Familietur med 2 overnatninger. Suite, 2 etager, en balkon og en terrasse. Meget behagelige senge, virkeligt godt. Morgenmaden var meget dejligt. Balkon med udsigt til have. Terrasse med meget høje mure hele vejen rundt, ingen udsigt, nyttesløst. Parkeringsmuligheder umulige da hotellet samtidig har konferencer. Der burde være parkering til hotellets overnattende gæster. Det er et held hvis man finder en parkering om dagen. Om aftenen intet problem.
Familietur med 2 overnatninger. Suite, 2 etager, en balkon og en terrasse. Meget behagelige senge, virkeligt godt. Morgenmaden var meget dejligt. Balkon med udsigt til have. Terrasse med meget høje mure hele vejen rundt, ingen udsigt, nyttesløst. Parkeringsmuligheder umulige da hotellet samtidig har konferencer. Der burde være parkering til hotellets overnattende gæster. Very nice hotel and friendly staff who were very accommodating. The pool is incredible - you have to reserve in advance and the times did not seem so flexible (only one hour in the mornings), but this could have been because we were a family of four. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant at dinner had very nice food - could maybe use a bit more variety on the menu (eg no pasta dishes was a bit of a surprise). On the whole, very nice place for relaxation!

The only issue we had was parking as they have alot of the local community using there pool in the day and functions at night and they parked coaches in the car park.

Hotel di grandi dimensioni in zona centro commerciale valido per visitare Aci Castello e dintorni (alle pendici dell'Etna). Dal taglio business abbiamo preso un'offerta per una notte e la sistemazione tutto sommato era piacevole. Receptionist impeccabili, ampio parcheggio, colazione variegata. L'accesso alla SPA non era compresa nel costo ma non ce l'aspettavamo.

We stayed two nights at the end of June. This hotel is in a very convenient location because it is central. It's close to Catania, Taormina and Mt Etna - all easily reachable within half an hour or so. It was an okay stay, but definitely not 4-star, in retrospect. The pool was an experience - it's obviously a source of additional income for the hotel so it's always crowded with non-guests. This goes for the parking, as well. It's a nightmare. Pluses: Convenient location and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Minuses: Pool and parking. Overall, it served us well.

Bella struttura, con bellissima hall reception, bellissima sala colazione e piscina, possibilità di pranzare bordo piscina, e prezzi molto nella norma, parcheggio ampio e gratuito, bella Spa, anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito!!! Belle camere, un)ico neo....la vasca (anche se in ambienti grandi!!! Ma non la doccia!!! Provvederei subito!! Per il resto il personale di una gentilezza unica!!! Tutti!!

Wir wissen nicht genau, was wir von diesem Hotel halten sollen. Es war sauber, die Mitarbeiter alle Hilfsbereit, der Shuttleservice hat einwandfrei geklappt und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten, bis auf Möbel auf der Terrasse, auch die umliegenden Balkone hatten keine Gartenmöbel, sodass man draußen nicht sitzen konnte. Der Lüfter des Spabereiches lief durchgehend auf der weitläufigen Terrasse, wo man sowieso keine Privatsphäre hatte. Das Zimmer war dunkel eingerichtet, da es nur Stehlampen gab. Der Spabereich und auch die angebotene Massage hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Wir haben nicht einmal die Salzmassage bekommen, welche wir vorab gebucht hatten. Der Poolbereich ist schön und man bekommt Handtücher. Auch die Preise der Poolbar sind vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Hoteleigene Restaurant hat keine Riesenauswahl, sodass man nach ein paar Tagen gut und gern im Ort nach anderen Restaurants guckt. Wir hatten trotzdem einen wundervollen Urlaub!!

Hotellet och läget var bra och rent. Vi bokade hotellet med frukostbuffé. Vi checkade ut tidigt på morgonen och bad om att få ett frukostpaket som vi kunde hämta, eller att få beställa själva på grund av diabetes, vilket gör att vanliga söta frukostar inte passar. I receptionen fick vi ett ja, men ett otrevligt nej i restaurangen. Vi fick bara en liten äppelpaj och fruktjuice, vilket tvingade oss att slänga bort frukosten. Rekommenderar ej.

The room was dirty so was the surrounding areas. The bed was comfortable. The hotel needs a refresh of paint on the walls and a few repair as many things were broken or really old. This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel that Expedia should advertised as such but rather a 2-3 stars.

Mais pour un 4*, chambre très bruyante le matin à coté de la route et chambre moyennement bien aménagé pour 4 personnes dans cette gamme (1 enfant sur canapé lit et un autre sur un lit pliant au milieux de la chambre). Hotel molto bello e situato sotto l'Etna. La camera al terzo piano sono prive di oscuranti ed hanno molte finestre. Alle 5 di mattina entra luce e sincermente lo trovo fuori luogo. Per doccia solo.vasca senza box si allaga tutto. Ristorante buono.

Eerder een congres-hotel an spa dan een regulier hotel. In prachtige staat. Ik was er voor mijn werk (een cursus) en ervaarde zeer vriendelijk en bereidwillig personeel met klaarzetten van een demo-voertuig. Ook: grote kamer met dakterras, sanitair uitstekend en heerlijk gedineerd in het hotel-restaurant

This hotel is outdated and overpriced without providing the basic amenities. We checked in around 8pm to a junior suit for 4 people. Once checked in realized, they have no tea and coffee facilities in room nor a iron. The hotel staff confirmed the basics are not included in the expensive apartment. I was shocked that they do not even provide glasses for drinks unless you request from the bar. If you need clothes ironed, you need to drag your clothes to reception and wait 30mins until they set up a room with a ancient iron to use. The hairdryer within the bathrooms was from the 60's, plastic non usable handheld hoover looking pipes.

Wir wissen nicht genau, was wir von diesem Hotel halten sollen. Es war sauber, die Mitarbeiter alle Hilfsbereit, der Shuttleservice hat einwandfrei geklappt und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten, bis auf Möbel auf der Terrasse, auch die umliegenden Balkone hatten keine Gartenmöbel, sodass man draußen nicht sitzen konnte. Der Lüfter des Spabereiches lief durchgehend auf der weitläufigen Terrasse, wo man sowieso keine Privatsphäre hatte. Das Zimmer war dunkel eingerichtet, da es nur Stehlampen gab. Der Spabereich und auch die angebotene Massage hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Wir haben nicht einmal die Salzmassage bekommen, welche wir vorab gebucht hatten. Der Poolbereich ist schön und man bekommt Handtücher. Auch die Preise der Poolbar sind vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Hoteleigene Restaurant hat keine Riesenauswahl, sodass man nach ein paar Tagen gut und gern im Ort nach anderen Restaurants guckt. Wir hatten trotzdem einen wundervollen Urlaub!!

La struttura è molto bella, nuova e accogliente, il personale molto cordiale e disponibile. La stanza molto bella e ampia, graditissimo il balcone super privato, molto affascinante la vasca a vista (anche se poco pratica perché l’acqua arriva ovunque), nel complesso un buon soggiorno da riproporre.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff who were very accommodating. The pool is incredible - you have to reserve in advance and the times did not seem so flexible (only one hour in the mornings), but this could have been because we were a family of four. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant at dinner had very nice food - could maybe use a bit more variety on the menu (eg no pasta dishes was a bit of a surprise). On the whole, very nice place for relaxation!

Très mauvais comportement du personnel envers les clients. Acces impossible au parking ou reservé uniquement a certains clients par le personnel de securité qui refuse de discuter ou vous menace. Comportement très douteux. Comportement intolerable du personnel qui refuse de vous aider et de vous ecouter. Je deconseille fortement cet hotel.

We stayed two nights at the end of June. This hotel is in a very convenient location because it is central. It's close to Catania, Taormina and Mt Etna - all easily reachable within half an hour or so. It was an okay stay, but definitely not 4-star, in retrospect. The pool was an experience - it's obviously a source of additional income for the hotel so it's always crowded with non-guests. This goes for the parking, as well. It's a nightmare. Pluses: Convenient location and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Minuses: Pool and parking. Overall, it served us well.

Accueil pas agréable. Maître nageur pas aimable… Attention si vous venez avec des enfants : pas de ballons, pas de bouée et pas de jeux dans la piscine !!! Chambre pas prête comme elle était réservée ( il manquait un lit!) Problème d une fuite d eau dans l une des chambres. Bon petit déjeuner et copieux.

I have booked for 1 double bed and 2 single. But there was only 1 double bed and 1 single in the room. When I went to the reception the next day to query, the lady at the reception the lady was rude and told me why I did not mentioned this on my arrival day one. I told her day one I was tired and did not take notice and thought that the sofa bed can open and turn into 2. There was two Tv's only one was working. Some of the lights was not working in the room 129. I did not bother to report it as I had a bad experience at the reception. However, the staff at the restaurant and room cleaners were friendly. The outdoor swimming was closed and we wanted to use the indoor swimming pool 11th June, we was told that there is no water. Overall a bad experience.

Hotel di grandi dimensioni in zona centro commerciale valido per visitare Aci Castello e dintorni (alle pendici dell'Etna). Dal taglio business abbiamo preso un'offerta per una notte e la sistemazione tutto sommato era piacevole. Receptionist impeccabili, ampio parcheggio, colazione variegata. L'accesso alla SPA non era compresa nel costo ma non ce l'aspettavamo.

Scelta per un pranzo veloce molto semplice, il phone della mamma a camera non funzionava ma hanno provedutto subito con una alternativo. La Spa ha degli orari e prenotazione ma il prezzo per ch alloggia non mi é sembrato diverso da chi viene solo per la spa. La colazione non ha una scelta di fruta fresca. Il postino é carino, comodo ampio. Camera ampia con terrazzo.

Hotellet och läget var bra och rent. Vi bokade hotellet med frukostbuffé. Vi checkade ut tidigt på morgonen och bad om att få ett frukostpaket som vi kunde hämta, eller att få beställa själva på grund av diabetes, vilket gör att vanliga söta frukostar inte passar. I receptionen fick vi ett ja, men ett otrevligt nej i restaurangen. Vi fick bara en liten äppelpaj och fruktjuice, vilket tvingade oss att slänga bort frukosten. Rekommenderar ej.

La chambre "romantique" s'ouvre directement sur la baignoire, assez vieille et se trouve sous les toits, avec une isolation insuffisante et une clip très peu performante. Restaurant basique mais cher, et aucun geste commercial malgré une erreur dans la commande... Piscine intérieure payante et piscine extérieure accessible aux non clients (ambiance piscine municipale)

we stayed for one night it is more like business hotel , it was in good location (some moles around and 30 minutes drive to the air port ) plenty of free parking lots , and a modern building. the Hotel is charging extra's for the use of the SPA , also we wanted to eat some Pizza which we bought out side and the restorant worker did not let is seat in front of the resturant ... so we need to eat it at our room. beside that the Hotel was very nice.

I loved this hotel. Spacious room, moat staff were friendly, lovely atmosphere, very clean and great pool. Location was okay.

We stayed two nights at the end of June. This hotel is in a very convenient location because it is central. It's close to Catania, Taormina and Mt Etna - all easily reachable within half an hour or so. It was an okay stay, but definitely not 4-star, in retrospect. The pool was an experience - it's obviously a source of additional income for the hotel so it's always crowded with non-guests. This goes for the parking, as well. It's a nightmare. Pluses: Convenient location and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Minuses: Pool and parking. Overall, it served us well.
