All facilities were present, including those in the kitchen to store and prepare one's own food, if preferring to eat the B&B, sometimes, instead of dining elsewhere. I liked the informality. That the dining area was also a kitchen we could use. There were was a comfy communal sitting area with tv. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and just worked. Check in and out was quick and easy. I also liked that there was breakfast included for the bargain price of the room. Ok it was only continental but was sufficient.

This was a very last minute booking, I just stayed at the barn for one night and was very pleased with my choice. There was a very warm welcome from Barbara, the room was beautiful, warm, clean Cody and had everything I could’ve need. I unfortunately slept in a little too late the next day so missed breakfast, it did sound wonderful with plenty of choice.

Every aspect of my stay was above expectations. The greet, the room, the bed,the attention to detail and breakfast were brilliant. Would stay agaain without heasitation and throughly recommend Welsh board give 4 stars it deserves 5 stars!

A great 2 night getaway. Room was big and bed was really comfortable. Had walk-in shower. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room we had a lovely continental breakfast each morning (plenty of choice-toast / cereals / pastries/ ham& cheese etc ). Had a warm welcome from the owners who checked we had everything we needed. There are 2 pubs around 1.5 miles away which did excellent food. We weren't too far from the nature reserve and a few miles to beaches.

The best customer service i have received in my (not short) life. Gavin went way beyond good in that he drove to me when i was lost and my navigation not working, following which he then took me to the shops in his car in the dark and rain so as i could eat!

Had a lovely 2 night stay in the Barn. The owners and staff have been very helpful and accommodating. Close proximity to Margam Park with stunning walks and cycle paths. A shop and places to eat also close by. Would highly recommend
