Fantastic stay at this hotel in Madrid. Close to the center, either walking or with bus (or Uber/Bolt). Easy access to the underground parking (very secure, lots of space). Very pet friendly! Our dog received a nice soft bed, some treats and two bowls. Comfortable room with a big bed and a nice bathroom (with bathtub). Very friendly staff (thank you Sara)! Highly recommended!

The staff were pleasant both at the front desk and restaurant. The hotel was extremely clean. I arrived before check in and my room was ready. I only wished the pool were open as the weather was warm and a dip in the pool world have been lovely.

Guter NH Standard und das Personal erfüllt Wünsche hinsichtlich eines Wasserkochers und Bügeleisens. Große Zimmer und sehr modernes und sauberes Bad. Die Lage ist etwas ab vom Schuss. Die nächste Metro ist 1,4 km entfernt. Wir sind aber cityroller gefahren. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Der Pool ist sehr sehr klein und liegen rar.

Muy buen servicio del main desk, la ubicación está un poco lejos del centro pero tienen un servicio muy bueno de taxis además que el camión pasa en la esquina, el desayuno es bueno pero falta variedad y lo único que la limpieza del cuarto bastante mala, no cambian las sábanas ni limpian bien los baños además de dejarnos las mismas toallas mojadas a pesar de dejarlas en la tina para que las cambiaran creo deberían hacer revisión de limpieza de los cuartos más seguido por lo demás el servicio de los de la entrada muy atentos y serviciales. The mattress in room 409 was like sleeping on the floor, it was so extremely hard, it didn't even feel like a matteress, I was not sleep fot the three nights I stayes there. Also the bathroom does have a fan so it's very inconvenient.

Great hotel in a good location. If you don't mind walking to the main site areas it is situated along the river Manzares with lovely park lanes bordering the river . Quiet rooms with nice views over the park. Breakfast options are plentiful. Pleasant staff . Ciuld use ironing boards and an iron in the room.

We enjoyed our stay overall but were very disappointed with the service in both the bar and the restaurant which was slow and unfriendly. Also,the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in our room was a lack. Carrying paper cups of boiling water upstairs was not ideal.

The hotel is close to down town by walking 15 min or car about 8 minutes. The hotel doesn’t offer coffee maker or tea maker in the room as there is no water bottle placed as a courtesy. The price at the lobby for a water bottle is $4.50 a bit excessive so as the room price in my opinion, maybe it was a high season.

The hotel is very nice, great location and a restaurant right downstairs. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, I could feel the springs through the fabric, and the water in the shower goes from scalding hot to freezing cold intermittently while showering. If it weren’t for these issues I would say 5 stars.

The cleaning ladies are very diligent and caring to visitors. The only thing I really don’t like is that when I arrive in the morning after long flight and will stay for 4 days they say the early check in will charge euro 49. I thought it’s fair and then I decline it. However when I checked out I saw a same situation and the desk voluntarily ask the customers to come back in an hour and the room will be ready in the morning. It’s differing treatment which makes me feel unfairly treated

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des touristischen Zentrums wie Puerta del Sol, jedoch relativ nah am Königspalast. Wenn man nicht wirklich schlecht zu Fuß ist, dann ist die Lage sehr gut. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat teilweise Renovierungsbedarf. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir in einem der vorhandenen Cafés im Umfeld frühstücken waren.

The staff here was super helpful and accommodating with me as a non-Spanish speaker while I was there. Nice Rooms. A little hot at night for my liking with the thermostat (even at lowest available setting) but all in all, it was good. The only thing I would say is that because it was my first time in Madrid and I was taking a few days of leisure there, I found it challenging to get around easily on foot. I had to book a taxi back and forth because the hotel is kind of out of the way from where the nightlife and major sites are there. 1.5 miles is not far but when you end up walking 12 miles a day and if you need to have a rest or shower or change before you go out to dinner or something, you will want to take that taxi. This hotel would be great for someone traveling for business. It's very quiet and I felt safe there.

Especialmente recalcar la profesionalidad del personal, que en todo momento ha solucionado cualquier cuestión que me ha ido surgiendo. Las instalaciones son las que corresponden a una excelente cadena de hoteles muy con la calidad estandarizada para bien, así como los procedimientos de trabajo que hacen que el usuario esté cómodo en todo momento aunque las habitaciones ya sufren algún tipo de desgaste como sucede en la tarima flotante o en las tapicerías de los muebles de las habitaciones. Baños bien pensados cómodos y limpios. Creo que la oferta culinaria es mejorable ya que sólo hay un restaurante con una carta muy corta y algo cara, creo que podrían sectorizar la oferta. En lo positivo, el desayuno buffet tiene un precio adecuado, más barato que otros, y tiene buena oferta y caliudad de productos.
