Property was located close to downtown which was great for event I was attending - but close to train tracks which was a surprise in the middle of the night. Breakfast was good and staff were attentive. Parking is behind hotel which does feel a little concerning if you come back late in the evening.

Check in was fast, and they give you a little goodie bag. The breakfast was great except they only served pork....what about the turkey products. Our over-all stay was nice and it was a short dri e to downtown.

Check in was smooth. The lobby was crazy busy, but clean. The high-top chairs and tables needed attention for being wiped down as guests left, and footing needed to be adjusted as they rocked and were unsteady. The room was clean and bright and spacious. The bar had a good selection and the bartender was personable, fun and helpful. We were only there overnight, but could have easily stayed multiple nights comfortably. Shower was clean and bright. We absolutely enjoyed the split vanity areas so that the bathroom wasn't totally occupied while one of us was showering or brushing our teeth. The breakfast was fantastic! Staff replenished with food and cleaned the areas around. The selection was amazing and the coffee was great too. We felt the room was just slightly pricey, but overall a pleasant stay. We hope to return at some point and would be happy to stay again. Thank you.

The room was excellent. Breakfast was great; the exercise space was wonderful too. Really enjoyed having a separate toilet area to shower area with an additional sink. It made family stay less stressful. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. A+

Upon checking in around 8 pm we found that our tv did not work. The maintenance person had already left so there was no one to fix it. So we were left with no tv. Dirty socks and underwear (from the previous guest I assume) were left in the closet. White stains on the couch cushions. Pubic hair found on the bed. NOT happy for the $200 we spent.

We stopped in Huntsville for an overnight while traveling home from vacationing. The Springhill Suites was conveniently located off the interstate. The property was new and clean. When checking in we were greeted by the front desk staff and she was welcoming and friendly and even suggested a few pizza places that would deliver. The front lobby was clean and spacious. The room was great! We had plants of room for our family of four and the kids loved the sofa bed that was also a trundle bed. There was a separate shower room with a sink and a bathroom which was nice being able to shower and have the bathroom available if needed. The property was quiet even at night we did not hear any noise from the highway traffic. The included breakfast was very good and had something for everyone. The kids liked being able to make their own waffles and customize with chocolate chips, whipped cream and different syrups. There were healthier options like an oatmeal bar, turkey sausage and an egg white, spinach and Swiss quiche which was so good. Everytime we saw a staff member they greeted us with a smile and they made the stay even more pleasurable. We are already talking about returning for a longer stay. This hotel is great for families, multiple night stays and the included breakfast is a plus.

The hotel was convenient for what we needed. The room however was very dirty. Gross thick white gunk/ stains on the curtains, dust and dirt all over pull out couch, and hair in bathroom and on pull out couch. We asked to early check in which is not guaranteed I understand but they said they would text me when I called at 11as soon as they had a double queen for me. Never received anything, arrived 7 minutes before normal check in (3 pm) and they didn’t even acknowledge that they never reached out. Employees were very nice but it was not the best at all for cleanliness.

The duvet was really dirty with boogers. I know this cannot be washed, but it was really gross. The whole room was beat up and worn. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Marriott before now - this one was disappointing to say the least. I will not stay here again or recommend this particular hotel to others.

Everything was great except that we were on the big highway side and you could hear the sirens. Breafast was great and they had healthy low sodium options and omelets. The restaurant staff lady was very helpful in making sure our 89 year old mother had what she needed. Clean room. We had the room where the shower was seperate from the toilet room and that was great for 2 people. Recommend side away from highway. Helpful desk staff.

I have stayed at this property previously. The "only" issue with this property is one side has very poor Wi-Fi signal. I was hoping after a year they would have fixed it but the front staff were very agreeable to aide me in moving to another room that resolved this issue.

Nice place but my heater/AC was very very loud when it cycled on every 10-20 minutes. It did heat but clearly something wrong. The lady at the front blew it off as normal. My boss said his rooms unit was very quiet. Stay away from room 404 if you can

Everything about this place was wonderful - room was spacious and super clean, and I loved the trundle / couch combo that made it a true 6-person sleeping area. There's a walk-in closet that's huge! The bathroom was separated into two areas - toilet / sink combo in one room, shower and sink in another. This was great! Front desk employees were very nice. Breakfast personnel were so sweet, and the breakfast was wonderful. I don't have a single suggestion or negative comment.

The room was clean and spacious. But the layout was awful. The tv was in between the bedroom and sitting area in an awkward place which didn’t allow comfortable viewing from either area. Also the bathroom lighting was terrible. It wasn’t good for a lady to put on makeup.

Staff is very helpful and friendly! Breakfast came out fresh nicely arranged and ready on time at 6:30. It is a busy weekend with Memorial Day and they were understaffed for housecleaning so the room was an hour late in readiness. They could use more staff but the staff that show up are great!

Upon arrival the site manager and the concierge manger were not welcoming or pleasant at all, but the next morning I met Marcie and she was noting short of amazing. I have stayed at the Downtown site before and was close to only going to that for future visits because of my experience prior to meeting Marcie. She and the housekeeping staff were amazing and they turned an unpleasant experience into a pleasant one!

There were multiple 8u hockey teams staying at this hotel. Staff was nice but not prepared for the amount of people. Most of our team had to ask for more towels after having rooms cleaned and not getting the correct amount for booked people in rooms.

My only complaint is that when I checked in, I was given keys to a room that was already occupied. I think the gentleman sitting up in bed as I opened his room door was as shocked as I was. Definitely awkward!

Checking in was easy and fast. The front desk gal was kind, cordial and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and cool. The beds were heavenly and pillows were perfect. Not a fan of the shower door, but that didnt negate any experience. Breakfast was plentiful and well maintained. Overall...great! Thank you.

Property was located close to downtown which was great for event I was attending - but close to train tracks which was a surprise in the middle of the night. Breakfast was good and staff were attentive. Parking is behind hotel which does feel a little concerning if you come back late in the evening.

Everything was great except that we were on the big highway side and you could hear the sirens. Breafast was great and they had healthy low sodium options and omelets. The restaurant staff lady was very helpful in making sure our 89 year old mother had what she needed. Clean room. We had the room where the shower was seperate from the toilet room and that was great for 2 people. Recommend side away from highway. Helpful desk staff.

Check in was smooth. The lobby was crazy busy, but clean. The high-top chairs and tables needed attention for being wiped down as guests left, and footing needed to be adjusted as they rocked and were unsteady. The room was clean and bright and spacious. The bar had a good selection and the bartender was personable, fun and helpful. We were only there overnight, but could have easily stayed multiple nights comfortably. Shower was clean and bright. We absolutely enjoyed the split vanity areas so that the bathroom wasn't totally occupied while one of us was showering or brushing our teeth. The breakfast was fantastic! Staff replenished with food and cleaned the areas around. The selection was amazing and the coffee was great too. We felt the room was just slightly pricey, but overall a pleasant stay. We hope to return at some point and would be happy to stay again. Thank you.

We stopped in Huntsville for an overnight while traveling home from vacationing. The Springhill Suites was conveniently located off the interstate. The property was new and clean. When checking in we were greeted by the front desk staff and she was welcoming and friendly and even suggested a few pizza places that would deliver. The front lobby was clean and spacious. The room was great! We had plants of room for our family of four and the kids loved the sofa bed that was also a trundle bed. There was a separate shower room with a sink and a bathroom which was nice being able to shower and have the bathroom available if needed. The property was quiet even at night we did not hear any noise from the highway traffic. The included breakfast was very good and had something for everyone. The kids liked being able to make their own waffles and customize with chocolate chips, whipped cream and different syrups. There were healthier options like an oatmeal bar, turkey sausage and an egg white, spinach and Swiss quiche which was so good. Everytime we saw a staff member they greeted us with a smile and they made the stay even more pleasurable. We are already talking about returning for a longer stay. This hotel is great for families, multiple night stays and the included breakfast is a plus.

People were great. Room was nice. Really liked the split shower/ toilet bathrooms. Unfortunately, neither provided any means of hanging clothes while using. Hot water delivery was inconsistent. No coffee available for an extended period during breakfast.

Checking in was easy and fast. The front desk gal was kind, cordial and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and cool. The beds were heavenly and pillows were perfect. Not a fan of the shower door, but that didnt negate any experience. Breakfast was plentiful and well maintained. Overall...great! Thank you.

Great for the weekend. We did have issues with our fridge leaking on the top and soaking our food. The breakfast was okay. The sausages were pretty mid. Eggs were good. Bagels were great. Waffle station. Different fruit every day. Wish they had muffins
