Customer service was excellent, but the downside was that swimming/spa area was unavailable the whole weekend. I would have scored it higher if it was available, which is partly why i booked the room and location.

Nice hotel. Clean modern and friendly staff. Close to the airport and lots of places to eat. Indoor pool for the kids but not heated so the water was pretty cold. I highly recommend it if you want to stay near Ontario airport.

Terrible. Very dated rooms. The air conditioning in the room was not working for the whole stay, so the room was very hot and muggy. Also the hotel does NOT have enough on-site parking, so if you arrive in the evening they tell you to go find street parking. I would never stay here again.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Card keys malfunctioned multiple times per day. HVAC did not work in the hallways and elevators so it was extremely uncomfortable walking to/from rooms. 1 bartender serving complimentary drinks so there was a constant line. And they ran out of 805 beer so Bud Light was the only option.

We chose this hotel for the indoor pool and spa. The spa was out of order and when we went to use the pool it was closed for cleaning. Room was nice, restaurant was very good. Breakfast was good. Our only complaint is that we were unable to use the pool and spa.

Swimming pool was ice cold and the hot tub was broken - we chose this hotel over another so we could spent time teaching our child how to swim, and so that part of our vacation plans was ruined. The crib/ pack and play was said to be in the room when we arrived. It wasn’t. When it was delivered, it was just sitting by the door in the room, not setup, with the baby’s sleeping pad wrapped around the exterior. Upon unwrapping the pad, it was clearly stained from vomit or diarrhea from previous guests. It was gross, and no sheets were provided for our infant to lay on over the stained pad. We had our baby in the bed with us instead. Also, our keycards didn’t work on either our room or other amenities at several points during our stay, so we had to visit the front desk for new keys on multiple occasions. We had also requested a blanket and sheets at one point, and instead received a blanket and pillow cases. The only reason they don’t get 1 star is because the omelettes for breakfast are great. I won’t stay at another Hilton though. This was my worst experience in years.

If stayed on this property before and it was not like this before. The room was dirty and it had an unpleasant smell as soon as you walked in. The gym was so dirty the equipment was in disarray and there were dirty towels everywhere.

Excellent customer service. But the elevator was dirty. The floor in my room was really sticky and restroom counter dirty. Shampoo bottle empty and no Kleenex. Telephones in room not working. Had to call help desk to request wi-fi information as this was not provided not check-in.

Our stay was a very poor experience outside of the staff . We went to the property the experience was horrific. We arrived early 2pm for check in and was asked to wait even after calling ahead for approval. After a 2 hour wait . Once we were given keys to the room they did not work . 3 trips to the front desk now 5pm hours wasted they provided my family with not just an unclean room but unsanitary. Fenkel matter in the toilet. Used towls on the floor and across the room. A dirt ring in the tub. Trash in the trash cans.. We were then given keys to another room that didn't work. Once in a clean room now 7pm ready to take a swim the keys wouldn't allow access to the pool or the fitness room. Finally in the pool area the pool was unacceptable with a shoe at the bottom of the pool and a used bandaide.floating. After leaving the pool once again the keys wouldn't work to get back into the room. The whole experience was unacceptable . The facility is run down and not well maintained. Towels were all stained as well as the duvet cover, the hair dryer was full of lint, the sofa looked very worn and not clean. Over all the second floor looked very poorly kept, wall paper coming off or poor patch/paint repairs as well as old worn out carpeting.

We had a room close to the freeway. I smelled exhaust fumes all night which gave me a headache and upset stomach. Also the room next door, someone kept dragging a chair around the room which was very annoying.

This property was perfect. However, even though I called to let the staff know I was arriving later than expected they still gave the room I paid for away. I was given a smaller room with less beds. I was promised the bigger room the next morning. When I called (I was at an event) the girl was friendly and said my room was ready when my husband went to switch rooms another woman said it wasn’t available and they didn’t have any more double queen rooms. Frustration at its finest. After a few phone calls the room was finally available.

I truly enjoy Embassy Suites. Rooms are spacious and always clean. Beds are always comfortable and this stay they did not disappoint in these areas. We arrived into Ontario International Airport after midnight. It had been a very long day of traveling. My wife and I were exhausted and did not want to even think about driving 50 miles to get home so we decided to stay in the area. I want to say that we were checking into the hotel around 1AM. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THE CHECK IN CLERK FOR A LATE CHECK OUT THE NEXT DAY-SHE EVEN CONFIRMED IT VERBALLY WITH “ WILL 1PM WORK?” Sounded perfect!! Got to bed by 2AM. Well…apparently she did not enter into the system or communicate the info (however it is done) because at 11AM the next day we had housekeepers attempting to enter our room. We were sound asleep! Informed them of the late check out situation and they seemed ok. Nope!! Half hour later same thing!!! 15 minutes after that the front desk was calling the room to see if we were planning on staying another day!! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST !! My wife and I said “well let’s just forget that and get the heck out. My wife proceeds to take a shower and there is no hair conditioner left in the bottle attached to the shower wall. As we were leaving we went to complain at the front desk and were greeted with “have you informed anybody about this?!?” Left us with a very poor impression of this property!!

The man that checked us in was great! Didn’t get his name :( But, between 4am to 530 am, some random people came into our room. They told us the staff had given them access to the room to stay in. It was so uncomfortable because we were sleeping.it was a get away for my partner and I, so we had to cover up(if you know what I mean).

I just want to preface, this one star review was solely based on the experience at check in. I arrived around 4:20pm on Friday March 28th. I spoke to a Hispanic lady at check in (didn’t catch her name unfortunately) and right when I handed her my ID, she claimed I didn’t have a reservation and that it was canceled? How did I have a canceled reservation but there’s no reservation under my name? She said “you have no reservation. Step aside so I can help the other guests. Call Expedia.” So, I’m chatting with Expedia and my brothers on the phone with customer service and both agents we spoke to said we have a reservation and we never canceled it. I went back to the Hispanic agent and she said “nope. Expedia just put in your reservation. Not happening. We’re sold out. Talk to Expedia” I was so upset. It wasn’t until my brother who was able to get an agent that transferred the call to another front desk agent “Crystal” who said we have a reservation and that we can check in. So, we check in with Crystal who by the way was standing next to the Hispanic agent and we basically said “what happened? Because I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and have never experienced this…?” She basically said we had a reservation the whole time and mind you this ordeal was a good hour. Crystal was super helpful and the hero that day. She checked us in quickly and she’s always super accommodating and friendly but it’s just that other agent who just didn’t care. After a brief mishap where they issued me the key to another tenant's room accidentally, luckily the poor guy wasn't naked. The receptionist apologized and fixed the mistake quickly. The shuttle pickup from the airport was fast and convenient.

Great location for a short stay! I stayed one night and found the hotel to be conveniently located right off the freeway and close to Ontario Airport. The room was cozy and clean—just what I needed for a quick stay. Breakfast was decent, but I wish the sausage and bacon were more easily accessible instead of having to wait in the omelet line. Overall, a smooth experience. Bonus: it's right across from the Costco Business Center!

I was double charged gratuity. Front desk person couldn't help and no call back from mgr on Monday. Room service was bad, had to go downstairs to order because no one picked up the phone. Waitress was talking to coworker and had bad attitude. Same person brought up food. Normally we love Embassy Suites. We'll just avoid Ontario CA

Over a 4-night stay, purely to stay out of the heat... At arrival, toilet seat was broken (replaced within 30 minutes). For 4 people, only one wash cloth and 3 towels - needed to ask for more (daily). Moved rooms after 1st night to a preferred location - roach on kitchen floor; no bedding available for pull-out sofa bed, only two pillows; when asked for bedding, response was they ran out and don't have anymore. More pillows were brought much later. At 11pm, asked for more toilet paper. Response was they don't have anyone to bring it up but that we could go down to get it from the front desk (extremely inconvenient). Made to order breakfast service was fantastic! However, empty serving trays last 30 minutes of breakfast time was not refilled except on day 4. Workers were quick to end service promptly and removed trays and coffee pots immediately and turned down the lights to signal time was up. Then they disappeared to the back and went on breaks. Leaving guests in dark. Tables were not cleared for more than an hour after breakfast time ended. So what was the rush for? For the purpose of staying out of the heat, the stay was great. Check-in and check-out was fast, easy and courteous.

We enjoyed our stay at ES, although the breakfast was mediocre at best. Also late check out is now $25/hr, which is a non-starter. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Nice flat screens in two rooms. Nice view of the mountains from the 6th floor. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Ontario Mills mall is 6 min away. All good.

Everything was great except the utensils in the breakfast. They are old, hard to find a clean one. I recommend buying new silverware suitable for the hotel and pay attention to the cleanliness out of the dishwasher
