Then when the police left, he accused us of being “Trump Lovers”! I’ve never been treated so poorly by another human being and by the so-called manager. The police officer told us this was not the first time guests have been harassed by the manager. He should not have a job there.

We were in town for a softball tournament and this was our first time staying at Comfort Suites. The hotel and amenities were fabulous! We were a little disappointed with the staff. The girls came back from their games hot and tired near the time the pool was supposed to close. The front desk staff told them they couldn’t get in the pool, so they got in the hot tub. A staff member who was back by the pool area told them that was fine, but then the front desk staff came and yelled at them, telling them to get out. It really upset some of our girls. I think there just needs to be better communication between staff members here and I would have given the hotel a full 5 stars.

The person that checked us in asked for the $5 fee but couldn’t tell me what it was for, still don’t know. That’s ridiculous! Otherwise, it’s a really nice place to stay, clean and comfortable.

Beware: I have travelled for many years and this is the first time I have been charged an early check in fee. The afternoon deck person was also poorly trained and did not try to help us. Find someplace else to stay and don't check in early

Enjoyed our stay at this Comfort Suites in Kanab. My only complaint is that the breakfast was about the same all three days of our stay, with gravy and biscuits everyday. We would have like to have had scrambled eggs or small omelettes for variety.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Healthier options for breakfast would be a great addition, such as fruit besides apples, old-fashioned oatmeal, berries, nuts, Greek yogurt. In the elevator needs cleaning. Nice location.

The hotel is very convenient located. Right in the middle of town. The room was good and the employees very friendly. What we didn't care for was the breakfast they served. It was American but below standard. All together for the price it was okay.

Clean room. Laundry room with dirty washers and loud dryer that sounded like it was going to break. Washer $3.50/load, dryer $3 /load. Breakfast looked average, nothing great. Sausage looked like it was dehydrated and wrinkled it was so dry. We ate elsewhere at that point. But the room itself was clean, hallways were clean.
